Melissa his medical assistant is especially kind and helps calm my nerves duringprocedures. Dr. Kyle's dental work is also very well done, fast, and he is great at answering my questions. Would recommend this clinic, even to the scaredy-cats like me out there.

Fantastic experience: We love Dr. Kyle. He has been our family dentist for years. I was at the office today, hygienist Jessica was great cleaning my teeth. I expressed my concerns of a gap in my teeth causing irritation of food trap and teeth sensitivity. She suggested flouride varnish and I got the treatment. At the same appointment today, Dr. Kyle checked my tooth gap and suggested to do a filling and he got it done right there. Gap closed, smooth out and feeling awesome. I love the services they provided and everyone was very efficient and nice.

Fantastic experience: De Van is gentle and thoughtful.. I had a crown done today and have a hard time numbing up. never no issues or pain numbing me up with the injection. He was very patient with me during the process. 10 stars for the doctor and his kind staff And the assistant.

The Hygienist/assistant I had today is one of my faves. She walked me through the process of getting a temporary crown and the permanent crown in two weeks because she saw I was nervous. She offered options like using warm water for my rinses to make me more comfortable. She completely put me at ease as someone with mad anxiety about dental work and I really enjoy her. Dr Kyle Van as always was great, quick, and my appointment was pain free. When I first moved to the area he took care of a bone spur for me and he was so patient walking me through the procedure. I trust this team completely and highly recommend them! Thank you all!

Fantastic experience: Modern facilities with a very friendly staff. They get right down to business and look to solve the problem completely, not provide mini-treatments until the real issue surfaces. I recently switched to Perledent because my previous dentist was continuously using different treatments to try and figure the problem out and this caused an infection which lead to a root canal which Perledent performed. With minutes of sitting the dentist told me what the problem was and they also prioritized me on their cancellation list and got me back in next day so I could be out of pain. Hands down best dentist experience I have had... and I kid you not, I love the dentist. Thanks again to the Perledent team!

Dr. Kyle was empathetic and thorough: he uncovered further work that needed to be done, which the other clinic’s dentist ignored mentioning to me. The staff was very transparent with the treatment plan and pricing. They also offered a couple of discounts and ways to pay for their services. I am so excited about the opportunity to finally get a clean, healthy smile!

But, I just can't give 5 stars because my old dentist (Olympia Dental Group, far away in Olympia Washington) has heated massage chairs and comfortable x-ray biters. I have not seen these things at any other dentist, but the bar has been raised. --- 2023 update: giving the star back just for general efficiency

Today I went in because I thought I had tooth pain and they went above and beyond to check and confirm it wasn’t a tooth issue. They helped me figure out it was a neck muscle issue and I appreciated them taking the time to help me figure it out.

Negative experience: I'm having hard time. I wish i could have yelled at them at the time, but its not my personallity. About 5 years ago the indian lady doctor filled a cavity. I went back two times to have it fixed. Both times she seemed in a bad mood and just grinded it down aggressively. The next time I went, the asian dentist ground it and made it a bit better. Then, the next time I went I had a tiny cavity and he filled it right away. Then I found out on google that tiny cavities dont need to be filled. He didnt give any options at the time, he just said it should be fixed . Now all my teeth that were filled feel weird.

Negative experience: We really loved this dentist until they made the location change. Then, it has been super difficult to schedule, and the level of care has gone down. I had an apt scheduled 5 months ago. The day before, I realized that I had not received a reminder, so I called in to confirm they had no record of my apt and put me on a waiting list. I had to call back a few weeks later, in which they said they had temporary staff and were having issues with scheduling. I finally got an apt, and the care was not as good as previously. Then my husband had his dentist apt scheduled this month. He went to his apt and they had given it away as he had not immediately responded to a reminder text. He had seen the notification for the reminder but not expanded the text before dismissing it. He missed the last line about not responding by 2pm or they would give away his apt.

The dental hygienists are thorough and knowledgeable. Dr Van is awesome. And everyone is friendly. That's important. No stress or jitters!
