I brought my daughter here a few months ago the care was so excellent that when I decided that it was time for me to see a dentist after several years of avoiding a dentist horrific incident I Knew by The Compassion that they showed my child that I was in good hands. From the time you walk in the front door and greeted to the time that your walk to the back and you meet your hygienist, then your doctor, and the person at checkout, you are treated with such kindness and compassion not being judged or overlooked but actually being treated like an actual human being. I am so incredibly grateful that may turn such a bad experience into such a wonderful one and that wasn't even the best surprise of all as I was walking out I was giving two beautiful roses for Valentine's Day as I was walking to my vehicle I couldn't help but cry I've never had any place of business show so much love and care for their patients. So if you are looking for a wonderful dentist office this is the one and they are family as well. Thank you again for such a wonderful experience in your office today you are helping restore that faith that I've lost.

I do not like going to see dentist, but the staff here is always so nice and welcoming and makes going a lot less stressful. As a Navy vet needing full dentures and eventually full implants, I seriously hope the VA keeps me with him through the entire process, including outside recommended services that may not be provided at this office. I have complete and total trust in him and what he would determine to be best for me is what I would exactly do. This entire office and interactions with staff is 5 star, only because there isn't an option for 6!!

Fantastic experience: I've only had 1 appt with them, but I'm very pleased. Everyone I met was very nice and very informative. They are VERY thro very thorough. They took many xrays verifying I had no teeth problems. Also tested for cancer and paradontal disease. The dental chair has a massaging remote. Very nice. Going back tomorrow for my cleaning. You should try it out of your looking for a new place!

The practice has massage chairs, heating, and will accommodate longer time slots for patients with complex issues. I highly recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: While reading this review keep in mind that I do not trust most dentists for a variety of reasons, and thus I was highly skeptical of the positive reviews. This was my first visit to this office. Any reference I make to other dental offices are not inclusive of the Dawod brand. Over the past few decades, I have had some dental problems (broken teeth, misaligned teeth, and gum disease). Recently I have begun experiencing some discomfort with a molar and a wisdom tooth as well as an exacerbation of tinnitus, possibly stemming from the problematic teeth. I opted for a full-mouth examination even though I do not have dental insurance. I received a quote for ~$240 to complete the entire exam. Due to the recent exorbitant rise in prices for just about anything, I was skeptical of the price, figuring that I would end up with a bill twice as much. After registering for an appointment via the online portal, the office sent me an email containing instructions to prefill the required intake forms prior to my appointment. I have experienced this paperwork procedure from other offices, and then I show up and have to fill out even more paperwork while sitting in the waiting room. So, I completely expected that to apply to this visit. That was not the case. I was not asked to fill out a single form when I arrived. Call me impressed. My wait time was approximately five minutes before I was summoned to the interior of the examination area. Again, I'm impressed. My assigned dental assistant, Valerie, was jovial and professional. We chatted casually about the growth of the city and other leisurely topics. She made me feel comfortable which is a terrific change of pace compared to my other dental office encounters. We spoke of my reason for the appointment. Valerie actively listened to my concerns and offered her professional opinion to execute the best plan for treatment. Wait, what? Someone who actually listens and actively engages with the client? This has never been my experience at any other dental office. Now I'm feeling relaxed and excited to discuss this plan with her. I won't go into major detail of the examination, but I will relay this: I have never been subjected to this level of comprehensive inspection EVER. Let me be crystal clear. If I should perish in a way that my remains could only be verified with dental records, I have full faith that there will be no hesitation by the M.E. in determining my identity. I met with Dr. Dawod and he is charming, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. At this point, I am now getting nervous that something dreadful is about to happen because up to this point everything has vastly exceeded my expectations. The only part of this visit yet to be concluded is the review of the final bill. This is what I am expecting to be out of range of affordability due to the time and effort provided by the wonderful Valerie and Dr. Dawod. Upon completion of my time with Valerie, I am escorted to the front desk to determine the final cost. The very pleasant staff member informed me that my bill would be the exact quoted price of ~$240 for services rendered. I happily paid the bill and exited the office. Would I recommend this office? Yes, wholeheartedly and unequivocally yes! I now understand the perfect rating from (at the time of this review) 574 satisfied clients. If you're looking for a trusted office to excel in treatment of your oral health, this is the place!

The doctor actually sat down and spoke with me about my options (in the past, the doctor would come in, poke around in my mouth, and leave without more than 2 words).
