Fantastic experience: It had been a minute since I went to the dentist, but Dr. Kyu Choi made me feel so comfortable and not shamed at all, definitely broke a lot of fear I had about dentists. The rest of the staff were so lovely and accommodating! If your insurance is accepted here, I highly recommend you do your dental business here!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Paul Choi and his assistant were very accommodating. Both explained every step thoroughly, answered all my questions and concerns. They utilize a lot of modern technology and it was really impressive to see it in use. Highly recommend them, after the visit they broke down every charge from the appointment, and what I would be looking at for the next procedures with insurance involvement. Couldn't have be luckier finding a new dentist.

I came in for the new patient special, and from the moment I arrived, everyone I met was incredibly friendly, helpful, and kind. Fantastic experience: Line Dental is magical. Cleanings are fast and yet still thorough. How do they do both? I walk in, blink, and leave feeling like a brand new human with elite-level enamel. Also, the entire team is just the best people. Not a single ounce of dental anxiety survives in that building. And BRITTANY. My hygienist, my ride-or-die, my plaque-destroying queen. I’ve been seeing her for years and I will continue to do so indefinitely, until I no longer have teeth, and even then I might just stop by to say hi. 10/10, no notes, trust them with my mouth AND my life. Highly recommend Line Dental.

The doctor was chill and efficient. I hadn't been to the dentist in probably 5 or so years before my first appointment with Line Dental and I was very pleased with the way all the staff treated me!

My hygienist (Brittany) has always been the BEST, and Dr. Kyu seems very nice and eager to fill the role he took over from Dr. Graber. Fantastic experience: I've been a patient for my dental cleanings/exams and treatment since 2011. Brittany has been my dental hygienist provider since I've been a patient. As for dental treatment it's been Dr. Graber as my provider until recently, now Dr. Kyu Choi. Brittany is a very competent hygienist, does an amazing job and I have never had a bad experience with her. The exams and flow of the office make me feel very comfortable and things seem to flow efficiently and seamlessly. I could not think of a different office to go to for my dental care. I am very optimistic about Dr. Kyu Choi taking over the practice for my treatment and all their other patients. My interactions with him have been nothing but positive. He seems very competent in his dental work. Justin, the dental assistant, has been amazing since he started working here, and I think the team up between him and Dr. Kyu Choi is going to be nothing but amazing. I'm also very glad the other members of the office, Stacy and Michelle, stayed through the transition. The warm bubbly welcome from Michelle, is great. Stacy seems to be amazing as well. The overall atmosphere of the office is the best. Everyone is happy and awesome to be around for the short amount of time I'm on-site. And as a final note, the ample parking is also a plus... I've been to dental offices before where I've had to tackle street parking and it's never a fun thing to do. I give this office a 10/10, A++, and has my recommendation for dental treatment!!!!

Negative experience: The first visit I had in March was an office visit and cleaning for my right side was okay. While I was there I made an appointment to finish my cleaning for my left side and my crown done in April which was in 7 weeks. I get there today they cancelled my teeth cleaning for what reason I don’t know but they can do my crown which I had to wait for 1 hour. They had 7 weeks to email, text, or call me, to let me know they cancelled my teeth cleaning and my crown is scheduled for 3pm. They have the nerve to charge me $50 for supposedly canceling my appointment which I physically showed up for. Then the other 2 women don’t know there names including Britney dental hygienist was laughing at my situation and my frustration I was exhibiting. Come to Line Dental where you can be laughed at or have your appointments cancelled without notice and get charge $50 dollars.

Our office does have a 15-minute grace period. When this window is exceeded, the appointment is considered a late cancellation/no-show, as it can limit what procedures can be appropriately completed within the reserved time.
Our team did their best to offer options, including proceeding with your scheduled crown appointment and waiving the late fee, or rescheduling (per your request) for another day with the fee applied.

Fantastic experience: I've been a patient here for several years and have always thought they were excellent, but yesterday they truly impressed me. At 5:00 on a Friday night, one of my temporary front veneers came off (totally my fault ). When I called, they reassured me and told me to come right in. Instead of being annoyed, as I might have expected, everyone was genuinely happy to help. That welcoming attitude is something I've always noticed, but experiencing it when I was inconveniencing them was especially refreshing. I highly recommend them—thank you, Dr. Kyu and the staff, for everything, and especially for helping me through a stressful moment.

Fantastic experience: First time at Line Dental and they did x-rays and general cleaning all done in one go. I definitely recommend this place if you are seeking a great dental office with friendly people who are there to help. Also recommend you come in about 20 to 30 minutes earlier just for the first-time paperwork.

Doesn’t make sense to me to open wide and allow someone to poke around in my mouth with sharp objects. I’ve now had my second appointment with Dr. Choi and have yet to feel any discomfort at all, absolutely fantastic dentistry. Negative experience: I was very excited to visit Line Dental when I initially found their services being so highly rated on Google. I had a cleaning and was informed I needed a root canal. I was told it would be one appointment. During the procedure, the dentist was quiet and after we were all done, I said, "we're all good, right?" I was told at that point that his DRILL FILE was STUCK in my tooth and I need to see a root canal specialist... which was right next door... If I was given the choice, I would have done the endodontist instead of this clinic. I paid over $1k for the appointments that didn't fix my root canal issue and another $1k getting it corrected. They were very nice, until I mentioned I was needing my scans for the other dentist and wanted some sort of discount and compensation (5% even) for the terrible services I got here. DO NOT GO HERE. It has been a nightmare and not handled properly. I've seen a lot of dentists and trust them wholeheartedly without question, but this is making me question this dentists expertise.

Fantastic experience: A small practice busy as a beehive. The dental assistant and dentist that worked on my case were extraordinary. They're almost like two halves of one entity ,each executing every task in perfect harmony. I've had two dental implants placed at this practice and although it is almost a 10 1/2 hour round trip from where I live, it is absolutely worth it because the total price($3400 for 2 implants) is less than half of what it is per implant where I live, and to get such proficiency and consideration on top of a lower price point makes the trip well worth it. I could not be happier.

Fantastic experience: I like one stop shopping. I had an issue which was diagnosed quickly with a sore tooth and gum. Root canal and crown done in same office. Once root canal was done a temp was installed. Then one week later crown was fitted. Great service by dentist

Fantastic experience: I was VERY Doubtful that this visit would give me HOPE, that I could get my confidence and smile back because all the other ones I visited told me it was going to cost me over $30 grand to get my confidence and smile back. Line Dental Gave me HOPE!! They gave me an Extremely Affordable price for new dentures. Im looking forward to seeing the results!! Today is December 19, 2025 I received my permanent dentures today and when I looked in the mirror I immediately was in tears. Not because they didn't fit and make me buck toothed like the pair I came with originally, I was overwhelmed with the way they were able to make me look like my old self. I wish I would have found them first before seeing the other two I went to before Line Dental. Line Dental gave me my smile, my confidence back. Im FOREVER GRATEFUL to Them. Fantastic experience: My temporary crown first fractured on the side yesterday. At noon today, while eating something soft, it completely came off. I was glad the dentist saw me at 1:30pm and put on a new temporary crown. This one feels much better and more comfortable than the last one.

Negative experience: This place used to be great when it was Graber Dental, but unfortunately, the quality has gone downhill. During my last visit, the dentist was really pushy about additional procedures that didn’t seem necessary. I decided to get a second opinion from another dentist, who confirmed that everything was completely fine. That experience made me lose all trust in this clinic. I won’t be coming back.

Fantastic experience: I've been a patient since 2008. I only go back because they provide the finest care in the area. The doctors are professionals, they are courteous and considerate and provide as I said, the finest care in the area. My hygienist is the best there is and I can't imagine that I'd ever find a better one.
