Fantastic experience: From making my appt to my visit always smooth. The Staff are so nice and welcoming!! Hygienist, Alexis, did an amazing job and answered all my questions. Dr. Gee is so nice and thorough. I always look forward to my appointments at Gentle Dental!!

Fantastic experience: It was great. I had two fillings fixed and one extraction. No pain, even now about four hours after leaving.

Positive experience: I was uncomfortable there and so I will not be going back. My husband has such a positive experience every time he goes (as far as the people) and thats what i walked in expecting. But, I felt awkward and like they over all didn't care if I was there or not so I've been going to a different dentist office.

Fantastic experience: It was my 1st visit but I could tell that they were going to take good care of my teeth, or lack there of. They took a ton of X-rays and did a lot of poking & prodding, but none of it hurt at all. Finally, they gave me a treatment plan and explained it well. I've got a whole bunch of bad & broken teeth from Chemo and Acute Anemia, so they have their work cut out for them. I was at the point of wanting everything pulled out and getting a full set of dentures. They wanted to save the good ones and the ones they could fix instead of pulling them. I will be getting a top denture and we'll save the bottom for now! Update: On 10/24/24, I had 7 upper teeth pulled. The experience was very good. They kept me pain free and spent a great amount of time with my procedure. Here it is 10/25/24 and I'm feeling really good. Minimum pain and no bleeding. That's great because I take blood thinners and usually bleed a lot! AAAA+ 11/01/24 I went in to have 4 more teeth removed, but only 2 were done. The dentist was unable to get the other 2 teeth removed. I have a tolerance to pain meds because I've been taking them for years and he could not give me any more because I maxed out the pain meds on the 1st two teeth. I have to go to an oral surgeon to have them removed. I was disappointed about that, but I don't want any more pain. I have had enough pain already! AAAA+ 1/14/2025 Two weeks ago my impressions were cast and sent out. Today I went in for an initial fitting of the wax impressions. Everything went well and the Dental Tech did a very nice job of fitting the wax impressions. After that, we discussed tooth colors. We settled on a color that was close to what few I have left, but a little bit whiter. I'm not interested in those Hollywood bright white teeth that look fake. No thanks. I'll go back in two weeks and try out the wax impressions with the teeth installed to see if they look and fit good. I can't wait! I'm getting real tired of eating soft food every day. AAA+++ 1/23/2025 I got the chance to try out the final wax impression with all the teeth in it. They looked great! They felt good too, a little loose, but I was assured that the final denture would be tighter! I also got my quarterly cleaning done. All went ok! Everyone was nice and I didn't wait long at all. AAAA++++

Negative experience: Had a temporary crown put on yesterday and it has come off 3 times and now I am having to go back for a fourth time in two days. Cannot wait for my real crown to get here! Well, this is Thursday and once again, the temporary crown came off again! Going back to office, which is a good 30 miles from my house, again. Not happy.

They answered all my questions and made me feel as comfortable as possible during the exams and procedures. I’ll never love going to the dentist but don’t dread it as much coming here. Fantastic experience: I had a new crown put on my new implant. They used the latest technology to build a 3D model of my mouth and used that to have the lab create my new crown (no gummy impression was required). It fits perfectly and now I can eat anything that I want. As usual, the entire staff was friendly & knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable while I was there.

The dr was very patient, answered every question I had and didn’t make me feel rushed or uncomfortable. Will be coming here for the rest of the dental work I need to have done and will be bringing my GF next. Absolutely 10/10 dental office!

Negative experience: The staff is very nice. However the lab they use for crowns is no good. They had to send off my crown 3 times before it came back in a color that was close enough to my natural teeth despite using a color match, as well as it being a completely different shape than my original tooth. I had to go back multiple times because it fell out and to get it shaved down to fit my bite and it’s still a little big. Ive also had to go back multiple times to get a filling I had done there fixed since I now have sensitivity in a tooth I didn’t have sensitivity in before. And I am being referred to specialist to fix it.

Negative experience: My boyfriend has been going here for about a year, it wasn’t our first pick, but his insurance is only good here as a new customer at the time, usually was good but lately no, i’m not sure if staff changed or what but has gone down hill, they open at 8 am, for over an hour and a half (still going on as i’m making this) i have not been able to get ahold of one person, i understand people getting busy but i have been calling back to back since they opened trying to get a call back, i’ve also tried contacting them threw a couple of their socials and also by booking online but to book online i need to call so basically just do better, they need to higher actual staff so people can actually get help

Negative experience: Not very good I've had about seven impressions every time my dentures come back my dentures don't fit my teeth are not closing properly I'm hoping they can get it right soon so I I can get my dentures it's not gentle dentals fault it's the company that makes my dentures or that is making my dentures

The Doctor was very efficient and kind and I was able to get a root canal and fit for a crown in the same day on my first visit! In and out in about 3 hours. Explained treatment billing extremely well with what is covered and what is not, easy to read. Showed you examples of procedures (ex: if you need temporary bridge). Would definitely recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: Great customer service. I have had some not so good experiences at other dental offices but these ladies are extremely knowledgeable and very patient.

Negative experience: This is the 2nd time I’ve had to come back twice for the same crown. (2 different teeth, dual appointments bc of the color being wrong or not fitting) this New crown had excess glue that they didn’t remove, even after asking. I went to car to remove it and had to spend all night trying to get the rest off and get a space to floss. Getting very tired of their excuses. Corporate is in the dark and getting “floating dentists” is ridiculous. Appointments, lab work and time for crowns getting made, billing and missing dentists is unacceptable

Negative experience: Awful over 3 month experience getting partials made. Upper partial would fall out with movement. Adjustments didn’t help. The clasp broke and was sent back and hasn’t returned in over 3 weeks . Extreme frustration over multiple long waits and misinformation. The color of the lower partial was an extreme mismatch twice and they wanted to send them back for a third time . They wanted to take pictures of them in my mouth. I was already humiliated and crying . I have no confidence in their ability to make this satisfactory and have filed a grievance with my insurance company.

Fantastic experience: I had a very good experience. By my appointment time, front desk had the insurance information. The dental assistant was very nice, took xrays and the Dentist came in for exam and gave me treatment plan. Hygienist let me know what kind of cleaning I would need and they gave me treatment plan. I would refer my friends to Gentle Dental Spa.

Negative experience: Sent a friend here for her wisdom teeth and they kicked her out after she informed them they were hurting her jaw while working on her upper tooth. The people behind the counter laughed at her crying in pain and bleeding after the dentist stopped working on her. Appalling. After scrolling through the other reviews it seems she wasn’t the first.

Negative experience: I wouldn't recommend this place for No One. The worst experience I ever had.. they make a mistake and own up to nothing.. they're fixing my teeth tell me I have to wait 2 weeks and then two weeks come up tell me I have to wait two more.. they just don't care about their patience.. once they already got their money nothing else matters..

Everyone at this office is fabulous but these two stood out during this visit. We love our Gentle Dental Spa!

Fantastic experience: My daughter has jaw sensitivities dealing with TMJ. We been looking for a place that could be a bit more gentle with her. My daughter saw them for the first time yesterday and she was amazed at how painless the experience was. They will be doing a filling for her in a couple of weeks and after her experience yesterday she doesn’t seem worried about it. This says a lot about how gentle they are. Got us in as soon as we walked in. Very professional and caring staff!
