It took about 20 x-rays cause I kept getting it wrong and then she didn’t hardly clean my teeth. She just went through them really fast with a pic water pic and then that was it. I was the x-Rays Outrageous she hardly even Did her job! Not impressed!

Positive experience: I would want to leave a 5 stars because it’s great experience, friendly, considerate, always communicate with patient before treatment. - But I just got one not so perfect experience (actually frustrated). I had a tooth extracted at other oral surgeon, and I came back here for filling cavity just one week after (it’s scheduled before tooth extraction and the dentist knew I will have a extraction before this appointment). It’s partially my fault cuz I should have search if it’s safe for filling cavity one week after tooth extraction, but I thought the dentist（not Pospisil brothers but a young new dentist) would take a look and give me recommendations, which he did and said the wound looks good, and peruse with filling a cavity right next to the extracted tooth and even another close to it. A few days later the extracted spot started to hurt and turned out 100% infected. I have been extremely careful with my diet, just yogurt and steam egg, and perfectly fine for the first seven days after tooth extraction(before filling cavity basically). I also do some research now and it’s obvious having any filling just one week after extraction is highly “not recommended”, at least it has to be isolated using rubber band or whatever measures needed (which it didn’t). I am pretty upset how the dentist, the professional, ignore this knowing the extraction is only done one week before? - The doctor is young and he might underestimate the situation, he is definitely skillful but might haven’t seen too many cases like this. Now not only do I have to suffer extra pain, taking antibacterial medicine, but also worried about if the infection would permanently affect the extracted spot and the tooth next to it.

Fantastic experience: I am doing a review for my mom. She struggles with technology but she wanted to make sure she gave her review somehow. She went in today for an emergency visit. She lives in Chicago but is visiting a friend in Gilbert when her crown fell. She had to address it right away since she’s leaving for Italy today. She was able to make a same day appointment to re-cement her crown. She wants everyone to know that Dr. Doug is an amazing person. He was very attentive, knowledgeable and like-able. The price was very reasonable and she left smiling with her overall experience. Five stars!

This week I had another amazing experience with them: I have an adult son with numerous medical issues who had refused to go to the DDS for a few years. This week we came in and needed a LOT of dental work including 1 tooth that was so far gone it needed to be extracted. The GRACE and COMPASSION they showed my son was remarkable! Above and beyond! Before we walked inside, my son said how embarrassed he was to even have them look at his teeth. Instead of any judgement, they were so full of kindness and encouragment he received their help gladly! I highly recommend this Team- they are amazing!

And the dental chairs have little massagers which make my visit so much more relaxing. Fantastic experience: Dr Doug Pospisil was great! The entire office was very friendly and responsive when I made my *urgent* appointment. Post-Halloween candy meant an old filling came out! They worked me into their very busy schedule graciously and with a smile. The office sent me a reminder for my appointment and made it easy to fill out all my forms online. I went in and Dr Doug and his hygienist had me in and out in an hour, even with an obviously packed day of appointments! My dentist’s office has recently closed and we’ll be moving everyone here!

Negative experience: I have been a patient for over 12 years. The dentists, hygienist, and front desk staff are all amazing!! Unfortunately, the billing team is lacking. For the past 5+ years I have received bills for adult children who do not live at home. They have refused to bill them directly and have informed me that it’s my responsibility to tell my children they have a balance even though I am no longer financially reasonable for them or their balances. Pospisil Dentistry has even gone so far as to threaten me with collections. I am saddened to have to find a new dentist after all this time.
