Fantastic experience: I'm one of those patients who can barely walk in the door and squeezes the life out of the chair when seated. This team is just that - always greeted immediately, barring any exceptions, and once seated, the team moves quickly to get me out of the chair. In addition, they seem to be on top of current dental treatments/options. The care exercised while they are working on you is exceptional and gentle. I know it is not easy to work inside such small "spaces" but it is definitely their "craft". Recommend giving them an opportunity to take care of your dental health.

Fantastic experience: Hands down the best dentist I've been to in all my time in the PNW. After searching for my long term provider for about 5 years, (sorry, picky with dental matters since consequences can be lifelong) I'm super happy to have found this office and for it to be where it is. I no longer need to fly down to California to see my previous dentist for procedures Dr Dose and his staff are incredibly personable, show clear confidence in their skills with the way they prep for everything and their comfort in explaining what's being done and why/making sure you understand. They all have a meticulous attention to detail with a focus on best outcomes not just with the work itself, but with scheduling and billing logistics as well, going out of their way to make sure I have appointments booked when I'm able to make them and that everything is billed the most cost effective way possible. The office is gorgeous with state of the art equipment and thoughtful creature comforts, and the work is always done perfectly the first time and insanely quickly at that. I couldn't even nitpick if I wanted to. I'm so grateful that Dr Dose and his clinic exist. 6/5 stars.

Negative experience: This office canceled my new patient consult the day of after front office staff told me the appointment was confirmed (I had trouble getting one piece of new patient information in a timely manner but had this uploaded by the time the staff said was the latest) Then told me they would call to reschedule. 3 weeks later while I am hurting with an active cavity I was seeking treatment for, they told me they would not accept me as a new patient because I expressed my frustration at the canceled appointment and promise to follow up without doing so. If you don’t want to take a patient, tell them as much. Don’t leave them hanging in hopes they go away like a coward. Looks like a lot of great reviews. Failure of patient experience and care is my review. Worth noticing this is a one star review, but Google says the lowest review is 4 stars… wonder how many others have been edited off by bankrolling Google…

Dr. Dose and his staff not only provided excellent highly skilled work that resulted in great looking teeth, their professional services were provided with exceptional personalized attention, including a follow-up call from Dr. Dose in the evening - above and beyond! Additionally the hygienist have been thorough and are knowledgeable in preventative care. The staffing has been consistent and the office environment is welcoming.

Fantastic experience: Exceptional care and friendly staff! I came in for pain and sensitivity in a few of my right-side molars. The staff helped me get an appointment quickly and Michelle even held my hand at first (I get a bit nervous when it comes to my sensitive teeth). Doc walked me through every step of the appointment to calm my nerves - and even the office pup (Riley) came by to say "hi" toward the end of my exam. Thank you to this team for making me feel at ease!

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at mt first visit today! Every staff member, including Dr. Dose, genuinely seemed happy to have me join the practice as a patient. And not in that customer service/hospitality forced way. They truly made me feel welcomed. Every step was thorough and done with care. I didnt feel like corners in care were being cut at all. I felt listened to, instead of like just a number or $. I was impressed with the technology and skill I observed in my care. They even 3-D mapped my whole mouth so we could inspect it on a monitor together. I've never seen that before. The care-team explained everything they were doing as we went along. I never once felt like they were trying to sell me something I didn't need. It was a comfortable experience. I'm really glad that I switched over to them. I would recommend Dr. Dose and his crew to anyone looking for a new dentist.

Fantastic experience: Short version: HIGHLY RECOMMEND As someone with paralyzing dental anxiety most her life, dentist visits have often come with traumatizing memories. After moving up here in 2017, I have tried dentist after dentist all making me feel ashamed or embarrassed of my fear…UNTIL I found Dr. Dose’s office. From my very first visit, they were patient, kind, and truly listened to my fears and experiences. When I asked for “laughing gas” for the deep cleaning and filling appointments I had to have, they did not hesitate to plan for that request. The gas took off the edge enough that I was able to proceed through the appointment without panic or fear. In fact, Dr. Dose and his entire team explained each step of the process and prepared me for what to expect. They did such a great job of managing my anxiety that the next appointment I actually felt comfortable enough to forgo the laughing gas. I can’t speak highly enough about this ENTIRE team. I would recommend Dr. Dose EVERY TIME especially if you have dental anxiety.
