She had an acne patch falling off her face on the floor mad at the world pulling wires because their system was down. Then everyone on their phones doing nothing asking me to wait for her to fix things. Mind you I was told I couldn’t leave because people were scheduled after me. but I had to wait. If I could rate no stars I would!!! I walked right out of there

Fantastic experience: I have been visiting Sabal Dental On Santa Fe for the past two years or more. Like most people I don’t like going to the dentist. The people in this office actually make the experience pleasurable. Rebecca cleans my teeth and is so amazing at what she does. She is very friendly and knowledgeable to begin with. Rebecca Clean my teeth, not only with precision, but with care and very limited pain. I would highly recommend this office to anyone who does not like the adventure of being in a dentist office. Before I started going to Sabal, I was seen at gentle dental. I would not recommend them at all. They overcharged me and did not refund what was owed to me after my insurance paid them.

Fantastic experience: I like the location and set-up of this clinic. Recently I had two crowns replaced. Dr. Ryan and his assisting staff accomplished this with minimum discomfort to me. And the results are excellent.

Fantastic experience: First time visiting this office for dental cleaning/ x-rays. All were very nice and professional. From the receptionist Dottie, to my hygienist Carly who did my xrays and teeth cleaning, and Dr. Ryan for checking my teeth afterwards. I was in need of a new night guard. I got the measurements done within that time of my appointment. I didn't get the technicians name that did the measurements, but she did my teeth measurements and was done within 5 minutes. Very satisfied with my visit:)

Fantastic experience: Having a wisdom tooth extracted is not the best experience. However, the highly skilled and compassionate dentist together with the awesome and kind staff made this painful process as tolerable as possible. Awesome place to visit. I highly recommend them.

Negative experience: Worst dental place I've been to! The lady at the desk Dottie, 1st time I came was rude. I came today and waited 20 minutes while she was chatting in the back. There is no bell or any way to let them know I was here since no one bothered to check the front desk. I coughed loudly, tapped on the desk which was loud because it echoes in there, finally had to raise my voice to say hello. She finally came out and said she didn't hear the door open. The phone rang about 9 times while I was waiting so that didn't get answered either. I called for 2 days and left messages to call me back no one ever did. She's making personal calls setting up dr appointments before leaving for her vacation as I wait on my daughter. Maybe these reasons have to do with why no one can get through or get call backs. She came out to call my daughter back and asked us questions but when I tried to answer kept talking over me and had to tell her to let me speak. Then when she walked away made hand gestures to another employee like I was the problem. The Dr started but my daughter could still feel everything. She was moaning pain and crying he stopped to ask if she was ok. She asked if she could have me and he told her no. They came and said they needed to refer her out. Rude all around except the 2 girls that were assisting him. I gave one star only because I had to to be able to post this. Only came here because original Dr had a medical situation. Never come here.

Positive experience: Nice and professional staff. At least the one who took my xray and front desk. Bummed that my cavity couldn't be filled, but understand about cleaning first.

Fantastic experience: I had an appointment with my dentist to check a tooth that I thought I might have chipped/ cracked while accidentally chewing on a popcorn kernel. The dentist xrayed my tooth and performed a brief exam. He recommended me to an endodontis for a possible root canal, something I was not looking forward to. If I need it, well then I will get it done, I don't want to lose the tooth. The dentist was quick and thorough, let's see how things move forward.

Fantastic experience: I went in to get my wisdom teeth removed, the staff, Dottie and Karina, are really nice and made my visit as comfortable as possible. Dr. Blejan removed my teeth quickly with no issues.

Negative experience: The experience wasn't great. It seemed like noone knew what they were doing. They had to retake so many xrays. On top of the dentist talking down at his assistant in front of me. Making it awkward and uncomfortable. I left their office hurting more than when I went in.

Fantastic experience: I believe her name was Vicky and she was actually from the Airline. I hope I have it right. She was super pleasant and even gave a lil massage to the neck and jaw area after my cleaning. Never have I ever had that done. Very nice.

Negative experience: The pressing on my gums hurt me tremendously since the 13 now 20 I'm still in alot of pain IV had this done before but never this painful I struggle at work be the pressure of lifting n push n shove hurts a lot never stops the pain IV done Tylenol everyday I shouldn't have to be talking but it's hurts A LOT the assistance was sweet lady the dentist was really cool it's just disappointing bc I shouldn't be hurting so much till this day don't know if I will return it's like my tooth was never pulled out the pain it's none stop I'm not a person to complain but this has been hard on me especially at work it's a little swollen still I can't eat unless it's puree something not right I'm worried and he's send me home in alot of pain to the point couldn't drive not even a prescription for pain pills now doctors don't want to give you nothing which is very wrong.it should've been better but ok have a blessed day

Negative experience: This was not a very good experience at all, the worst dental experience I have had. If it wasn’t for the hygienist I’m sure I would have past out, she was the best. It was worse than being in labor

They have a lot of locations too, the Santa Fe one is where I go and they are the best! Dr. Patel, Dr. Nguyen and all the staff are so friendly and helpful!! Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: What a lovely experience I had at Sabal General Dentistry. The staff here were amazing and caring. We had some laughs as well. Doctor Petel and her staff explained everything fluently and communicated every step before starting. It's reinsuring when you go the dentist and it doesn't feel intimidating, but instead it feels like home. I would highly recommend friends, family or anyone to come and check them out. Negative experience: Very Thorough. (Or so I thought) I had been to another dentist 2 months prior, and the other dentist missed the cavities this doctor found. Now I can get them fixed before they hurt. *Update* I got a second opinion since I thought crowns were a bit much for teeth with no pain or cracks and nothing showing on the xrays. Turns out those "cavities" Sabal found had just been stains. The second opinion dentist I went to buffed them off with a sonic cleaner. No pain involved. No crowns or fillings needed. Sabal also charged me full price for something my insurance pays for 100%. Awful place with a smiling face!

Fantastic experience: Awesome dentist. Highly recommend. Very professional but very friendly and welcoming as well. Was just visiting Corpus Christi for a few days and fell and broke my front tooth exposing nerves. Needed emergency assistance. Could not get anyone else to answer call on a Wednesday morning so just kept going down the list of dentists online. Premier smiles not only answered but told me to come right in. I am ever so grateful for not only them getting me right in but an awesome job in making my smile look great again! Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Dr. O and his staff continue to deliver outstanding, caring, and friendly service! Let’s face it, no one really wants to go to the dentist, especially for cavities, root canals and such. But Dr. O has successfully established a practice that minimizes the pain. Highly recommend. And I speak with direct experience of just finishing a process a couple of implants. It has worked out well, just as promised. And again, Dental Assistant Alyssa continues to provide friendly and gentle care alongside Dr. O

Fantastic experience: A high dollar endodontist made me lose hope, that I would not be able to keep my 6 teeth that were traumatized through a fall but Dr. Okafor gave me such emotional relief when he told me that I do not have to pull all these teeth that at the present time seem sound. I’m all about preventative care and relieved. The Lord has been showing me recently that we can’t believe everything “THEY SAY;” only He knows the truth!

Fantastic experience: As always Dr Okafor was awesome. I took my 7 yo with cavity and he saw us immediately, took care of the cavity and not a sound of any kind of distress from my son. He is awesome with kids, my kids love him and we don’t go anywhere else for our dental needs.

My only complaint was the hygienist kept asking me questions when my mouth was full of fingers and instruments, lol! We still managed to have a good conversation.
