Fantastic experience: I initially learned of Greenburg Pediatric Dentistry through my provider, Moda, last fall. Since becoming patients, my children have consistently received prompt and professional care. They eagerly anticipate each visit, thanks to the warm reception from the staff, which extends to the exceptional hygienists and doctors. Our family has quickly felt like part of the Greenburg Pediatric Dentistry family, and I am pleased to entrust my children's dental health to this outstanding practice.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Lopez and his staff are attentive and personable, they always take the time to discuss any of my concerns and are so kind and patient with my kids. My kids now LOVE going to the dentist because they get to watch a show and have a sugar free sucker afterwards! Thankful we found Greenburg pediatric dentistry! Update: we still love going! We’ve been seeing Dr. Lopez and his dentistry for a few years now and still feel the same way about going, we love it! I would highly recommend Dr. Lopez and his team!

Fantastic experience: I’ve had my 3 kids (3, 4, 7) seen here and we’ve always enjoyed our experience! Our little ones enjoyed their cleaning with blankies and Bluey. The hygienists were great with kids and knowledgeable. My oldest had a cavity filled by Dr Lopez and it went smoothly. I’ve seen Dr. Tan as well and she was great. They have good availability and also open on Sundays. Staff has always been sweet and professional.

Fantastic experience: We cannot say enough good things about this office , especially Kellie, our son’s dental assistant today. From the very first visit, they have treated our son with respect and consent. They don’t force anything. They don’t rush him. They don’t pressure him to “be brave.” They let him warm up at his pace, explore the tools, and feel safe in his body. Because of their approach, something huge happened today. He was nervous walking in and said he didn’t want to go. In the past, he needed to sit on our laps to get through an appointment. But today? He sat in the chair all by himself. He let Kellie and Dr. Tan look in his mouth. He opened his mouth on his own. No meltdowns. No panic. No tears. Just trust, because Kellie and the team built that trust over time by following his lead instead of forcing an agenda. Negative experience: I had such a great experience with Greenburg Pediatric today. I had an emergency for my 1 year old and they were able to take me in within 30 min. Everyone was so kind, sweet, and gentle with her. I’m so glad I was able to get in. They took great care of both of us and I would 100% recommend this dentistry for your little ones. Edit: Turns out they misdiagnosed my daughter’s infection, told me that it was viral when it was in fact bacterial. They said it would go away on its own, it DID NOT! It got worse and could have caused permanent damage to her or even worse, spread to her bones. Worst off, they said the 2 min check up they did would be complimentary but ended up charging me $110. They didn’t even do anything! Just took a 30 second look at my daughter’s mouth. Now we are paying out of pocket for this 2 min visit. So disappointed and I highly recommend going somewhere else for the sake of your child’s safety and health.

Fantastic experience: We visited the dentistry today. Dental assistant Pati was very kind, and the way she handled my son was so good. Then the doctor was very cool and explained it clearly what the problem was. We are very satisfied with the hospital. we recommend for others too.

They were instantly at ease in the fun, playful rooms & the TVs over the chairs were GENIUS! NOTHING CHANGED, STILL SUPER!❤️❤️❤️ Hi everyone ✋ Me and my wife took our daughter to her first dental appointment. She had a lot toothache. We were 100% worry because it was our first time serious surgery . I just want to everyone know, all workers in Greenburg Pediatric Dentistry will talk to you like their family members. We really liked it! Doctors are like your big brother, they’ll explain you everything one by one, they’ll answer your thousand questions with patience . Normally my kids are not become friendly if they meet someone first time . But I changed my mind . Fantastic experience: Dr Eddie and the staff at Greenburg Pediatric Dentristy are amazing. My daughter has routinely been terrified of anything noise oriented. So the vacuum ( for lack of appropriate word) and the brush have been a no go. She also was extremely anxious and it was a constant battle to allow the dentist to work with her at our previous dental office. However, within two visits the staff had my girl so comfortable she was able to sit through the entire exam without any accommodations, she gets excited to go see the dentist and comes out of her visits with a smile on her face. Thank you to Dr. Eddie and the incredible crew at Greenburg.

Fantastic experience: This is the very BEST pediatric dentistry practice! We've been to two others in Hillsboro and SW Portland before coming here. Dr. Eddie is amazing with kids and parents alike. Treatments are thoroughly explained and I've been able to make decisions without feeling pressured. I just also found out that they have appointments in the evening, which makes such a big difference for my family.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Tan and Dulce were amazing. I haven't seen the front desk personnel's in over 6 months and they were just as wonderful as when I first met them. Friendly, concise and efficient with scheduling and getting us in. My little one sat through an entire session of cleaning, flossing, x-ray, and fluoride teeth paint. Dulce was wonderful with her. Dr. Tan was amazing with her ability to get in, analyze and give feedback with the little amount of time that my 3 year old had left in her to sit still. Thank you so much for making her dentist visit enjoyable. And we really appreciate her take home goodie bag. She used the words I love it! when she got to our vehicle. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: Took my 4 year old in for a cleaning and she gets nervous and needed some encouragement to open her mouth and never once did I feel like she was a burden or they were inpatient, everyone was kind and gentle and encouraging. I would definitely recommend bringing your little ones, they will be taken care of very well!

Fantastic experience: I am so thankful for Greenburg Pediatric Dentistry! My daughter has alot of anxiety around the dentist, and the staff could not be more patient and kind and empathetic (and creative, I might add). My daughter recently had sealants done and Rochelle was an angel! She was so patient and made my daughter feel comfortable throughout. We previously went to another well known pediatric dentist, and in so glad we made the switch to Greenburg Pediatric Dentistry; they are truly the best!!

Fantastic experience: My son had his first official teeth cleaning today and it went wonderfully. Our dental hygienist, Dulce, was so kind and trauma informed in her approach. We left happy and excited about going and getting our “teeth brushed”. The dentist was also attentive and answered any questions we had as well as gave really helpful advice. The front desk staff were also very friendly and got us scheduled for our next visit easily. We look forward to our next visit!

Fantastic experience: My son cracked his tooth and I was referred to another pediatric dentist, but decided to get a second opinion at Greenburg dentistry. Their website was easy to navigate and the paper work was online. Scheduling was also super easy and it was nice to be able to get my son in the same week. As someone who went to a few practices around Portland and the greater area, I am so glad we found this practice, it stands out in every way. When you step in you can tell instantly they are very children focused. My son loved the arcade games and the art around the practice. We had Dr Lopez who was explained everything really well. He gave me a few options and explained all the risks and benefits of each. We chose more conservative method, which was not offered at the first pediatric dentist I went to. When the day came for the procedure the dentist helped ease my son into the procedure. He even allowed for breaks for my son while filling his cracked tooth. I told my son that there would be a shot but I believe they used a single tooth anesthetic. After the procedure my 4yo son asked me why did I say it might hurt but nothing hurt. The dental hygienist who worked on my 2yo daughter was also absolutely fantastic, she was so apprehensive of the visit but ended having her whole mouth cleaned after the hygienist was patient with her and put her at ease. I am very happy we found our kids’ dentist.

Fantastic experience: My daughter has been seeing Dr. Eddie for three years now. Out of three different pediatric dentists we have tried, he is by far our favorite. The dental hygienists are absolutely amazing with kids. The experience is all about making kids comfortable and even like going to the dentists. For dental issues Dr. Eddie has always discussed multiple possible approaches, and we never felt pressured into any particular option.

Fantastic experience: We have been clients of Greenburg Pediatric for 7 years now and have never been more satisfied. The entire staff is amazing. The front office staff is ALWAYS pleasant and work very efficiently. The hygienist never fail to deliver er exceptional care and Dr. Eduardo is nothing short of excellent. Every time I leave the office I am always well informed with the care needed for each stage of our kids Pediatric care. If you are looking for a Pediatric dentist, look no further! Negative experience: If you have a disability which has executive dysfunction as a symptom you will be better served elsewhere. My autistic/ADHD daughter was "dismissed" because we failed to realize we owed the clinic $27.40 ... I even asked at our last appointment if anything was due (I always ask to avoid situations like this) and was told not to worry about it and that we would be contacted if any payment was missed. Turns out that despite making it known we prefer to be contacted via email we were only sent one message about the amount due from their office directly before being "dismissed." (All other messages were sent by an automated system that was routed to a spam folder.) I asked about paying the amount within an hour of having received the emailed message, but was told "it was too late" and that the bill had been sent to collections. Laughably, the women I spoke with said "That is why I try so hard to work with people & give them MANY chances to pay before sending to collections...." Despite this being only the second email we had ever received on the subject. Very strange that after ***multiple years*** of prompt payments we were written off for twenty dollars. I don't even particularly mind that I have to deal with collections so much as that I have to get my disabled daughter adjusted to and comfortable with visiting a new office. I think the dentist here is great, but I'm surprised and disappointed by the actions of the office staff. Obviously a familiar environment and routine is important for my daughters care so it is regrettable we have to find alternative care over a measley $20.00 which I would gladly have paid.

Fantastic experience: This was our first visit to this dental office and it was wonderful! The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The hygienists were so sweet and gentle with my two children. Dr. Eddie was very warm, friendly, and informative. We are very happy and will be back!

Fantastic experience: Edit: 3 years later, we still love Greenburg Pediatrician Dentistry! I am so thankful to Dr. Lopez and the entire staff. One of my children has developmental disabilities, and all facets of dental care are challenging. Dr. Lopez and his staff have worked with me to find a solution that will be truly life changing for my child. If you were on the fence, and needed to see one last review to help tip the scales, and give the office a call for your child/family, then this is it! 3 of my 4 kids come to this office (the 4th child has aged out). The office staff communicates very well and are extremely efficient. They clean all 3 kids’ teeth at once so the appointment time is relatively short. My kids enjoy going to the dentist!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing visit! My daughter is 2.5 and her first dentist visit at a different office about 6 months ago did not go well. But this office was amazing. Traci was the hygienist and she was seriously the best. She made my daughter feel safe and made the whole thing really fun and explained everything she was doing. We had prepared by reading dentist books and playing out what would happen and I think that helped but it was just a really great visit! No tears!

Fantastic experience: I started taking my son with AuDHD here after the specialty dentist we had been seeing shut down. I was a bit apprehensive because he has significant language delays and a ton of sensory issues with his teeth; oral care has always been a struggle. Thankfully the transition has ended up being a very positive experience. Everyone has been incredibly calm and patient while working with him; they have even got him to participate in brushing. No tears or meltdowns. Highly recommended.

My daughter got elbowed in the mouth this evening at soccer and they got her in right away at 5:30pm to be seen as it was an adult tooth that was loose. Fantastic experience: We love Dr. Eddie and his team! They are all so kind and my daughter loves going to the dentist (for real). They are very gentle with kids and aren't aggressive with treatment at all. You can tell they care greatly about comfort at this office and Dr. Eddie is happy to sit and answer all questions, no matter how long it takes. My daughter needed some significant dental work last summer and we feel confident in the choices we talked through with Dr. Eddie after getting estimates from other dentists that were much more aggressive. I can't imagine taking my daughter anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: Everyone is so patient and attentive to my toddler. We found this place by accident when my toddler chipped his tooth and his normal dentist and designated backup were unavailable. Dr. Lopez was able to get us in that same day and even told us just to text him a pic if anything like that happened again so he could let us know whether to come in or not. From that moment on, this became our primary dentist and we couldn't be happier.

Fantastic experience: Such a great experience. They are honest, kind, patient, knowledgeable and friendly dentists! My son was nervous before we went in but at the appointment they made him feel very comfortable and he had a great time. After we left he kept saying, "That is the best dentist in the world!" Fantastic experience: My two kids have been with Dr. Lopez almost 10 years and I have never had the smallest complaint from them about going to the dentist. (Being able to watch a video while in the chair helps too! :-) The hygienist is always friendly, very competent, and explains what is going on to each of them. There's a chair for me to sit nearby during the examination and Dr. Lopez is always willing to talk as long as I need, to understand the treatment and answer my questions about prevention for the kids. (But of course he talks to them first, since they are the patients.) The convenient hours really help us find a time to get in and there is always plenty of parking. I can't say enough good things about them. I also agree with a previous comment about sometimes being able to get a filling done on the same day as the exam. This is super convenient. I've always wondered why dentists make you come back for this. A simple filling doesn't take that long. We really like this place!

Fantastic experience: Dr Eddie helped my nervous seven year old through a serious of appointments with empathy and skill. He recommended some less intense treatments when possible and is always approachable and explains things clearly. The office is pleasant and well-run. The kids love that they can watch their favorite shows during procedures, which reduces their worries and makes for a pleasant visit for all of us.

Fantastic experience: Love the team at Greenburg Pediatric Dentistry! We went to Dr. Eddie to get a second opinion on a recommendation for filling my 3 year old son’s decay/cavities. They take a more conservative approach and recommended some alternatives to anesthesia and fillings at this tender age. I am grateful I chose to get a second opinion and now he is our dentist for our children. Thank you all for your care and concern for our treasured children.

Fantastic experience: This place is amazing. The staff are phenomenal. They are so skillful at making my toddler feel safe & comfortable. She actually loves the dentist. Dr. Lopez is so informative, gentle, and kind. We are very relieved we found this place

Negative experience: Here are the great things about the practice. They have a super friendly staff, extremely organized and have tv's set up on the ceiling for the kiddos to watch while they are laying in the chair. The doctor was also extremely kind and friendly. I hate writing negative reviews, but what I am truly upset with is when we first came in, I have twin kiddos, one of them had two cavities. We had a cleaning and x-ray done. The doctor gave us two options. One to have crowns done and the other to do CariFree at home until their next exam. I was told that as soon as my sons teeth were hurting I could call in and they would make an appointment. One of his tooth was hurting and the soonest appointment we could get in is in March of next year. Because we couldn't wait that long I started calling other practices. We just had another exam done and it looks like two teeth need to be pulled and a small filling on another. We brush twice a day and floss and have done the CariFree every night. As a parent it feels awful to see your kiddos in pain and I wish this could have been prevented if the doctor had stressed more to get the procedure done instead of using the product at home. I am also extremely upset with how long it would take to get in. My belief as I work in a field where I do take clients is that if I cannot get a new client in at an adequate time or if it's a project that I know will take a lot of my time with which I do not have then I do not accept that client and I refer them to a different place. It's a wonderful establishment and everyone is extremely thoughtful and kind. And I will stress that the doctor is very very kind and thorough and I would still trust to see them if we got in a lot sooner. And I wish my kiddos teeth didn't need to be pulled. Now I have found a place where we were able to get exams done immediately and my kiddo can get the help he needs much sooner.

Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Dr Eddie and his staff enough. Our son is on the spectrum and over the years they have worked with us to ensure he receives the dental care he needs. In the beginning, it was a struggle just getting him to sit on the chair. Today, he is able to sit and tolerate most of the tools to receive a full routine check-up and cleaning A special shout out to Traci for always showing our son so much genuine care and patience. Thank you ❤️

Fantastic experience: We have been coming here for years, my sons are 17 and 19 and they still want to come here. My daughter is 8 and is always nervous about the dentist but they always have ways to make her comfortable. Highly recommend this dentist!

Fantastic experience: Easy to book appointments, convenient for working moms, and the best staff. They even accommodated booking my 2 year old twins at the same time right next to each other. Fantastic experience: My son and I love the entire staff at Greenburg Pediatric Dentistry. For my son, they have cool toys, find post visit gifts and TVs on the ceiling and cool shades. For me, my kid has no fear or hesitation to go even after needing some serious dental work early, communication is clear, their reminders before an appoint are a godsend and they are all so warm and kind. Dr. Eddie and our hygienist walk up with a smile and they remember us on a personal level every visit!!

Fantastic experience: I love this dentist office for my 4 year old. Her first experience with them was calm and relaxed. They explained everything they were going to do and let her see how all the tools worked. They didn't rush and let her go at her own pace. They always asked her permission before they did something so she felt like she was in control of the session. She really enjoyed herself and it has always been a positive experience for her. Dr. Eddie is knowledgeable and informative but gentle with children and isn't alarmist when it comes to things like weaning from a pacifier (which I was stressed about). I had some bad early experiences with dentists when I was a child which made me jumpy so I'm so happy that my daughter won't have those same fears around dental work and hygiene.

Fantastic experience: 2023 Update. It's been 4&1/2 years now. This is still the best dentist we've found. My 2 year old granddaughter is now a patient here too. She did great at her first visit thanks to all the amazing people at Greenburg Pediatric Dental. They also offer laughing gas or sedation if needed for fillings. ..... Another Update... Jan 2020 It's now been about a year and a half since my kids began coming here. We love it at least as much as when we started, maybe even more. The kids ask me when they get to go again (amazing!). ..... Update... It's been 6 months since our first visit. My kids have been asking (more like begging) to go back to the dentist. They were so excited when they finally got to go again last week. Honestly, I'm so glad they beg to go to the dentist, it makes cleaning day so easy for me. I very highly recommend checking it out! I thought just finding a pediatric dentist close to home and who took our insurance was a good find. Wow, was I wrong. This office is a great find. I would drive out of my way to take my kids here. I brought in my 18 month old, 6 year old, and 9 year old. They all had a great experience. In fact my 9 year old is sad he has to wait 6 months to come back. My daughter is the 18 month old. She made herself at home in the arms of the amazing staff. Everyone that works there clearly loves children and children can feel that. The office is well decorated with plush/stuffed animals, cute pictures of animals, and children's artwork. They offer Netflix for the kids to watch with headphones on during the procedure which helps keep them calm and I'm pretty sure distracted from the cleaning. After their appointment, the kids get a goody bag. In the waiting area, there are video arcade machines with hundreds of games. And a little toy kitchen with play food and cookware. It's like going to a play place. I am so glad we found them.

Fantastic experience: This place is great!! The dental hygienist’s and the dentist are all so friendly and make the kids feel very comfortable. I highly recommend them! And I can’t leave out the receptionist, they are really polite and helpful as well.

Fantastic experience: Greenburg pediatrics is seriously the best. The staff goes above and beyond to help you. They definitely helped calm my kids if needed, and they keep you informed every step of the way. Dr Eddie is the best! My kids love to go see him and this office and dr Eddie truly wants the best for them.

Fantastic experience: We've finally found a dentist who not only understands what's best for our son, but also wants to do what's best for him. He listens to our concerns and validates them, isn't pushing any unnecessary treatments and only does what makes sense for our son's oral health. Dr Eddie speaks our language which makes it that much more personal, can't say enough about him, we are very happy and cannot wait to see what he will help us achieve with our son's oral health!

Fantastic experience: My kids have been going to Greenburg Pediatric Dentistry since they were 2 years old -- over 15 years! They are past being kids now, but they still love seeing Dr. Eddie and always feel welcome by him and his wonderful and caring team.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been taking my children to Greenburg Pediatric Dentistry for 20 years and pretty soon I’m going to have to transfer my youngest’s file to an adult dentist. Dr. Eddie and his staff are great. Very soothing with the kids when they were younger. It’s going to be hard to say goodbye

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this office. They are so kind to the kids. They have a TV to distract them from the dental work being done. The dentist also was very informative with an issue my daughter has been having with always been congested and sleeping with her mouth open. He referred her to an ortho to check about possibly expanding her upper jaw to help with sinus pressure. Even the pediatrician blew it off as just allergies! Definitely recommend this awesome dentist and the assistants/hygienists.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful pediatric dentist and staff. Everything was seamless from bookings to cleanings. It was my two sons first time visiting (1 & 3 yrs old) and everyone made them feel so comfortable. BOTH boys ended up getting a full cleaning. They had a great experience and look at going to the dentist as a treat! I also got the information I needed. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: We love Dr. Eddie and team! I could not recommend Greenberg Pediatric enough- I literally tell all my friends about him when dental topics arise. We have five kids and they all walk out of appointments happy- they even look forward to the dentist! A few years ago we switched dentists due to insurance and went to another pediatric dentist who recommended over 4k of dentist work on our daughter. When we got Dr. Eddie’s opinion he recommended we “wait and see”- he saved us a lot of money throughout the years. We’re grateful! Go to Greenburg, you will not regret.

Fantastic experience: Patient's from way back when Dr.Wilson was still here, 13 years ago!! That speaks for itself I think :-) Dr.Lopez and present team are just as wonderful! We highly recommend them, especially if you're a parent of a special needs child. They are simply the best around and we have always been happy with the dentistry care they provide for our girls!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Eddie is the best! Like most, both my kiddos have very different needs. The staff is so accommodating and understanding of both of them. As we left an appointment where my daughter had her first cavity treated, I told my daughter how lucky she is to have such a nice dentist and she replied that everyone is so nice that works there! I agree.

Fantastic experience: Took both kids at the same time. My older child has a lot of anxiety around new things and people touching his mouth and face. My youngest had never been to the dentist and thought it was going to be scary. They made his first appointment enjoyable and fun. I was so amazed how at ease both my kids were the whole time. My kids are excited and not scared at all to go back in 6 months. Thanks for providing such a great experience and making the dentist not scary!

Fantastic experience: They were great with our five year old. The dentist thoroughly explained our options and was very transparent. Our son liked the option of watching shows and the video games in the lobby. About two days before we were scheduled to return for another visit my son literally said I cannot wait to go get my cavity filled!

Fantastic experience: The people at Greenberg Pediatric Dentistry are wonderful!! Dr. Eddie is so gentle and kind with my kids. He is so nice and patient. My daughter broke her two front teeth and he took such great care of her and me too! We were all upset and his entire staff swooped in and made everything right again and fixed my daughter’s beautiful smile. We love Greenburg Pediatric Dentistry and will continue to go to them forever!!

Fantastic experience: Today was our first visit here. Both kiddos needing cleanings and my 9yo needed both her canine teeth on top extracted to help the crowding. Everyone here was PHENOMENAL. Our hygienists were patient and caring. Dr. Eddie and Rochelle were so amazing and helpful during the extraction. Rochelle was so patient and made my nervous girl feel at ease. Dr. Eddie really had my daughter’s comfort at the front and didn’t want this to be a traumatizing experience for her. She did great but it’s because the staff was so supportive and made sure both kiddos were comfortable through the entire process. I’m so glad we found this office and I’ll recommend it to anyone whose kids need a pediatric dentist!
