Fantastic experience: A great experience in a dentist’s office is a rare thing, but that it exactly what you get when you go to Dr. Gonzales. He is caring, knowledgeable, low key and lets you know exactly what is going on during every step of the procedure. His staff is wonderful also. They are friendly, efficient and know your name. I would say of all the dentists I have gone to in four states, he is the best.

Fantastic experience: We had our 3 week old baby assessed by Dr Heather Gonzales for oral ties and she was so patient, kind, knowledgeable, and took her time with us. She was so sweet and gentle with our sweet girl. We felt so heard and seen. All of our questions were answered and we never felt rushed. She came highly recommended and I can see why. She's wonderful! She didn't push to get the ties released just yet, which we appreciated if there's really no need and we can do exercises instead. She was very sweet offering us educational materials and even a cellphone number where we can reach her with any questions. We highly recommend her!

His knowledge gave me a sense of relief for my situation. He is patient and friendly. He did not appear to be in a rush, and he answered all my questions. His staff is friendly and welcoming. Nora was helpful, informed, and provided step by step direction before she did anything. The office is welcoming and full of color, not your typical Dr./Dentist looking office. It's a very pleasant place. Come to think of it, perhaps the colors are geared more for the babies and children....nonetheless they're certainly appreciated by me. I will be referring him.

Fantastic experience: Highly highly recommend Dr Heather! My 2 month old had a tongue and lip tie. Dr. Heather was very through on explaining the quick procedure and making sure we understood and felt 100% comfortable with everything. She walked us through all the steps, after care and made sure before we left baby latched well. I felt so comfortable and babe was taken well care of!!!

When I arrived, the wait was less than 10 mins before they called me in to begin the process of taking X-rays. The entire staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I had the opportunity to visit with Dr. Heather and Danielle who were both patient, kind, and very educational, explaining every step of the way. At the end of my cleaning I was given a warm eucalyptus facial towelette, so thoughtful and unexpected. I truly enjoyed my experience.
