Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Aloha dental for years, they are the kindest group of people. I have SEVERE dental anxiety from a previous dentist and they are amazing at putting me at ease. Yesterday my normal dental hygienist, who is amazing, was accidentally double book and so they asked me go with the new hygienist Lolly. Just having a new person was enough for me burst into tears. However, she was SOOO sweet. She asked what was wrong and how she could help. I explained my anxiety and what I needed to be okay and she thanked me for letting her know what I needed and said she could take care of me. She did a great job and I even re-booked with her for my next cleaning. Highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: This dental practice is my go-to place. After getting my braces off.. and after a year and a half being away from this office I came back for a checkup and teeth cleaning. The office still has wonderful service and was a very pleasant experience. Give it a try!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Packham and staff and my dental hygienist, Beau are fabulous! Beau is very thorough with his cleaning, but doesn’t rip you up doing it! I highly recommend Aloha Dental Group because Dr. Packham does his own surgery/implants, dentures, and other stuff that other dentists usually farm out. He’s a very calming presence. My mom has been terrified of dentists all her life, but within 5 minutes she was at ease with him, which is high praise!! He’s younger than I am, so I don’t think we need to worry about him having a heart attack, causing us to look for another one. He’s the absolute best dentist I’ve ever had. You won’t be sorry you came to Aloha Dental Group. The staff is friendly, as well as thorough and efficient, the waiting room is clean and pleasant. In fact, the whole place is very clean. I used to love reading the Readers Digests but they don’t have those any more. However, they do have a lot of reading/perusing material. He’s very reasonably priced, too!

Fantastic experience: My last visit at Aloha Dental Group was with Dr. Ronald G. Packham, and it was a check-up appointment for the purpose of seeing if I was healing well from an oral surgery I had last May. Dr. Packham concluded with great competence that I was healing well from my surgery, and explained himself well enough for the average person to understand what he meant. The wait time wasn't bad, and the front desk staff are great at helping with scheduling future appointments and even taking no/not yet for an answer with regards to scheduling appointments. Great experience overall!

Fantastic experience: Aloha Dental group staff is excellent! Clean office, knowledgeable and helpful with cost estimates for dental work. My hygienist Beau is great! Dr Packham is an excellent dentist. I continue to drive up for my dental work. Thank you Aloha Dental Group Once again, I’m thankful to have Aloha Dental Group! Dr Packham found a file left above a crown that was 25 years old! It caused me to have a tooth and sinus infection. He was able to remove the tooth, crown and file. Also was able to give me a bone graft. The tip he gave me prevent bruising from a blood draw worked. The staff and Dr Packham are great Another five stars, still worth the drive! Aloha Dental Group gets another five stars! I’ve been a patient there for the past seven years. Although I’m retired now I still drive up for my appointments. Dr Packham is an excellent dentist, and my hygienist Beau is awesome. I had a cleaning booked and needed a crown replaced. Was able to get both done in a short three hours on the same day Again Five stars, appreciate the staff, my hygienist Beau and Dr Packham.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Dr Packham since he opened his Aloha practice. He is one of the best dentists I have ever had. He is gentle, patient and very personable. I no longer fear “going to the dentist”. His hygienist Beau is the best ever. I like him as a person and well as a hygienist because he is careful, gentle, patient and entertaining. We moved to Roseburg, OR eleven years ago and still drive to Portland for our dental care. When something is needed the office makes every effort to accommodate our scheduling needs. The office staff is very thoughtful and patient.

Fantastic experience: Update: Four visits altogether now and still no issues with the business. My wife and I are very happy with them. My first visit with Aloha Dental Group went really well. I was impressed with all the staff, especially Bo- the person that cleaned my teeth. It was the most thorough and detailed cleaning I have ever had at age 52. I picked them due to needing a new dentist and chose them due to Google reviews. Now, I'm submitting a review to continue to help them out since they so far deserve it. Update: After my second appointment with them, I'm still very happy.

Fantastic experience: This was our first visit to Aloha Dental. Every single person we encountered was just lovely. My son is no big fan of the dentist, and he left saying “they’re pretty alright” high praise from a 14 year old! Dr Peckham took time to sit and explain everything with his rationale. This visit was top notch! Very pleased to have found them.

Fantastic experience: New to the area, we looked for a primary dentist. We chose, Dr. Packham because he spoke Spanish. I took my family, me, my wife, my 1 yr old and my teenage son. The staff was great and everything throughout was explained very well. We all had a consultation and a cleaning. It was awesome that they could attend my whole family. The two hygienist that cleaned our teeth were both great, one of which also spoke Spanish. The whole process was very comfortable and we were very happy. We had many choices and bad experiences in the past. I say we were very lucky to have picked Dr. Packham and his team. Thank you!

Positive experience: I have always had a good experience. Beau is great. Dr. Packham is a little impersonal, but he's great too. This visit I had a different hygienist (sorry, I don't remember her name) because Beau had called out, but she was very nice and efficient as well.

He doesn’t rush, doesn’t talk at you, and never makes you feel like just another appointment. He sits down, looks you in the eye, and listens from a place of real human connection. The quality of his conversations, his attentiveness, and his sincere care make every visit feel respectful and reassuring. I actually enjoy going to the dentist bc I know Dr. Packham will truly listen. His thoughtfulness and consistency have made him one of my favorite dentists. I can’t recommend him highly enough.

Appointments are easy to make, the envionmentvis clean, parkin easy and cl8se. Bo is a very good hygenist. Listens to you about any sensitive areas you might have and gives great advice on teeth hygene. Very pleasant. Peggy who runs the billing and office is professional and very nice to talk to as well as taking care of the insurance requirements. You wont find a more pleasant receptionist when you arrive. I would definitely recommend Aloha Dental.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Packham has been my Dentist since about 2006 I am confident in his skills and trust his judgement. He studies potential problems and does not jump to a correction unless it is absolutely necessary and of course, leaves the decision up to the patient after thoroughly explaining his conclusions. I have been a patient of Dr. Packham's dental Hygienist, Bo, since the early 90’s when he worked for a previous practice. He is not only very skillful he is personable, gentle, careful and provides suggestions for me to maintain the health of my teeth and gums. I have known him a long time and he is a good friend.. I recommend Aloha Dental Group without hesitation.

Fantastic experience: After switching to new insurance, I heard great things about this dental office, so I decided to give them a call. I’d been dealing with an issue that was getting progressively worse, and they were able to schedule me quickly; which I really appreciated. The day before my appointment, my wife developed a severe toothache. On the morning of my appointment, I called to see if they could fit her in as an emergency. They didn’t have any openings, but when I asked if I could give her my spot, they were incredibly understanding and made it work. They saw her right away, found the problem, and started treatment immediately. Then, by pure luck, there was a cancellation later in the day, and they managed to get me in too. I honestly don’t think I’ve ever been to a dentist as outstanding as this one, or a team as kind, supportive, and professional. We’re both genuinely happy to have found them and actually look forward to being their patients (which feels funny to say about the dentist!). And here’s the kicker: it turns out my wife and I needed the exact same procedure on the same tooth but on opposite sides. Hers was the right, mine was the left. Forget gondolas, our canals came with novocaine and the best dentist around.

He is a great Dr. He did my crowns, 6 upper and 6 lower 10 years ago but every time I saw different dentists when I had to move to another states due to my husband's job. All the dentists said your dentist who did your crowns did an amazing job. So every time when I move back to Portland I always come back to see Dr Packham because you feel that you are in the good hands.
