Fantastic experience: Dental office visit is usually dreadful but this dental team was excellent, professional and knowledgeable. Office is spotless Michelle made check in easy and explained everything. Wendy did a great job at dental cleaning and very informative communication. Dr Patel explained my x ray clearly and gave me options without pressure. Highly recommend and I will definitely go back.

Fantastic experience: Well, I found professional dentistry online and after filling out the usual credentials and going for my second opinion at new dentist after I feel old dentist was saying I had problems consistently even though I felt I was taking really good care of my teeth, I had exam and cleaning done by a gal named Wendy who did a fantastic job as well as made my visit very enjoyable. The dentist there, Dr. Patel carefully looked at my teeth, telling me of her findings from X-rays and visual exam. She said she didn’t note any immediate problems , but thoroughly explained issues she wanted me to be aware of in future. I felt comfortable w/Dr.Patel and look forward to my future check up in four months. All the staff there were friendly and thorough and easy to understand. The staff is always consistent with their interactions, and very helpful with scheduling. Dr. Patel is a skilled dentist, communicates in clear language, and is incredibly gentle in her approach...I highly recommend this clinic. They’ve also taken very good care of my mom. Highly recommended without reservation.

Fantastic experience: Her service is what is impeccable. Very kind and personable. She walked me through the different options for a potential root canal and how to manage the pain in my tooth after another dental clinic had screwed up a cavity on my tooth.

Going to a dentist who cares about my comfort and understanding of what’s needed helps decrease my anxiety. They offer nitrous which is the final piece for me. I would highly recommend this office.

They were able to get me in for me in for a same day appointment for a tooth ache, the receptionist, Michelle made it so easy for me to get an appointment and checked my insurance. Monica the dental assistant, was so kind and Dr. Patel took her time explaining everything and made me feel so comfortable even though she was squeezing me in between patients, I never felt rushed. Amy at the payment desk explained everything to me about my insurance benefits for any future appointments. I did not feel pressured to schedule more visits and I have decided to move all my dental care to this office.

I had some exrays and then the hygienist came in, explained how they go about each step- cleaning first, then exam, recommendations, address particular issues and lastly the dentist herself had a chat about potential further treatment and problem areas. Not a rushed visit in any way. So grateful to find such a thorough and thoughtful dental practice. 5 stars all around!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Patel is fantastic. I have had extensive head and neck radiation. I'm ten years out (post cancer), and have some serious on-going complications. So when I had to get a crown, after a root canal, Dr. Patel just made sense. She did a wonderful job, was polite, professional, explained the procedure step by step, and then made sure I was comfortable start to finish. Dr. Patel is a vital part of my long term plan for my oral health.

Positive experience: Good dentist, terrible billing. Paid several thousands in advance for my son’s anesthesia and their billing was submitted incorrectly. The insurance denied coverage despite my 11 year old having a clear and valid reason for dental work under general anesthesia. The insurance even told me that the claim was submitted incorrectly by the billing office. After months of my time and effort, the insurance finally accepted the claim. Towards the end, the billing office threatened to charge me $6k for the denied coverage! As if that wasn’t enough, the dental billing office added another $500 months later stating that they under billed us. Well, I refused to pay due to their negligence but now they sent this to collections. SMH. Needless to say, we won’t be going back there.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Patel and the staff at Dental Professionals do a great job of running a practice that is welcoming, knowledgeable, and that provides an excellent experience. Over the years, experiences with other providers has left me with non-negligible dental phobias, but everyone here inspires confidence and reassurance, and offer options to make the visit as comfortable as possible.

Fantastic experience: Have been coming here for years and I really enjoy Dr. Patel. She is very sweet and thorough with her exams and her staff is just wonderful.

Negative experience: Dr. Patel is really kind and tries her best to help you. however, I had an unfortunate experience with her. She was unable to fix my issue twice. Once because the fill she did was rush and came out after 2 weeks. when I went back to have the issue fixed she told me she didn’t have time which inconvenienced me because I had to schedule another appointment with her. They then charged me $50 for attempting to cancel 4 days before my appointment.

Fantastic experience: Honestly, this is the most a accessible, compassionate and patient office I've ever worked with. I am deeply afraid of the dentist and every single time I am treated with the understanding and patience needed to approach my dental needs in a meaningful and manageable way. I cannot express the appreciation I have for being able to have the time to make decisions about my car in an unjudgemental way.

Her and her team are wonderful! I had a great experience. Katie, her assistant, was so friendly and cheerful. She thoroughly explained everything that would take place for a new patient. She efficiently took the x-rays and made the experience as comfortable as possible. Wendy, the hygienist, put my at ease right away and has a gentle hand. My teeth look and feel so clean! Negative experience: I seen one of the dentist today he made me farewell very uncomfortable telling me he didn’t understand what I said act like I was stupid and I didn’t speak English, which I speak perfect English. I understood everything. He said he kept on saying I don’t understand you I don’t understand you well, maybe he needs to learn how to speak English. I feel very disrespected.
