Fantastic experience: First time in as a new patient and I was very impressed by the very thorough job and technology used to assess my teeth and get the history of my dental work. Everyone in the office was very nice and made me feel welcome. The hygienist was super, she explained everything well, and was very gentle and friendly. The tv overhead with Netflix certainly helped keep my mind at ease when I’m usually very tense when getting my teeth cleaned or worked on. I was very impressed with Dr. Lepetich, and how he explained how to best prioritize the treatments needed and why, as I have multiple problem areas to address. Five stars!

Negative experience: Copper Canyon Dental persuaded me to have a periodontal procedure done. From the get-go I was somewhat apprehensive because I have always taken care of my teeth. When they informed me of the necessary procedure, I was reluctant to agree to it, but they told me there was no other teeth cleaning method available unless I had the laser treatment done on my gums. I agreed to have the procedure done on one side of my mouth first, then I would schedule the other side in the following weeks. The procedure was awful (especially the burning smell coming from my gums). It felt very invasive and I disliked every minute of it. I did not return for the other scheduled procedure and when I called to ask if I could just have a regular cleaning, I was told they were unable to do that until the other laser treatment was performed. I went and found another dentist. The second opinion I received was that my gums were NOT in poor condition and the procedure that had been performed was very aggressive. I also received a regular cleaning and was very satisfied with the result. I recommend getting a second opinion if they bring up the laser treatment on your gums.

Fantastic experience: This place is great! I have been a patient for over 5 years. The staff is very friendly and personable. Dr. Lepetich is awesome and I highly rate his bedside manner and professionalism. All of my procedures have been well explained and executed. In an emergency they will get you in quickly to come in to be assessed. They will refer you to an equally professional surgeon in Dr. Kelly if necessary.

Fantastic experience: Moved back to Gilbert and needed a new Dentist. Decided on Copper Canyon being all the great reviews wexseen. Made an appointment and said it wouldn't be till May as it's Jan a very long wait but two days later received a text for an earlier appt on Jan 24th and I took it so basically a same week appt. Everyone was nice from the front reception desk, Hygienist James and DDS Leperich. Refreshing not to get pestered on teeth whitening, fluoride, invisiline, Google reviews etc just did what I came in for a new patient six month cleaning. Great job, clean, modern and a very professional honest Dental practice. This is our go to Dentist and not going anywhere else. DDS Lepetich you have gained a life long dental patient.

The hygienests, front desk/checkout admins, and dentists are amazing from the minute you walk in. They listened to my questions and concerns and just went above and beyond to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. They were thorough, answered my questions, and never rushed the process. I could tell they genuinely cared. I have my kids go there now too and highly recommend!

He truly puts the patients' best interests at heart and doesn't recommend unnecessary procedures like some other doctors. Sure enough they had me come in this afternoon not a bad tooth just a sore on my gum. Took x-rays no cavity advised me to use salt water rinses and will check back with me Tuesday. Negative experience: It pains me to write this, but the new receptionist or office manager at Copper Dental needs to go! She is on a power trip, rude, and completely unprofessional. A few months ago, when I came in, she informed me I had a bill, which was fine. However, she proceeded to badmouth the previous receptionist, claiming she was brought in to "clean house" and handle all billing issues she created for the company. This feedback was utterly unwarranted, self-serving, and highly unprofessional. Today, I brought my son (a minor) for his cleaning appointment, which my spouse had scheduled for 12 PM. Upon arrival, the receptionist abruptly stated, "I don't have an appointment for your son today; it's for your spouse." I informed her it should be for my son. Instead of acknowledging a possible mix-up and accommodating us, she argued with me in front of other patients and my hygienist, which was embarrassing. She never offered to just see him and I had to suggest that as an option. The hygienist was kind and immediately obliged, however, she sat annoyed. I later received a text from my spouse with proof that the appointment was indeed for my son, as the text message from Copper Dentals appt confirmation included his name. When I showed this to the receptionist as a helpful reference, she remained dismissive, stating, "Well my computer says your spouse's name, so his appt wasn't for today." I asked her how could a message sent from her system say one name in her computer and randomly transpose my sons name via text to us…She was matter-of-fact and unwilling to meet halfway. Caught totally off guard by her reaction, I asked, "Well, are we good then?" She responded by saying I was being rude and she didn't appreciate it. I was appalled. I am the client, and she was the one who was rude to me in front of my child and other patients. However, I am the rude one? Her behavior was insane. As a VP in leadership, I can assure you that bad service will ruin your business. This receptionist does not reflect the Copper Dental standard of excellence. I must say, the dentist and all the staff up to this point have been nothing but kind, personable, and professional. I have been coming here for three years. I purchased my home in Queen Creek and still chose to drive 30 mins to come here because of the friendly and family-like atmosphere. I pass tons of offices on my way and can easily have switched my dentist a year ago. I am sad to say that today will be my family's last day attending this dental practice. This receptionist is trouble and will run your business into the ground with her antics. She needs serious training and an attitude adjustment. When I attended a few months ago, a patient when I walked in told me “This new chick is rude.” I ignored her but the jury is no longer out, she was 100% accurate.

Positive experience: We have been coming here for a few years now and we are always satisfied with the staff and how we are treated. The one thing I’m not real happy about is sometimes I get a substitute hygienist. Usually they aren’t familiar with my personal likes/dislikes. Also they aren’t prepared at the work station. Overall the dentist is great and personable.

Fantastic experience: Professional and exceptional care rendered. I came in for a second opinion after being quoted almost $4,000 worth of work at a different office (including two crowns). Dr. Lepotich and his staff gave me a very thorough evaluation and effective treatment plan options. This will save me from unnecessary dental work, trauma, and cost. Dr. Lepotich showed me my dental images and explain to me in terms that I can understand exactly what is going on with my teeth. I am confident that I received a competent and honest evaluation. All of the staff have been respectful and help to make this visit comfortable. I couldn't be happier and I'm switching to this practice immediately.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Lepetich is truly Heaven sent!! I literally just left with tears of joy. I have had a lot of dental work done over the years and have come here with some complex work needing done. Today I had a loose tooth (crown over implant that was done about 10 years ago). Dr. Lepetich was able to drill into the existing crown, tighten the screw and abutment and seal the existing crown back up. It was best case scenario and I am beyond grateful! It also saved me over $1k since he was able to salvage the existing crown and abutment and did not need to have them replaced. Dr. Lepetich is by far the best dentist there is. He is a master at his craft, highly intelligent, honest, ethical and kind. And his entire staff is amazing as well and are always so patient with me (and my gazillion questions). I am so grateful to be a patient here. :) :)

Negative experience: Went here for the first time after switching insurances. I was told I had 7 cavities and needed my wisdom teeth out, which was weird because I’ve never had that many cavities nor have I been told I need my wisdom teeth out. I went back to my old dentist (“My Dentist” with Dr. Kovar), and he said my wisdom teeth are completely fine and that I only have 3 cavities. Everyone at Copper Canyon was very sweet, but as a new patient, I could tell something was off.

Fantastic experience: I luuuuuurve my dentist office!!! The staff is so friendly and the dental plan is quite affordable. My hygienist is extremely kind and always makes me feel comfortable and relaxed. The dentist is gentle and I like that he explains his steps along the way. Besides the medical staff, the office manager and front desk staff are positive and friendly. I highly recommended this dental office.

Fantastic experience: Having moved from out of state, I was in need of a new dentist. Looking at the positive reviews on Google and Yelp told me Copper Canyon was an option. From the moment I hung up the phone from speaking to Tannya, to todays appointment, I can see why the reviews are so high. Tannya greeted me with a smile as I saw her do to everyone who walked in. Thea explained everything to ensure I knew exactly what was happening with xrays and pictures. Diana, assessed my situation and reviewed the xrays, explained trouble spots and how to improve my self care. Then Dr. Lepetich did a deeper review and explanation of x-rays and next steps, including that not everything needed to be done and some things could wait. I didn't feel like the practice was upselling, but had my best interest in mind. CCD has become our new family dentist.

Fantastic experience: If you need an amazing dentist, Dr. Lepetich is the BEST. He’s ethical, gentle, kind, and “the best dentist I’ve ever had”. I actually said those exact words to him today. That sounds like really high praise but every single word is true. He’s also conservative with treatment. He won’t tell you “you need a crown” if he can do a filling. I usually leave the dentist with a sore jaw from having my mouth propped open. He actually said, “I don’t think we need that” and let me keep my mouth open so I was comfortable the whole time. He explains everything so it’s understandable and shows you the pictures of the work that needs done. If you’ve ever had a bad experience with a dentist or just hate going to the dentist, try Dr. Lepetich. He’s the best.

Fantastic experience: I think it’s fair to say the majority of people entering a dentist office aren’t necessarily “looking forward” to the experience they’re about to endure… and although I’m still not super excited going every time, Copper Canyon Dental makes the experience about as painless and easy as I see possible. To the extent that I almost do look forward… to atleast seeing the smiles. The staff greets you with a smile, Shannon who worked with me on my most recent visit, was super understanding, patient and courteous with her time. I’m an over thinker so I tend to have a lot of questions, but everyone I’ve spoken to in that office makes you feel absolutely zero pressure. And then Stefanie, the office manager, is a very competent and flexible/understanding individual when it comes to scheduling and pricing. I’m a very particular person, almost to a fault. I tend to spend too much time shopping around, but at Copper Canyon, even if I was motivated to shop around for potentially cheaper prices (which I think would be challenging in itself, cause nothing has seemed unreasonable.) I think I’d honestly rather pay more for the experience you get walking in every time. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

Negative experience: I called to schedule a cleaning, made an appointment for a Tuesday morning. They took x-rays (without putting on a protective vest) and pictures of my teeth, had a dentist and then hygienist look at my mouth (was told one looked at my teeth and then the other at my gums). Over an an hour later they told me that they were not going to clean my teeth today and that I would have to schedule another day for the actual cleaning. I mentioned that I scheduled for a cleaning and only a cleaning, really, but the office manager said that she's been in the dental field for 20 years and her office does it differently and they don't do cleanings on first visits (even though that's what my appointment was scheduled for). I have been to the dentist many times in my life and never have they not had time to clean my teeth during a check-up visit. Also the fact that the appointment was over an hour and still not enough time for a routine cleaning. A complete waste of time and they still charged my insurance for the exam and X-rays. They also told me that I'm doing a great job with my dental care, but all I wanted was a routine cleaning. Never going back and hope this review helps another when selecting their next dentist. I hate bad reviews but that was a bad dentist visit.

Fantastic experience: Shannon did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth! She's a great hygienist! As always, Dr. Lepetich did a great examination of my teeth...identified some problems which we need to correct. He's such a GREAT dentist and one I would recommend highly! Fantastic experience: I can't say enough great things about Dr. Lepetich and the staff at Copper Canyon Dental. Extremely professional and beyond welcoming and friendly. I've been a patient since 2016 after a 5 year lapse of dental care due to high dental anxiety. They took the time to match me with a fantastic hygienist, educated all staff involved with my case (cleanings and Invisalign) of my sensitivities and are so accommodating. I've never felt pressured into any procedures or treatments. They are wonderful with kiddos as well! Dr. Lepetich guided me through 3 years of invisalign for bite correction with the goal of fixing an old front tooth bond. We were finally able to fix that front tooth this week and I am blown away at the overall results!!

Fantastic experience: Copper Canyon Dental was recommended to me by my sister-in-law after my family's dentist of 20+ years retired. We gladly drive the extra distance to come here. Dr. Lepetich and his friendly, caring and professional staff are always a pleasure to see. Their beautiful, state of the art office is very well run and always on time. My hygienist, Shannon, is extremely thorough and detailed and I'm never sore after a cleaning. I never feel like I'm being pressured into unnecessary work that I don't need. I can't recommend them enough!

I read the reviews before walking in and everything was true . The staff knows you by your first name , they remember you , they greet you , they give you water , they were over the top ! Fantastic experience: I've been seeing Dr. Lepetich as my dentist for the past 5 years. I've had various problems with my teeth and he is always there with a remedy to help resolve the problem. His dental hygienist, Shannon is awesome! Caring and efficient Shannon is certainly an asset to the practice. Julie at the desk is also very helpful and friendly. Fantastic experience: Love my dentist and hygenist Shannon is THE BEST! She is meticulous in what she does, explains what's going on, is very responsive to my feedback and just makes my visit every 6 months pleasant and... dare I say... enjoyable! They do not recommend a bunch of unnecessary work and are very transparent in explaining the health of your teeth and gums. They are always prompt and the staff is friendly and very accommodating. My family and I moved to AZ 3 yrs ago and we are so happy to have found this great dentist and staff!

Fantastic experience: Your search is over, so stop looking and call Copper Canyon. Just had my first dentist appointment in some years and I am so glad that I picked Copper Canyon. Where to start? I was able to do all of my paperwork via email before my appointment so there was hardly any wait. Very nice facility! Couch in the waiting room and refreshments provided. Every interaction was extremely pleasant and positive. From being warmly greeted by Tannya at the front desk, to Susette giving me a tour of the office ,making me comfortable and performing my X- rays. Meeting Diana, the kind and radiant hygienist giving me the assessment. Then met Dr Lepetich. He was very professional and patient. He spent the time answering all of my questions for my care plan. I never once felt rushed like I have with other facilities. Then on the way out, Julie was awesome and provided me the dental plan upfront and explained everything. Which is so incredibly convenient. So I have my appointments scheduled and I was aware of the costs beforehand. Just wow, can't recommend this Copper Canyon enough, this is the Family Dentist that you have been looking for. Edit: I had to come back and add to this review, now that I have met everyone in the building. I can officially say that the entire staff is beyond amazing and not in the fake customer service type way. Everybody ls genuine and personable and they all put up with my bad jokes. In my most recent interactions I met the dental assistants Thea and Angelica, they were both very easy to talk to and accommodating. Over the past couple of months I have had 8 appointments, and dealt with at least 3 people each time, I don't have a single criticism. They are always quick to text if theres a cancellation so I was able to get it all handled quickly. Thanks guys!

Fantastic experience: I have been with Copper canyon Dental for the last 3 years! Every time I go in I am treated as if I’m brand new and they are seeking my business. Their Customer service, warm smiles, and excellent dentist work keep me coming back. I am super happy I found them years ago and would recommend anyone give them a try. You won’t regret it, promise!
