Fantastic experience: I love this dental practice!! Dr Brennan & the team are amazing! Shelby is my favorite hygienist and is amazing!! I found them when I had a dental emergency and stayed at their practice because of how amazing and gentle they were with my teeth and how quick they could get me in. 4 years later I still tell people about their office. 10/10 would recommend! Esp if you have sensitive teeth they can numb you up during exams (the gum prodding always hurts me and they numbed me for that-was SO grateful!).

Negative experience: I visited Brennan because their window sign boasts Saturday appointments available. This is a lie. When I called to schedule a Saturday appointment, I was told that they are observing limited Covid hours (in 2025). After my exam, I was told that I needed a root canal. Since I was in no discomfort, I went for a second opinion elsewhere and discovered that this was also a lie. I do not need that root canal. I gave a couple of stars because the staff and dentist were friendly. Unfortunately, they are not the most ethical practice in advertising Saturday availability or in recommend treatments.

Fantastic experience: Everyone was very upbeat and pleasant. The office was clean and equipped with very current equipment and technology. But most of all the hygienist and Dentist were gentle, knowledgeable and explained issues very clearly.

Negative experience: My family uses this Denist...but it was my 1st visit. I made appt for cleaning and exam but frontvdesk told me I would pbly have to come back for clearing they don't do both at same time. My appt was at 10..I arrived at 10:08 NO one in waiting room and front desk told me they couldn't get me in as my papers weren't filled out. I explained that the site wouldn't let me submit. Still she said I would have to reschedule. Reschedule?? I drove from AJ. Dentist and back office is great as I took my Dad there and the rest of my family is very happy. I am not!!

Fantastic experience: New to the Chandler area and found Brennan Dental via an online search. I had a crown that needed some attention and they got me in the next day. Had x-rays and cleaning by Marin and she was very personable and efficient. Dr. Brennan (Elliot, I'm told) came in and gave me a quick look and said everything was good. They reinstalled the crown in short order and I was on my way. Great experience overall and the BEST part of it was they didn't come up with a list of 15 things I needed to have done, like so many dentists I have seen in the past. I don't like being treated like an ATM, if you know what I mean. I have only been to Brennan once but I plan to make them my dental practice of choice in the future! UPDATE: Sadly, I need to update this review. At my last visit to Brennan the lady out front said she checked my insurance and I was covered for most of the work to be done. I paid the difference before I left the office. Today, I received a collection letter stating I owe Brennan $432. A COLLECTION LETTER, despite never receiving a single phone call or piece of mail stating I owed any money. I called the office immediately and was put on terminal hold. No one ever spoke with me. I haven't had anything go to collection in my entire life, until now. I will keep trying to reach someone in the office but a new dentist is in the future for me.

We actually used to live right around the corner, but even after moving 40 minutes away, my husband and I still happily make the drive because this office is just that good. Shelby, the hygienist, is amazing—she’s professional, thorough, and makes every cleaning feel comfortable and stress-free. The whole team is warm, welcoming, and you can tell they genuinely care about their patients. Going to the dentist isn’t always something people look forward to, but Brennan Dental has completely changed that for us. We can’t recommend them enough. Fantastic experience: Breath of fresh air! This was my first visit with Brennan Dental and I could not be more pleased. Each team member had a welcoming smile and really seem to enjoy their job. The office has a homey feel which I love! Dr Johnny, Julie (office manager)and Bailey (Dental assistant) spent alot of time explaining my treatment plan, and they each made sure all of my questions were answered. I highly recommend this Dental office! Oh! Bonus...there are TV's on the ceiling, and pillows and blankets for comfort during Dental procedures :>)

Fantastic experience: Super helpful with getting a broken crown fixed that they didn’t install. I was able to get a same day appointment to see what was happening and then in later that day to repair the damage. I could not be happier with the speed and the piece of mind knowing that it’s done and taken care of. They even offered options if insurance wasn’t going to cover the repair right away. Regular cleanings take less than 30 minutes, I love that we are in and out of and on our way without any waiting.

Fantastic experience: I need to start off by sharing I have high anxiety about going to the dentist. I always have since I was a child. There’s been a few times I have left a dentist office feeling scolded, pressured and left crying in my car. This is my second time going to Brennan Dental and the is the second time I left my appointment feeling seen, heard and cared for in such a way that I’m tearing up writing this because Dr. Brennan and his team showed me nothing but compassion, empathy and met me where I was. I needed help with dental pain. They provided me with my options and I was not pressured into a treatment plan that would cost an arm and a leg. (I’m so grateful to have good dental insurance too) Dr. Brennan and team - I was just one of the many patients you saw today but your kindness and sincerity helped me feel comfortable and cared for. Fantastic experience: Always a pleasant experience seeing Alyssa for my 6-mos dental cleanings. She is the most thorough and gentle hygienist I have ever had, so detail oriented. I have been seeing her for at least 5yrs. Quick scheduling and convenient, extended times. The most recent gal at the front desk has been there over a year, and is always pleasant, smiley, helpful and knowledgeable.

Fantastic experience: Went to my first visit yesterday to Brennan Dental. I loved it! Had an x-ray that circles around your head. And then got to watch TV on the ceiling while getting a cleaning. But most importantly the doctor and staff were all very friendly and very professional. I had thorough cleaning from the hygienist who explained everything as she was working. She was outstanding! Then Dr Elliot (James) did a look around to see if I needed work done. Nope and I was cleared until the next cleaning.

I felt comfortable and open to discuss the dental work needed and he gave me a lot of good options for how to approach my upcoming dental work. Fantastic experience: I went to Brennan Dental to get some fillings, I have pretty bad anxiety when it comes to the dentist. I have been to many dentists and I can say without a doubt this is the best one I've been to. Edith and Dr. Elliot Brennan were the ones working on my teeth and they were both amazing and made sure I was very comfortable while I was there. I'm really happy with how everything turned out!

Negative experience: Don't come here for dental work i've had literally the worst experience. I got a crown a few years ago and within a few weeks i had to go back because of pain and it ended up being cracked and they replaced it. Fast forward to today when it has cracked again and taken my tooth with it and they are now trying to have me pay out of pocket to redo the crown. Before i even came in i went to another dentist who explained to me that the crown was too thin and that it had several tiny cracks in it. So to have Brennan dental tell me 1. the dentist who did my crown is no longer with the practice 2. they didn't offer any warranty when i got my crown but if i pay for another one i can pay an extra $199 for a 5 year old warranty 3. not taking any accountability for the fact that this is my second broken crown and they scheduled no follow up visits to check on how my crown was holding up Additionally while waiting to see the dentist the patient in the next room was in because of issues with her crown. It was apparent to me that they did not care about anything other than charging me to fix what they didn't do correctly...

Fantastic experience: Went to Brennan Dental on a recommendation from a close family friend who is a dentist out of state. They were my second opinion. And gave me an option for care that was less aggressive and expensive than a dentist I had been going to for years. I’m thankful for the second opinion, their honesty, and for coming up with a treatment plan that makes sense. They also are all friendly and kind!

Fantastic experience: I was experiencing tooth pain on a Sunday evening. I called the office on Tuesday and was able to get an appointment on Wednesday. Everyone was super friendly and personable when I arrived. Bailey took me back to the exam room. She took X-rays and gave me a detailed run down of what they would be doing that day. When the X-rays were ready Dr Elliott came in and covered them with me. I had two teeth that were bothering me, but he also showed me that the tooth next to the one causing discomfort was very weak, so he suggested that it would be best to also remove and save a future trip. They were able to do the extractions that day. I went in at 2:00pm and walked out at 3:10pm. I will be going back as a regular patient for future cleanings and preventative procedures. I have had many bad experiences at other dental offices so it has been a while since I have been to the Dentist. My experience at Brennan dental changed all that. Fantastic experience: My initial impression is these folks are super smart and super quick. Doctor Elliot(?) explained the possible problems and solutions and got started right away. His partner Sammy was totally competent. Seriously, I am kind of awed by the whole experience of my first appointment with them. Why doesn't every dental office operate like this crew? Some of the dentists I have had over the years are utter clowns but not Brennan. These guys just rocked. They are the dental team all others should aspire to be. Thank you so much.

Fantastic experience: Brennan Dental was recommended to me by a friend when I broke my crown. My old dentist was going to have to send my crown to a lab which would take 2 weeks to get it back and couldn't see me for 5 days. I contacted Brennan Dental on Wednesday morning and they got me in at 7am on Thursday morning and after 2 hours I walked out with my new crown as they make it on site. The doctor and staff we're fantastic. I have a new dentist and its Brennan Dental.

Fantastic experience: This is a very nice dental office and the people there are very nice and professional. The one weird thing is they never set your next appointments when you leave. I never know if I need additional work or when my next cleaning is due. Be sure you take notes of what needs to be done or when you should come back because it is totally left to you. I guess you could say they are not pushy though. UPDATE: They have now put in place a lot of follow-up protocols! They have appointment cards and ask if you want to schedule your needed procedures. Glad to see they modernized it. Great place to go to!!!!

Fantastic experience: I had a temporary crown come off while I was brushing my teeth, and I needed an emergency appointment to get it fixed. I was able to get an appointment almost immediately, and they got me fixed up right away. Everyone was extremely helpful, kind, knowledgeable, and professional!

Fantastic experience: This staff goes above and beyond. I needed a crown today and was pretty nervous. I was greeted by Sammie. She is my hygienist and is wonderful at what she does. She is efficient and so friendly. I always enjoy these visits. Then I was off to see Edith. She was also very friendly, and explained the entire procedure. The Dr came in and was fantastic. Maria ended my visit with her knowledge on my insurance. A huge thank you to entire team. This office is outstanding and doesn’t do unnecessary work. Their knowledge and compassion are unmatched in this profession.

Fantastic experience: This is BEST dental facility I have ever been to. I have used four other nearby establishments in the past with my family to the point that I really hated going to the dentist for myself or my children. Not now! I have been established here since 2018 and have been pleased with the service and expertise every time. (Even the financial side.) They are straight shooters and do what is best for you. Honesty, integrity and professionalism every visit from every staff member every time. I literally refuse to go anywhere else. Having a Dentist you can trust is like having a mechanic you can trust. It takes a few tries but once you find them you’ll never leave. Brennan Dental is absolutely a dental facility you can trust. I tell everyone I know they have to go here. Fantastic experience: Brennan Dental is the BEST! I just finished going weekly for 5 weeks and the overall experience was great - I'm actually bummed that I won't be back until August. Dr. Elliott and the ENTIRE staff have treated me unbelievable. Not only are they all top of the line professionals and VERY nice but we also shared a ton of laughs over the past 5 weeks. Last but not least what I don't think ever gets mentioned in all their great reviews is that you know Dr. Elliott and his staff can handle any situation and quickly problem solve/adjust on the fly when you're sitting in the chair - that to me says that I'm always in great hands. Fantastic experience: i’ve been going to this specific place since i first moved to arizona like 3 years ago. i recently went in today at around 9 AM and i was so nervous!!!! full of anxiety because i hadn’t been back in over a year and my gums were all cut up in the back from my wisdom teeth growing in more. i should’ve remembered the doc’s name but he gave me the most thorough explanation ever and answered all my stupid little questions. i felt so much better after talking with him and the nice lady that did my teeth that day. she was so sweet. thank you guys for making me feel so comfortable at your dental office!! i’ll try to be more responsible and come back again within the next 6 months haha

Fantastic experience: I moved to arizona recently and my exisitjg crown fell out of my mouth right before a trip. Brennan dental got me ij the same day and made an entirely new crown on site! No temporary crown and a 2 week wait. The dentist was super friendly low key and did not upsell at all. I am going to make them my dental home here and i highly recommend them. They even gave me a blanket when i was cold!

We’ve had an experience of trying to get us to do procedures at another office that wasn’t necessary and coming to Brennan Dental is a breathe of fresh air because they don’t do that. Fantastic experience: Rachel my hygienist was an absolute delight. Getting a cleaning is never a joyful experience but she was courteous, professional and efficient. She answered any questions I had with kindness and patience. Dr Elliot was great and his staff were all wonderful.
