Fantastic experience: From the appointment, to the day I walked into the office I felt the care. The staff is knowledgeable, they explain step by step the billing and the procedure. Yesterday I went for a follow up and cleaning, because I have listened to their instructions, my cleaning was good. Till next year!!

Fantastic experience: I thought that EVP is a very thorough and modern practice. In fact, Dr examined my mouth, teeth and gums. Dr stated that my teeth and gums were in good shape and there were no pockets greater than a 3 and referred me to a general dental practice for regular dental maintenance.

Dr. Nelson used PRF to help grow new tissue, and the healing has been great. I appreciated how clearly he explained everything and never pushed unnecessary treatment. I also love that I can text the office for scheduling—it makes everything super easy!! Highly recommend Dr. Nelson!

Fantastic experience: I received a referral from my dentist, called to make an appointment, amd was able to get in the same day. I was seen by a friendly periodontal technician to get me ready to see the doctor. She was super friendly and explained everything while doing it. Dr. Richardson performed an exam and was really thorough, again making sure I understood everything. Reassuring me he is going to be able to help me, without any unnecessary treatments. We made a treatment plan and I met with the scheduler/financial office staff who helped me set everything up. Im excited to have my mouth feeling good again.

Fantastic experience: Bad news, good news... Bad news is...I have perio issues. Good news.... I'm lucky to have been referred to EVP! Seriously, I've had the best experiences here. Dr. Price, Crystal RDH, Amy RDH and Crystal at the front desk are all absolutely amazing! Even my benefits coordinator gets 5 stars. The care given and knowledgeable shared is what I wish every office would emulate. After months of care, I've graduated to go back to my regular dentist :( but I'm so glad that amazing dental offices like this exists!

However, I can confidently say that my experience with East Valley Periodontics was as pleasant as a gum graft could possibly be—thanks to Dr. Aaron Nelson, who managed to make the whole ordeal bearable with a perfect balance of professionalism and humor. The procedure itself was, well, not something I’d want to do every day (or ever again), but Dr. Nelson was as gentle as they come, checking in with me and explaining every step. A dose of humor here and there definitely helped ease my nerves, and by the time it was all over, I almost forgot I had just undergone surgery. Almost. Now, for the results: Incredible. I didn’t just leave with healthier gums it what was always my problem area; I left with the kind of gums that’ll probably make my dentist jealous. So, while I wouldn’t call a gum graft a "good time," I can say I had an unexpectedly positive experience. If you need this kind of work done, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dr. Nelson and all of his assistants—they’ve got the skills and the gentle touch to make it all go smoothly.

Fantastic experience: I went in for an exam about a month ago and had my first root planing appt today with Amy. Just like the rest of the staff and doctor, she was so kind, understanding, professional, and a pleasure to talk to. She totally put me at ease and was very thorough regarding my treatment and aftercare. I am actually excited to go back next week to complete the other side. She was super positive, yet honest. I have been traveling for the past 3 years and have not had dental care, which I had been feeling terrible about. She told me, I was there now and to give myself Grace. I have taken that advice and now feel motivated and very well taken care of. What an amazing office. From the front office staff to the clinical staff and doctors, they really listen to you and address your concerns in a compassionate manner. I have been in the dental field for 34 years and this has been such a wonderful experience. I very highly recommend East Valley Periodontics.

Thank you guys for bringing me a little peace during what felt like one of the scariest moments of my life. Appreciated everything you all did! While I did receive good news that my ulcers are benign it’s been a discouraging process because the healing process feels like it’s taking forever but we can’t control everything! Good news also being I had a 2nd visit with Dr. Nelson that provided me with new hope. During this visit the doctor took his time to really make sure I had all my answers and was very patient with me so thank you! You really helped ease my anxiety. This is a reminder to always give a 2nd chance to a business to make things right. Side note both Mesa offices and Queen Creek are beautiful and provide a nice calming environment while you wait!

Positive experience: A little strange I was prompted to give a review on a place I haven't finished receiving services from. But if it's something to note(and apparently it's something they want me to do)on my last visit I had requested a copy of the scans I payed for and am entitled to beforehand.Well I can tell they didn't like that and can sense a change of demeanor toward me. The staff member that was redoing some imprints for me yesterday was unnecessarily abrasive. Her name was Sarah I believe. I'm sure she's a sweet lady but she was giving me the impression that I was cheating on her/them by potentially taking my scans elsewhere .(she probably thought she was doing the imprint for nothing )She was being a real heartbreaker. I wanted to cry kneel and tell her sorry. The knowledgeable,competent doctor I saw the other day was no issue. And I'm sure you'll get good results all things aside. I just don't think they should make me feel guilty about looking for what's in my best interest. I mean its a business that im paying to do work,They're not texting me good morning. But hey maybe I went about it wrong I'm a bit calous, and inconsiderate at times.

Fantastic experience: This place is amazing! I was having so much mouth pain and nobody could figure it out. Thought I was going crazy because every doctor I had seen was puzzled. Once I was seen by Dr. Price, he figured out my issue. My procedure was better than I thought. I started to get really nervous during my procedure and the staff and the doctor really calmed me down. Once everything was done I feel so much better and happy to be feeling like my normal self. I want to thank Dr. Price and his amazing staff for making my experience so amazing and easy. Fantastic experience: Spent 3 hours having procedure done while lying down while Doc and assistant were having to bend over. We were all spent once it was over. Was most impressed with everyone’s caring nature from front desk to all that I came in contact with. No one likes to have dental work done, when you have a gentle and caring team it is more bearable.
