Fantastic experience: I have been to Gardenia for a cleaning and fillings. I am extremely self conscious of my teeth, but the staff here are understanding, kind, and gentle! Every single staff member I have encountered (receptionists, xray technician, hygienists, assistants, etc) have been exceptionally nice! Dr. Rabata has unmatched precision and speed, and like the others, is a very nice man! I am truly blown away by this practice, and I cannot say enough good things!!

The dentist took the time to explain everything clearly, was patient with my questions, and even told me what he would personally do if he were in my situation. Fantastic experience: I haven’t been to the dentist in YEARS. I’ve been embarrassed to go after so long but in going to Gardenia they made me feel like they wanted to help. They were caring, quick and attentive. Very descriptive of what I needed done and broke it down for me. Gave me options of what to do first. Not to mention they were fast in getting me done. Made me feel very welcome as well. Will definitely have them as my regular dentistry. To add more to it, the environment was very soothing. so I wasn’t intimidated when going in. If I could add more I would. This family based dentistry is amazing.

Fantastic experience: I had my initial visit with Dr Rabata yesterday and had a great experience. Front desk were kind and very welcoming. The assistant who took my X-rays was personable and friendly. He was respectable and very nice. My exam went well with Dr Rabata. He explained my X-rays and treatment well. He showed me pictures and made sure I understood well. I was able to get my cleaning done on the same day with the Hygienist, who also did a great job. She was informative and thorough. Everyone was very professional. I look forward to my treatment here and would highly recommend this office . The modern look of the office was a plus and they even gave me a gift on my way out. Fantastic experience: It was an experience like no other! From the moment I walked in the staff acknowledged me and made sure I felt welcomed. Dr. Ragard was very professional, took time to answer my questions thorough. Bonus - once in the dental chair I had access to a blanket, Netflix on the ceiling and my chair was a heated with the option massage.

Fantastic experience: Phenomenal experience start to finish. Reception area was very modern, well decorated, and full of amenities. All the staff were very friendly and attentive. They communicated clearly during each phase of the visit, so I was never confused or wondering what was happening. It was also very efficient. No wasted time. Thorough, but I was in and out in under an hour. Stand out feature – TV on the ceiling that you could watch during the exam/cleaning. If I had to sum it up in a single phrase: Over the top hospitality!

Fantastic experience: From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with such kindness and felt at ease. I have always had a lot of anxiety when it comes to dental appointments, which has caused me to push off much needed treatments over the years. I shared my fears and concerns with the doctor and he not only immediately assured me I would be well taken care of, he continued to reassure me through out my entire procedure. All the staff were so kind and so attentive. Through out my visit they kept checking in on me and asking if I needed anything. I didnt feel like I got left in a room and forgotten/ignored like other dentist offices have done. I loved how modernized their office and equipment was also! Truly a great experience!! Fantastic experience: All staff is kind and friendly. Office is very comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully put together. The dental chairs are massage chairs and quite comfy. The music and whole atmosphere is very calming. The dentist and hygienist listen well and speak clearly. Can't say enough good things. My whole family, even my kids, will go to this dentist! Fantastic experience: I went this morning to Gardenia family dentistry. Own Rod Field Road in Corpus Christi, Texas I am a new patient of theirs. I walked in this morning and was greeted with a beautiful smile and welcome from everyone that worked there I was totally amazed with the facility there. all of the staff was Extremely friendly and professional, the equipment, That they use their is state of the art clear down to the chairs that you sit in in the exam rooms. They have heaters in them and they massage along with subtle and Soft music throughout the building and televisions on the ceiling of the exam rooms. This is really and truly a five star dentist office.

Fantastic experience: I've been a patient here for three years and love them! My cleanings are always great but they deserve major props for their dental work. Dr. Rabata did a wonderful job with my root canal! The team checked in on me constantly throughout the procedure and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. Additionally, I appreciated that Dr. Rabata would explain what he was doing throughout the root canal, it made the whole process very calm.

Fantastic experience: I loved my experience! Everyone from the front desk, to the hygienist, to the dentist, was very friendly! I filled out all the forms when I made the appt online so I didn’t have to fill anything out when I got there. I arrived about 20 mins early and was called back right on time for my appt. They have tvs on the ceiling and let you chose whatever you want to watch on Netflix. The chairs are heated and have massagers if you prefer, and they also have blankets and pillows. Overall the visit was quick and thorough and I can’t wait to come back!

Fantastic experience: I chose this place just based on where I stay on Ennis Joslin and saw good reviews for it so I decided what the heck why not? But this place is really nice from the start to the finish. Friendly and professional staff and Dentists. Literally felt like I had my own room with a massage chair, and was able to watch Netflix during my cleaning and was even offered a pillow and blanket like were yall trying to put me to sleep? VIP service from start to finish. I’ll be back for my next cleaning in July, mark my words…

Fantastic experience: Lovely place!! Takes care of you in ways you didn't even know a dentist office could! From massage chairs, personal TV to watch, water, coffee, blankets, pillows, you name it!! Especially racquet and Sally, wonderful people for a wonderful environment!

Negative experience: Absolutely terrible experience. I came in for an urgent toothache after calling the day before, only to be told at check-in that my appointment “didn’t exist.” When I calmly explained to the receptionist that I had spoken to Pearl to book an urgent visit, Dr. Rabata came up to the front and interrupted me mid-sentence just to announce that "ALL of our calls are recorded" clearly implying I was lying. Incredibly rude and unprofessional. It got worse. Instead of focusing on my severe tooth pain, Dr. Rabata decided to lecture me about other health issues that are completely outside the scope of a DENTIST. I did not come to a dental office for unsolicited commentary on my overall health, nor is he my primary care physician. He essentially refused to help me, brushed off my pain, and sent me away with a referral to get a root canal somewhere else. If you want a dentist who listens, shows basic respect, and sticks to dentistry.... avoid this office. I recommend Dr. Derek Chang, DDS.

Fantastic experience: First time at Gardenia dentistry and I really enjoyed it. Definitely liked the spa feel to it when I walked in. Very relaxing atmosphere, everyone working was friendly and nice, Dr. Rabata was informative and thorough. Raquel the hygienist was great! Did a wonderful job and was very friendly!

Fantastic experience: This place definitely exceeds expectations. I checked in and did not wait very long in the lobby. The lobby was decorated very cute and nice. They had a complementary fridge with drinks and snacks for you and/or your kids. Once taken back I received X-rays. I was then taken to the room where they have heated massaging chairs for you to sit in during your visit. They also have a huge tv on the ceiling. Then I had my vitals and X-rays fully taken, I waited about 1 minute to see the doctor. The dr, he was very nice and explained everything very thoroughly. He discussed and documented issues but did not try to massively try to upsell me on procedures that I didn’t need. Then I received a regular cleaning from the hygienist, very thorough and did not hurt. I dislike going to the dentist but this experience was painless and a pleasant experience. I will be going back and having my family attend also. 5 stars, fully recommend!

Positive experience: I will give this dentistry a 3 star for the great atmosphere, but the dental work was a bit shady. So after a few weeks of visiting and then working on a few teeth and fillings, I was in complete pain because of the filling pushing into the nerve and what do they want to do? Charge you to go back and see what they did to it and charge again to fix what they did. Find a reputable dentist.

He has fantastic bedside manner, gentle hands and explains what to expect throughout the visit. Dental assistants Sally and Sunny are personable and friendly. Their office is clean and the heated seats and TVs make for a comfy experience! This is a practice that thinks about their patient experience from all angles.

Fantastic experience: I have severe anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist. So I usually avoid it as much as possible. But I had a major toothache that was causing my headaches and I had no choice but to come to the dentist. As soon as I walked in, the atmosphere is very welcoming and relaxing. Staff members, Sonny, in particular was very kind and understanding and talked me through everything and was very comforting. I had to get a root canal and I was extremely nervous, and Dr. Rabata was very gentle and took his time to make sure I was comfortable the whole procedure. Needless to say, they settled my anxiety and that if I had to come back again for another procedure, I don't see myself having that anxious experience again. I really appreciate the staff for taking their time with me and being understanding and comforting. It really helped me get through the procedure.

The treatment rooms are incredible. There is a TV above the chair so you can relax and watch your favorite show, and the chair itself gives a gentle massage. I’ve never been more comfortable at a dentist. My appointment ended up being a little more complicated than expected, since I had three cavities and later needed a root canal on one of them. Through every visit, the entire team was kind, patient, and reassuring. They explained each step so I always knew what was happening and made sure I felt comfortable the whole time. I can’t say enough great things about how well they care for their patients. Fantastic experience: This was the best dentist experience that I have ever had! Walking in the door you wonder if you are in the wrong place. Feels and looks like a spa. But then you see Gardenia right there on the wall. I was greeted by the most friendly lady and she helped me to get checked in for my first appointment with them. They even had a refrigerator full of sugar free drinks! Being a T1D I really appreciated this. First thing I did was x-rays. The gentleman who helped me was also very friendly. I wish I was better with names. He did a great job of making sure that I was comfortable. There is a massage and heating dentist chair! They turned the lights on low then turned on a show for me to watch. There was no overhead light in my eyes. The dentist was also friendly and he made sure to explain his dental plan with me in an way that I would understand. They hygienist was also so friendly and she explained some things that nobody has ever told me before. Yet another nice lady helped me to schedule my next appointment. Strangly I left feeling relaxed. Cannot say that I have ever left a dentist office feeling relaxed. I am so glad to have found this dentist office.

Fantastic experience: I called first thing in the morning with severe pain and they got me in asap. I got there and staff was there to help me fill out the paperwork and was there to help me as I went thru my service. The office was so calm and relaxing. Their rooms were spacious they had tv to make you feel relaxed while you’re getting worked on. Dr. explained everything and mad sure I was feeling no pain when he worked on me. Great place to go.

Fantastic experience: I’m always super nervous to go to the dentist, so I tend to avoid it, but after chatting with some colleagues, they recommended Gardenia. I booked an appointment online, which was super easy! Walking in, you immediately feel calm and at ease. The staff is great and super patient and provides a personalized touch at your seat. Will definitely be back and will recommend to others.

Fantastic experience: They have a calm serene waiting room which my children enjoy. They are patient with small children who might have difficult time at dentist. Dr Rabata, Raquel,, sally and lupita were all really patient with my children. Everyone in the office was welcoming and real nice.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I were in the market for a new dentist, and we came across Gardenia Family Dentistry. We had our first visit today and we have to say that we were very impressed with the staff and the office. The staff was very friendly, personable and professional. The office was very welcoming, it made us feel like we were in a spa rather than a dentist's office. As for the Dentist himself, he was very professional and did not pressure us into any unnecessary dental work. He told us areas of concern and gave us the treatment and cost up front and allowed us to decide, without pressure, how and when we would like to proceed. I highly recommend Gardenia Family Dentistry if you are in the market. They treat you like a person and not a number.

Positive experience: This place is very nice and welcoming. They offer free beverages in the waiting room and you are able to watch TV while you get your teeth cleaned. The staff is nice and accommodating as well.

Fantastic experience: I had an infected tooth that has been hurting me quite a bit the past few weeks and the worst of it was this past week. I am a full time working mama to 3 kiddos one being special needs and could not take it anymore. I was scheduled today for what I thought was my root canal and instead was for my cleaning before the root canal. The miscommunication was on my part. But thankfully and gratefully Dr. Rabat could see how much pain I had been in and was able to squeeze my root canal in during a busy day. I am so thankful for him and his wonderful team. I have major anxiety when going to the dentist in general and they made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole process!! ❤️ Thank you so much Dr. Rabat and your staff!!

Fantastic experience: I needed my teeth cleaned (after watching Youtube horror tartar buildup videos), and so went to Gardenia Family Dentistry right behind my community. Wow!!! Im used to stark white offices with the sound of drills in the background. Always raises my blood pressure. But let me tell you, this Dental office could be mistaken for a resort spa. Immediately upon walking in the sound of a trickling brook greets you. Incense calms the nerves and a refreshing beverage is offered. But is the dentist any good? Yes! Better than all Ive been to! I have a sensitive spot over one of my teeth that other dentists only recommended Sensodyne. Dr Rabata said he could put a filling on it that would absolutely help the sensitivity. And another area that other dentists just kept putting a new filling in, he recommended a crown. Zirconia. Wait WHAT?? No more ugly grey amalgam or dip into my 401 for a gold crown. The hygienist Raquel requested feedback on any sensitivity. Then, had me tell her if I felt any grittiness. Nope, all good. I requested no polish and she didnt push back. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Do yourself a favor and make an appointment. Try the massage chairs and watch a Netflix show on the ceiling while the staff here make sure you have a great experience while your teeth are getting taken care of.

Fantastic experience: Most awesome dentist office ever! Dr. Rabat is up to date on all the newest technology! Two fillings and scan for a new night guard in a little over an hour! Massage chairs, big screen TV above, and sparkling water to go! Love it! Also need to mention the office is gorgeous!

Fantastic experience: This is the best dentist I've ever been to, hands down. They're so kind and reassuring even if you're very "dental anxious". Dr Rabata is very kind and knowledgeable and will do whatever he can to help with your dental issues. I would give more than 5 stars if I could
