Fantastic experience: I am a new patient to this dental practice. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Is like you have known them for years. Dr. Zena is very gentle and fantastic. I highly recommend this dental office. I have now been going to An Amazing Smile for 3 years. They are still amazing as their name says. If you are looking for a new dentist I highly recommend.

Negative experience: I had a good impression of this practice on my initial visit, but as the time continued turns out this practice is highly inaccurate with their billing; staff, especially their Office Manager, lacks professionalism and can be very difficult to work with. They inaccurately billed my insurance multiple times, even failed to give me timely receipt in a formal which most insurances/HSA plans require!! It seems impossible to find any or responsible person in this practice who would be willing to work with the patient in addressing their concern. I would strongly recommend to avoid this practice at all costs. This office pushes patients to leave a 5 star review by giving a $15 discount on fluoride. They charge $30 for fluoride but if you leave them a good review they charge you $15. Whereas my son’s dentist charged me under $15 for his fluoride and this too without being forced to leave a 5 star review.

Fantastic experience: I changed my old dentist after I had multiple bad experiences especially when I needed a tooth extraction. My friend recommended Dr Zena and I don’t regret being a patient of her. She’s very good and listens to the patient, she also provides time for discussing the case and go through different options in details if needed. She’s humble, professional, talented, friendly and always remembers her patients. She cares a lot about her patients and goes above and beyond for them even outside the business hours. Her team follows her lead in their behavior too. I remember Mimi calling us outside the business hours to check after a surgery if we need anything. Although it was Dr Zena’s birthday she ordered my wife prescriptions outside of business hours.

Fantastic experience: I had such a positive experience here! All of the staff I met with were helpful, knowledgeable, kind, and patient. They explained everything to me in detail, went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable, and answered all of my questions! They were also thorough in their work! I also appreciate that they did not try to upsell services or give any unexpected charges. I had a poor experience at a different dentist in the past who charged me several hundreds of dollars for out-of-pocket services I didn't need, for problems I didn't actually have. But here everything was explained clearly and with no scare tactics. I'm so relieved to have found them and will definitely be staying with this office in the future!

Fantastic experience: How not to love An Amazing Smile? When I first walked into this place I had a whole treatment plan to get done. I have had a Periodontal Cleaning done, Invisalign Treatment, and put a couple Veneers. They worked with me and my dental insurance, offering me several payment plans, making it possible for me to get all my dental work done. Dr. Zena is always friendly and professional, always wanting to make sure I was comfortable and not feeling pain. Amazing people, amazing team, amazing prices, amazing service makes An Amazing Smile the best place ever!! I’m always happy when I have to visit the office!! Best place in town

Negative experience: went to amazing smile for a few cleanings no issues. Then I had some teethe extracted and implants. My bridge was loose immediately after swelling went down. Dr Ali said he would have to remove the bridge and implants. He cut open my gums AGAIN and removed the implants and redrilled so deep the dentist I go to now said he’s never seen implants that deep before this was all very painful and I heard him say during surgery the implants weren’t tightened properly either. Then I went to have some cavaties filled she went too deep and since the 3 debacles with this office I have been in constant pain and am seriously considering a lawsuit

All of them are so welcoming and nice, I especially loove Mimi, she was so sweet. Fantastic experience: Mimi was so sweet and helpful she even made the call at the front desk to schedule a follow up procedure at a different location for me before I left the office, an absolute angel. I was assisted with my X-rays by a very patient young woman who was very mindful of my swollen jaw and kindly assisted me. Forgive me I don’t remember her name, I was so nervous. Hala was very informative and gentle making sure to answer any questions I had to ease my worries, explaining in detail about cleanings and processes, Dr. Tooba then explained the game plan to get me on track with everything she is extremely kind and calm, ensuring I had everything I needed and even addressing my fear of dentists offering options to ease the stress of the visit, I’m sure had I been able to come to this office for previous dental visits I would LEAP at the opportunity they are are as beautiful as they are kind. 15/10

Fantastic experience: From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed by the friendly receptionist. I came in for a cleaning, which was excellent, and then Dr. Alshukri took the time to review the results of the cleaning herself. She also performed x-rays and imaging, spotting a crooked incoming wisdom tooth and a couple of cavities. Without hesitation, she scheduled me for follow-up appointments to address everything. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I can honestly say I’m looking forward to my next visit!

Negative experience: Terrible dental care, no dentist available if there's a problem after they start to put in a crown and the temporary crown pops off right after you leave their parking lot, no one on call and the office is closed for weeks. No one calls back when a message is left, and when I finally got the crowns put on, by someone other than the dentist, they're ill fitting. I will never go back and neither will my son. Beware
