Fantastic experience: Dr Otteson has been my dentist for 30 plus years. He is an excellent dentist and is amazing with his patient. Takes time to explain everything and is available after hours if needed. I would and have highly recommended Dr Otteson and his amazing staff to friends and family.

Negative experience: I was disappointed with my first visit Otteson Family Dental. I scheduled an appointment to have a tiny cavity filled which I was told would cost $375 and I was ok with despite being on the higher side. Well at my appointment I found out they would not be filling my cavity and I had to pay $375 for the exam and schedule another appointment to get cleaning and filled for another $1,000 to $1,200. Paying $1,000 plus for 1 cavity does not seem reasonable. Their upfront communication in regards to pricing was not good and spending a total of over $1,000 and multiple visits for one filling seemed ridiculous when it could have been taken care of in one visit for a reasonable price.

Fantastic experience: I felt very welcomed when I first walked in. The receptionist, the staff & Dr. Ottesin are very friendly and informative. I would definitely recommend this Family Dentistry to family and friends. :-) Every time I come in I have a great experience.

Fantastic experience: Best state-of-the art Dental Practice. Dr Otteson is amazing. He can do a crown in two hours start to finish in his office. He has a 3D printer and it’s so awesome not to have to wear the temporary cover and wait for a week to have the crown sent out and then have to go back in for the placement. The hygienists and office staff are all wonderful and very helpful! I love this office.

Fantastic experience: I have to say this is the best experience I have ever had in a dental office. When I walked into the office, I was greeted by two very kind front desk personnel. My wait was really short. Tiffany took care of me first she was such a delight and when I asked questions she got answers for me right away. After tiffany was done taking x rays, it was Dr Pharo who conducted my assessment or exam. There could not have been a more nice accommodating kind and gental person. The office is beautiful, and when you're sitting in the dental chair, there's a little TV that has beautiful pictures of landscapes that keep changing and below that is a window where you can look outside and see the blue sky and green trees.They played pleasant music that I really enjoyed, not too loud and yet loud enough to hear. When all was done I was given suggestions for a plan for dental needs and the cost breakdown. I was able to schedule my next appointment before I left knowing exactly what needed to be done when I return. If the whole world ran this way, what a beautiful world it would be. I am so grateful to have found Otteson Family Dentistry.

Fantastic experience: My wife called, trying to get an appointment for some pain relief. Unlike other dentist I was able to be seen that day. I arrived and was checked in. Very quickly a dental assistant (Chalice) saw I was visibly hurting, sat with me and told me it would be quick and I could get some relief. Shortly after, I was placed into a room, numbed up by doctor Otteson, and finally got a break from the pain I had been suffering from. Xray taken and issue found. This is all that I expected to happen that day. Boy was I wrong, the team was more than ready to stay after closing at 5pm and preformed an entire root canal. I walked out feeling better than I have in a long time. Everyone here, from the office staff, the dental assistants and the dentist himself are amazing and I could not recommend them more. Fantastic experience: I went with my wife as she had an apt. I had a question on a tooth implant. Without an appointment they made room for me to evaluate the implant. Dr. Otteson made time to explain my eligibility, the process and cost, which turned out to be the the lowest cost for the implant to date. Staff was friendly and accommodating. At this time I am 90% in the decision to have the work done there.

Every staff member including the dentist were super kind and knowledgeable. I went in for a chipped front tooth after my existing dentist wasn’t willing to fix it how I wanted. Frankly, I don’t think my existing dentist has the tools required to do it correctly, but this office did. I left so extremely happy after feeling terrible about this tooth for almost a year! Fantastic experience: I broke a tooth (2nd bicuspid) over the weekend. Although I was in no pain, that could change in an instant. I called around 8:30 Monday morning, and they were able to fit me in before noon. It needed a crown, and Dr. Otteson with his state of the art tools took care of the job in under 2 hours! Not to mention, the process was completely painless! Patient comfort is a hallmark of that practice. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and easy to deal with!

Fantastic experience: Dr Otteson and his staff go above and beyond for their patients. I had a very serious bike accident just this weekend completely losing a tooth. Fortunately I had the tooth and Dr. Otteson saw me on a Saturday afternoon after I was discharged from the emergency department. He replaced the tooth and put brace brackets on to hold it in place, in the hopes that it can be salvaged. He was so gentle and so kind and so understanding at a time when I was so scared and in a terrific amount of pain. I will never use another dentist.

Fantastic experience: I have referred patients needing cosmetic dental work to Dr. Otteson for almost 20 years now. He is far and away one of the best cosmetic dentists I know. There is nobody I trust more to take care of my patients and their cosmetic dentistry needs. Today was different, however. Today, Dr. Otteson took care of my cosmetic dentistry. I had two old crowns that needed replacement on my front teeth and several other upper teeth that were breaking down and not looking their best. Dr. Otteson replaced the crowns and did veneers on the other six front upper teeth. I can’t believe how amazing they turned out. I would have expected nothing less, but to have the work done on myself was truly eye-opening and convinced me even more of Dr. Otteson‘s elite level of professionalism and eye for perfection. Fantastic experience: My dentist was out of town. They were able to get me for an appointment quickly. I appreciate the staff being very kind and Dr. Otesson was great at explaining what happened and took great care of me.

Fantastic experience: I give this whole practice 5*. The receptionist making the appointment was very calming as I explained I had dental anxiety. The Dental Assistant was very thorough about explaining the series of X-rays being taken as well as also providing a wonderful chair side demeanor with an anxious patient. Dr Otteson definitely showcased his knowledge while explaining what my X-rays indicated as well as verbalized the findings of my exam. He was very straightforward in his approach with the treatment plan. The staff made an impromptu hygiene appointment directly after. In meeting the hygienist, she was warm, friendly and also very reassuring that I would be considered and made comfortable throughout the whole procedure. That visit alone took away 20 years of dental anxiety and I feel confident there probably won’t be any anxiety going in to another appointment. .
