Fantastic experience: I had the "NightLase" treatment done. I was very pleased the outcome. I could breath easier after the first treatment and my CPAP pressure dropped from an average of 12.7 to 11.1. Dr. Kashkouli is awesome!

Fantastic experience: Where has this dental practice been all my life? At what other dentist could I get to pet an adorable dog (Sophie) and chat about rock & metal with my hygienist (Sierra)!? And here's something no one said, ever: I'm looking forward to my next visit in 6 months! The location is super convenient too--just 5 mins from my house but, honestly, even if I move when our lease here is up I'll probably still travel the extra distance to stay at this practice. A great experience all-around.

Fantastic experience: I had a dental emergency. My dentist was closed on a Friday, so I went to prestige family dental, and they were amazing. Helped me out really quick and Fixed my issue with no appointment on short!

Negative experience: I went to this place for over two years, and honestly it is one of the worst dentistry out there. While the staff and dental nurses are nice, the doctor is anything but. She is always hasty and will push unnecessary procedures on you, and will issue them as commands rather than take your input. e.g. one time I had a cavity deep in my roots of my molar, and she had said she will try to reach it by lowering my gum line for which I got a surgery. After that, I went to get that cavity filled, but just before the procedure was about to start, I could see that she was preparing herself a lot more with tools so I asked her if she was now able to access the cavity. She simply replied she will try and if she can't get it, we will go for a root canal right then and there. I had gone in for a simple cavity filling and she was planning to do a root canal without prepping me! She is not communicative at all Another time, I had impacted wisdom teeth on one side, and my x rays were exactly the same as my friend. While my friend had both his wisdom teeth on the same side removed, she got both of my lower wisdom teeth removed, leaving my upper wisdom teeth as is, which causes problems later. I wouldn't recommend this doctor at all

Fantastic experience: I had the night lase procedure in my nose and mouth performed by Dr Kashkouli - WOW! I am breathing and sleeping so much better and this is only my first appointment of the three scheduled. The discomfort during the procedure was minimal and I felt fantastic afterwards. It is such a euphoric feeling to be able to breathe. I highly recommend Dr Kashkouli and her whole staff at Prestige Dental. They make you feel so comfortable. Every time I see Dr Kashkouli, she is learning more and more - especially for breathing issues. Thank you!!!!

Fantastic experience: Super knowledgeable team. The entire process was really easy and efficient. I came in for a routine cleaning and got a lot of information about my habits and certain things causing certain problems related to my teeth and my airways! The doctor was really kind and friendly as well! She was very professional and quick. Afterwards, a dental hygienist cleaned my teeth and actually walked through what the doctor said. Just in case the doctor went too quickly! (The doctor also had a crazy cute doggo! Made going to the dentist a lot more enjoyable! Be sure to give Sophie a belly rub when you see her!) And if going to a dentist with a dog weirds you out, then go be weird somewhere else!

Negative experience: Staff are incredible but dentist sucks. She broke my permanent retainer 4 months ago during a cleaning and its been hanging in my mouth since i understand they can break but they didn’t try to make it right or offer anything.

Fantastic experience: I have fairly severe dental anxiety and the team at Prestige has pulled out all the stops to give me the most painless, easiest dental experiences I've ever had. They listen to my concerns and do whatever they can to make me more comfortable. For more intense procedures like fillings, they've encouraged me to bring in my weighted blanket, stuffie, headphones, anything I need. They make me feel really comfortable in doing so and they don't make me feel like I'm being a baby. They'll do the same for simpler procedures too like cleanings. I have a hyper sensitivity to sound, and the scraping noise against my teeth has always been really hard for me to get through. In the past, I've tried noise canceling headphones, but something about the resonance beating around my teeth and skull almost makes it worse. Yesterday I told my hygienist, Dianne, about that and she said "I have a trick up my sleeve I want to try". She put on a fan thing for white noise right next to my head, and ALSO put the little suction thingy inside my mouth right next to where she was scraping. Instead of putting the noise directly into my ears, she put it surrounding the source of the bad sound itself. And GIRL. It WORKED. I could still feel it and I don't love that sensation, but I COULDN'T HEAR IT. This may not be the most inspiring Dr. House level medical breakthrough in the world, but it felt like it to me. I'll continue going to Prestige as long as I'm in the area, but if I ever move, I'll now be able to tell my next hygienist about this brilliant trick that made the experience 1000% better for me. They also have the cutest, sweetest puppy in there, Sophie. She's a mini Aussie. Dr. Kashkouli once said she saw my name on the schedule and specifically made sure to bring Sophie that day. Sophie helps me get through my dental procedures too! One time when I was getting fillings she sat right next to me the whole time so I could drop my arm down and pet her as a great, soft, sweet distraction. I highly recommend Prestige Family Dentistry for their compassion, empathy, understanding, professionalism, and friendliness. Especially if you love dogs.

Fantastic experience: My experince with Prestige Family Dentistry dates from the initialdays of the office. My family followed Dr. Kashkouli's team from another practice. We have not been disappointed. Due to injuries sustained in an auto accident 55 years ago I have had many root canals, extractions, implants and crowns over the years. The staff is always friendly, courteous and prompt. Appointments are kept on time.
