I have been to the dentist about 5 times now and I have never felt so comfortable and relaxed. I appreciate the whole team that works at West Linn Dental! Fantastic experience: West Linn Dental has the best crew I’ve ever encountered in my 64 years of dental care. I’ve never had a better dentist/oral surgeon than Dr. Biria. His work extracting my tooth, bone graphing & surgical implant was quick, thorough & perfect. During consultation he’s friendly & takes all time necessary to answer all questions. I’m currently in process of getting front crowns. For aesthetics I was considering a gold crown. Dr. Biria is the only one out of 4 doctors who didn’t try to talk me out of it while at the same time going over all the pros & cons. Like Dr. Biria, his staff is friendly, courteous & genuinely care. A+++

Fortunately, I have mostly had routine cleanings and exams, but when I did need a replacement filling on a front tooth, Dr. Bria was very gentle and matched the color perfectly!

Dr. Mo Biria is a craftsman at his trade. He's meticulous, caring, personable and very efficient, all at the same time, and the costs of his services are reasonable. I've had several dentists in my lifetime, fortunately all good, but I believe Mo Biria is the best. In my case, I needed the works: x-ray, exam, filling, crowns, extraction and implants. All procedures were excellent. His equipment appears to be state-of-the art; even his appointment scheduling system. Everyone on his staff are equally friendly, and efficient. The manner in which Dr. Biria and his entire staff handled the COVID situation without compromising efficiency could serve as a 'template' for other establishments, particularly dental establishments. I highly recommend West Linn Dental.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to West Linn Dental for years. They provide excellent dental services, and have a way of making you feel very comfortable. My hygienist is Susan, and she’s fantastic because she visits about her life and makes the time go by so fast!

I can wear earplugs and sunglasses to help with the migraine pain while in their office. Much kindness

After seeking a second opinion from Dr. Biria years ago regarding a treatment plan from another dentist, I was able to successfully have a cracked tooth remedied by Biria and avoid unneeded procedure on small cavities put on “watch” over 5 years ago. Fantastic experience: I recently had to replace a cracked crown. The entire office staff is absolutely great. Angie at the front desk is extremely polite, courteous and pleasant. Very nice person. She walked me through what would be done. Ronnie and Kai were great as well. Dr. Mo Biria is the best. He's very personable and truly cares. He does great work. Front desk admin was extremely prompt with my concerns about my dental issue and quickly collaborated with the dentist and came up with a fast solution that saved my health. Dental cleaning was top notch and dentist is highly skilled at his job— spends good quality time answering questions and not making you feel rushed. You’re in very good hands here!

Fantastic experience: Dr Biria and his entire staff are friendly, professional and knowledgable. Angie greets us as soon as we walk into the office with a big smile. Dr Biria's wife, Billie-Jean, is our dental hygienist and does an excellent job cleaning our teeth. She makes us feel comfortable and right away we felt we had known her for years. Dr Biria right away creates a comfortable atmosphere. He listens to our dental concerns and fully explains what procedure should be done. He always asks if we have any questions and if we do he is professional and knowledgable in his answers. Dr Biria also performs dental implants in his office so there is not the burden of going to another dentist for that procedure. He is excellent at matching the tooth implant to the color of our natural teeth. We were fortunate to have found West Lynn Dental.

Miss Angie at the front desk was very nice, polite, and accommodating, and she made the process very easy. She even called me the following day to check up on me. Dr. Biria and his assistant were both very good as well. They made me feel at ease during the procedure and were very informative and communicative the whole time. They fixed me right up, and I was in and out in about an hour. Thanks a lot! Much appreciated!

Dr. Mo really really cares for his patients and he worked with me to feel at ease and lessen my anxiety. And there's nothing he can't do! If I need a crown or root canal he can do it so I feel like I'm in really expert hands. Dr. Mo is a treasure I'm really glad I found!

Fantastic experience: This is a well run, clean operation. The hygienist was also accommodating of some sensitive areas during my most recent cleaning.

Negative experience: The Office Manager Was Pleasant And Welcoming. The Hygenist Had A Nice Personality. The Dentist Was Polite. My Concern And Frustration - I Booked My Appt. 2 Months Ago For A Dental Cleaning Appt. Instead My 1 Hour Was Used To Take X-Ray's Without A Cleaning, Then Told Told I Would Need An $1,800 Deep Clean, Then Sent To The Dentist Who Told Me After Looking At My Teeth I Would Need Several Crowns & Fillings For An Additional $3,000 And A Total Bill For $5,000.00. I Left With No Cleaning, And A $287 Bill For The X-Rays !

Negative experience: Unpleasant people who are clearly only doing it for the $$$$$. And we're talking lots of $$$$$, starting with a great big consultation fee. Of course, if you then buy their services they apply the ginormous consultation fee to whatever overpriced service you pick, but you need to know exactly what you want, and that you want these people to do it, ahead of time.
