Fantastic experience: I have been going to Hall’s Family Dentistry for more than 30 years and my teeth are better now than when I was a kid growing up. They have never been better. The staff has always been great and ready to take care of any problems you might have. When I leave from their facility I am always in better shape than before I came. I wish I could say that about the other doctors I see.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Hall squeezed me in for an emergency root canal (part 1) right before he left on vacation with his family. During part 2 of my root canal, he made me laugh several times. Plus, I was expecting a temporary crown and a third appointment. Instead he wowed me with technology, and I got to watch as my crown was made before my very eyes in his office. No need to make a third appointment. He got it done - during my second appointment. He went above and beyond. I highly recommend Dr. Hall.

Fantastic experience: I have been with Hall Family Dentistry now for over 3 years. Dr Hall's staff are always friendly and helpful. I have been very satisfied by the work Dr Hall has done for me. Dr Hall has always taken the time to listen to my concerns explain the problems he has found, and what options are available. Quite recently I have had a couple of problems with very old crowns (pre Dr Hall) falling off, and was very happy with the speed with which Dr Hall's staff were able to schedule me in for re-attachment.

Fantastic experience: Professional and efficient visit for a teeth cleaning. Their office was able to accommodate a scheduling change so that I could maintain a regular cleaning schedule. The hygienist was personable, professional and did a great job discussing best practices in tooth care.

Negative experience: The new hygienist was very surface-level nice. Then she turned sarcastic, insulting, and demeaning. She asked me if I'd eaten something green, made me feel stupid for not using toothpaste for sensitive teeth, and made other snide remarks. Going to the dentist is already hard. Patients should be supported more, not met with attitude, especially on a very first meeting.

Fantastic experience: Dr Hall and his staff are absolutely amazing, to say the least. I have SERIOUS and SEVERE dentist phobia and it's taken my years to get my feet back inside a dentist's office. I just had a crown put on one of my back teeth. I barely felt anything, including the injections (yep I have SERIOUS and SEVERE needle phobia, too). Dr Hall is great and very efficient. His kindness and bedside manners are highly recommended and much appreciated! The staff here are all awesome and very kind as well. My mouth did not ache for hours afterwards, either. I felt great! I went straight home and baked bread!

Fantastic experience: I should preface these comments with I don’t like going to the dentist. I haven’t since I was a small child and had a horrible experience. The staff in the office is great, easy to get a hold of and very helpful. Dr. Hall is a great dentist. Explains things well and explains treatment options if multiple are available. The office can perform same-day crowns. I still don’t like going to the dentist but at least I know that when I go there, I’m going to be well taken care of.

Negative experience: In the past I was nearly always happy with that practice and gave them good reviews. Since I retired and don’t have dental insurance, I was hoping that I would be charged for treatments whatever an insurance would pay for it. When I asked for it, I was told “you get 10% discount “ - the admin person didn’t even bother to look at me as she delivered that short response. $751.50 (after discount) for less than 30 minutes work…..when I called to ask if they offer dental plans, nobody bothered to return my call. That’s the treatment you get after 29 years of being their patient!!! I gave 2 stars because I have no complaints about the dental work.

Fantastic experience: Prior to being a patient of Dr. Hall, I never had a consistent dentist. I would go from one to another because I could never find one that I truly liked. Then I walked into Hall Family Dentistry and the rest is history. I've now been a patient of Dr. Hall for 8 years and will never go elsewhere, even if I have to fly in from another state (If you think I'm kidding, I'm not). The entire experience from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave is phenomenal. Everyone in the office is amazing and treats you like family. If I could select more than 5 stars, I would.
