Kids First Pediatric Dentistry

Fantastic experience: 2nd visit, and just as great of an experience. Everyone in that office has been so great throughout the whole process. Got a challenging kiddo here and Kids First makes it all go so smoothly it's a blessing.

Fantastic experience: Everyone is so welcoming and kind. As a mom of 3 autistic children appointments are hectic. Kids first gets us in and out without rushing us. I couldn't be happier with our experience.

Positive experience: The office is nice and clean and the employees are kind. My complaint is with the limited hours and days open. They are only open 3 days a week and close before 4pm each of those days, which means there’s no way to book an appointment without having to pull my kid out of school. It just feels extremely limited and not very family friendly for a business that caters to children.

Fantastic experience: We had the BEST experience with Bobbi and Dr. Tyler at Kids First Pediatric Dentistry! Our daughter has autism, and I cannot recommend this office highly enough. Bobbi went above and beyond to make sure our daughter felt comfortable and supported throughout every step of the visit. At our previous appointment with another pediatric dental office, she wouldn’t even open her mouth. Today, she successfully completed X-rays, a cleaning, and a fluoride treatment! Every team member we encountered—from scheduling to check-in to checkout—was friendly, patient, and helpful. It’s clear that everyone in the office genuinely cares about their patients and families. Thank you all for providing such a positive experience. We are so grateful to have found Kids First Pediatric Dentistry!

Fantastic experience: Love this office. Have had three visits for my now 7 year old. No cavities any of the visits, unlike her last dentist that always “found” 3-5 and billed a ridiculous amount. The dentist is professional and staff keeps appointments on time.

Fantastic experience: We love Kids First!! Dr. Nathan is so quick, friendly, and patient with our loud and wiggly toddler. Shout out to Stephanie, Bri, and Brit for helping him feel comfortable and always taking extra time to connect with him. Seriously the best pediatric team!!

Fantastic experience: My son had his visit today and saw Dr. Tyler! He explained everything thoroughly and so did the dental assistant that took X-rays and gave us a tour. We are grateful to have been recommended this office, everyone we encountered was smiling and made my son feel comfortable.

Negative experience: I read all the reviews and thought this looked like a great office. My insurance covered 100% for dental exam and cleaning. Then one year later I am told I have a bill. This office took an unnecessary X ray called an Occlusal X-ray. Googled this type of X-ray. See photo. Not sure how they get 5 stars for this type of service. Maybe they just target certain families. My kids will go to Atlas Dental.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend this dental office for any kid! Dr. Tyler was amazing!! Very personable, explained things very well, and is very skilled. My 8 month old needed a tongue-tie release and both Dr. Tyler and the assistants explained everything well and did an outstanding job. The front desk are great too. Everyone I came in contact with was smiling, helpful, and engaging. If you want your kids to be well taken care of and receive the best care, you have to schedule an appointment!

Fantastic experience: Everyone on staff that we met was so nice and helpful! My son had to get his tongue tie released and I was nervous, but everything was thoroughly explained. It was a super quick and easy process. Everyone was sweet and gentle with my 16 month old son and we look forward to coming back. I will be bringing my 4 yr old as well for routine visits.

Fantastic experience: Love Dr. Carter and his team. Today he pulled our daughter’s wiggly tooth that she refused to let us pull for her. She was a champ and he did it with so much grace( like he’s don’t it before ;D ) we have been going here for about 5 years and love every experience.

Fantastic experience: I took my 2 grandsons in. 3 and 8.. also had my 7 month old grand daughter with me. and they were absolutely amazing. I definitely had my hands full but they took care of the 8 years old and were so incredibly patient with the 3 years old. It was his first time and they took their time with him. They were able to do his exam and no tears! I honestly can’t say enough good things about them. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Tyler and the Kids First team are always incredible. Fast, efficient, and always on time. I never have to stress about getting the kids to the dentist during my workday because it’s always easy to get in and out in a timely manner. Super nice people as well. So happy to have found them when we first relocated to the area and have been taking all three kids here for years. Highly recommend!

My son is autistic, so it’s very important that he has a great experience. I was a dental assistant for 28 years so I’m picky when it comes to my son’s experience. I am also grateful they put my son’s next appointment with the same Dr, this is very helpful for my son. I would definitely recommend this office and Dr West.

Fantastic experience: This has to be one of the best dentist I’ve been to. My daughter HATES the dentist and gets stressed out easily. They always talk to her and make her feel as comfortable as possible and she always leaves in a better mood. Love love love this place!

The staff is patient, takes time to answer questions and ease their anxiety, and is extremely understanding of their varying behavior whether they are being silly or feeling scared. We've seen both dentists and they were equally great!

The office was beautiful and clean, and everyone who works there is friendly, and passionate about children. My daughter is two and a half and they made her feel so comfortable and so welcomed. Fantastic experience: Kids First Pediatrics is the best! The staff is so friendly and helpful. I can even bring my 4 kids in at once! Andrea, Stephanie, Katie, and Allison are so much fun. My kids love going to get their teeth cleaned because these ladies have such fun, positive, high energy! The dentists are amazing too. They keep it real and tell you honest opinions. I won't take my kids anywhere else!!

Fantastic experience: Henry enjoyed his first dental visit to Kids First. My mom was so impressed at how kind and service oriented the staff is. The staff didn't push Henry, he is autistic, so he allowed 1 x-ray, 3 teeth cleaned by machine the rest were brushed and he allowed the fluoride treatment. Overall, he enjoyed having the x-ray sleeve or jacket on and the staff let him keep it during his cleaning it calmed him, felt like a weighted blanket. Henry is doing well for visit 2 and visit 3. The dentist is fast and xrays are not required if the patient is not compliant. This office is so supportive and patient with autistic kids. I highly recommend it. We get a private room and a ducky toy.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Carter and his team are very fast and respectful of your families time. We have always been seen on time. Both of my kids teeth are cleaned, fluoride applied, and inspected by the dentist in under 20 minutes. The team is calm and interactive with the kids keeping them calm and excited. Every visit has been easy and uneventful which is ideal.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love everyone of the assistants as well as Dr Carter Tyler. I would never want my kids to ever have to be seen be anyone else. I refer so many people to this dentist and feel everyone should love them as much as I do…

Fantastic experience: Dr. Tyler is such a great dentist! My family has loved going to him over the past 10 years because he’s always happy, upbeat and makes going to the dentist a fun experience. I recently discovered one of my good friends also has been taking her kids to Dr. Tyler for years. She told me she loves going to him because he works so well with her daughter who is very highly autistic. He’s patient, kind, compassionate and fun…And let’s not forget to mention that he’s also very skilled in his profession!

Fantastic experience: I would HIGHLY recommend Kids First Pediatric Dentistry. I’ve been searching for a great pediatric dentist and this office in Queen Creek checks everything off my list. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable office, took us back EARLY for our appointment time and worked very quickly with care. They even showed my daughter where she would be getting her “princess crown” put on the next appointment after she chipped her tooth. Can’t say enough good things about them! Oh and their pricing is amazing!

As a practicing Dental Hygienist I can confidently say that Dr Tyler and his staff are amazing.
