My daughter experiences a high level of anxiety and has visited numerous general dentistry, orthodontist, and oral surgery offices. This was, by far, the best experience she has ever had. After I left a voicemail, I received a prompt follow-up call and was able to schedule an appointment for the following week. Although walking through the door was difficult for my daughter, we were immediately greeted with a warm welcome. Her time in the chair was second to none, and I cannot praise your staff enough for their care and patience. Thank you so much for your outstanding service.

This has to be one of the best experiences I have ever had at a dentist office. Yeah, crazy I know! My tooth chipped and they took care of it at the same appointment. The doctor and his assistant made me feel like I have been coming for years. I would highly recommend them and plan to continue to go back for all my dental related needs.

Fantastic experience: I have loved going to Apple Tree for my dental needs for several years. I started when the original owner/Dentist and his assistant Mary were there and had a great visit each time. I unfortunately, went down a bad road for a few years and making a dentist appointment was the last thing on my mind. I started noticing issues and called to make an appointment and found out Dentist changed and Mary was no longer there either. So I was hesitant to go back but I am so glad I did. The entire staff they have now are all super friendly and it feels genuine, the Dentist makes me feel like I am in the best hands and has me on a great treatment plan. Both the hygienist I've worked with are excellent, my last two visits have been with Hillary and I cannot say enough great things about her. I am glad I found them instead of going to a preferred place that my insurance recommended, that was basically a chop shop. My only regret, is that 3-4 year space when I did not come in, which caused issues to surface. DO NOT IGNORE YOUR GUM HEALTH an even if things appear to be fine GO TO THE DENTIST!

Fantastic experience: I had my first appointment with Appletree Dentistry yesterday. I found the staff very friendly and helpful. Dr. Simpson and his assistant were the same. He gave me a thorough exam and did my first cleaning himself, saying that it helps familiarize him more with the condition of my teeth. He was very knowledgeable, had good suggestions for daily care, and alerted me to problems I might look out for in the future. The impression I got is that he enjoys his job and his sense of humor made the appointment more enjoyable. I'm confident that I will get good care with this dentist.

Fantastic experience: I popped into this dental clinic for a routine checkup and professional teeth cleaning, plus to fix a broken filling, and wow, I’m beyond impressed! The staff was super friendly and made me feel totally at ease from the moment I walked in. The cleaning was thorough, painless, and left my teeth sparkling like new! The doc also did an awesome job repairing my damaged filling, explaining everything clearly like a true pro. Two weeks later, the filling’s still perfect, and I’m flashing a big smile everywhere I go! Huge thanks for the top-notch care and chill vibe. I’m definitely coming back here.

He went above & beyond other dentist offices I contacted first! Always friendly staff on the phone. Dr. Simpson & his staff are so kind and knowledgeable too. I appreciate that Dr. Simpson takes what seems like a more humble, down-to-earth approach; such as “if it ain’t broke don’t fix it” and keeping the patient at ease. Other dentists seem to focus more on money-making & selling expensive dental treatments these days. I also had a thorough cleaning by Jennifer, who was a great communicator and considerate. I’m glad I found this place too!

Fantastic experience: I just recently changed dentists to this location and am very pleased to have done so. I’ve since gotten a cleaning and 2 fillings done and have had a great experience with the staff, hygienist, and Dr. Simpson. I’ve recently changed insurance companies due to the new year and haven’t gotten my new insurance card in the mail to locate the number for billing, one of the office representatives did the work for me and located it for me without me asking which I appreciate, I told them I would do some research and they immediately called me back saying they found it for me. In addition, they were willing to split my payment into two payments which I appreciate being offered to me. It’s the willingness to fully do all of the leg work for me and go that extra mile that made it better. It’s the little things. Extra points for everyone being personable and funny to lighten the mood of an already daunting task.

Fantastic experience: I was overdue on a cleaning because going to the dentist is my least favorite thing to do but my experience here was super good!!! It was my first time being a patient there and they did a super good job at explaining things, recommending things, and did a very thural cleaning. Overall I had a really good experience!

Negative experience: I am in no way here to bad mouth the dentist, I would just like to hopefully save someone from pain and further expenses because of faulty work (which the dentist admitted to). I am Mexican-American, was in early 30s, and never had any issues with my teeth minus one root canal (diff dentist/excellent work). I was very lucky. The crown he put on the tooth several years later has completely changed my entire bite and has caused cracked teeth. I will not go over our conversations during our visits (too long-winded). What I will say is is that when the assistant pulled out an old camera phone to take pictures and did not use office equipment, I should have up and left. I will take responsibility in trusting these trained professionals. I made a mistake so if this review helps someone not make the same one, then it does. Office was nice so they get 1 star.

Negative experience: I’m shocked by the reviews here. We tried scheduling an appointment and the receptionist Danielle couldn’t give me a straight answer for why we couldn’t (using OHP) then just hung up. I called back thinking we were disconnected and she flat out said she hung up, then proceeded to yell and again hang up when I asked why we couldn’t just pay out of pocket. I’m going to assume I caught her on a bad day, but she obviously thought this was okay to do. Jared was great! Once I called back he very clearly explained why they couldn’t help which totally made sense. We weren’t at all upset, my mom just needed an emergency appt, so we were trying to get her in anywhere and would’ve happily paid out of pocket. Felt a bit like Danielle was judging her based on her type of insurance. I’ve never heard of someone being forced to use insurance if they don’t want to. Very bizarre experience. Wouldn’t go here or recommend it based on this experience alone.
