Negative experience: Not kind with servicing a diverse group of customers

Fantastic experience: When I say PHENOMENAL, I truly mean it! The entire staff cares, is informative and very patient.

I don’t think I’ve ever been to a dental office where everybody smiles the staff They really makes you feel at ease Dr. Breedlove excellent chair, side manner, friendly answer’s all your questions doesn’t rush. Fantastic experience: Dr. Young created perfect veneers for my 4 front teeth. He is a perfectionist when it comes to creating a beautiful smile. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Young and his staff for any dental work.

Fantastic experience: I returned to Dr. Young at Whole Life Dentistry after moving away 6 years ago and suffering a dental emergency that local dentist tried and failed to correct (chipped front tooth crown). The care and workmanship of Dr. Young and staff including Michelle, who built me a new gorgeous crown, was worth the 3 hour drive. The confidence in my smile and knowing that work is done with best quality is worth the effort and cost. I will continue to go to Whole Life Dentistry/Dr. Young for my continuing dental needs despite being out of state.

Negative experience: I really liked Whole Life Dentistry. Dr. Justice does amazing work. This practice left a bad taste in my mouth due to not being advised of their office policy & it not being in plain view for patients. I previously had a balance of which was paid in full; made an office visit, came to the visit & was told that I had to pay out of pocket for my office visit (due to previously being in collections). I expressed that I did not know about this policy, I wasn’t informed about policy prior to & I have full dental insurance coverage. The Office Manager didn’t even attempt to come & speak with me regarding this matter. I was refused care because did not to pay for my visit upfront, to later reimbursed by my insurance company. Make this make sense!! Terrible business practices. Signed, A former patient

Fantastic experience: I would like to take a few moments to say what a wonderful and caring Dentistry I was getting Implants done at another Company, And let's just say it has been a very painful and unfortunate experience, My last appointment did not go as planned, and my lower denture was glued to my jaw, And they sent me home with it glued in place for 2 days, that's when ulcers started to form and become very very painful, At that point my wife and daughter started to make calls to see if someone could help me, That's when we found the very caring and friendly Dr. Erika Breedlove and her incredible staff, She was able to cut them out and make it almost pain free, And she made a true friend and possible new client for her and her staffs hard work to help me, I would totally recommend Whole Life Dentistry to anyone that is looking for a great and clean atmosphere, Thank you so much for everything you did for me in my time of need, Wish I knew of you 5 months ago

Fantastic experience: I was desperate for relief after I learned I needed a tooth extraction but the oral surgeon at another practice couldn’t see me until 2 weeks later! I was up all night with excruciating tooth pain! I turned to google and stumbled upon this amazing office! I called and the receptionist was AMAZING and made me feel like she genuinely cared and was concerned for my well being! I explained my emergency situation and she said “how fast can you get here? Dr. Breedlove can get you right in!” I left immediately and was warm welcomed when I arrived! They took me right back and got started to help with my pain (10/10 level). Dr. Breedlove and her staff exceeded my expectations and I am so thankful I found them! They provided the care I needed and for that I am forever grateful! I will absolutely be recommending them to EVERYONE I know! THANK YOU Whole Life Dentistry. You saved me, truly.

Fantastic experience: AFTER 5 years of having an implant and veneers done by Dr.Breedlove I’m still satisfied. I didn’t think this work would last this long at first I thought I wasted $10,000 but now 5 years later I see this was one of the best investments ever. Everybody always tell me how natural my teeth look and they can’t even tell I got an implant and Vaneers. Doctor Breedlove did a good job on my case. I will be back to see this office soon.

I went in for some fillings and Dr Young and Michele made me feel comfortable with my dental anxiety to get the treatment I needed to get done and my teeth feel a thousand times better. I live over an hour away and still make the drive there because their dentistry is unmatched anywhere else! Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Whole Life for about 20 years along with my family. They are great Doctors and staff. They are very cutting edge and modern and keep me very comfortable. Besides being excellent technically, they really do care and Dr. R even met me in the office on a Sunday when I injured a tooth. Karen, the hygienist is terrific. I have seen 3 of the Dentists over the years and was pleased with each. Dr. S even set me up with an oral appliance that stooped my snoring! They really are first rate. Fantastic experience: Dr. Loeffel is great! Everyone there is so nice and accommodating. They do great work and make you as comfortable as possible. They have blankets if you’re cold. They have coffee and juice boxes for afterwards and complimentary chap sticks.

Fantastic experience: Extremely professional and personable staff! I hadn't been to a dentist in several years but picked this office based on their reviews and did not disappoint. Friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Called for a new patient appointment and was scheduled next day. I was able to schedule a filling after that with no problem and am already scheduled for the 6 month follow up. They are not in network with my dental insurance though, (MetLife) so I will be interested to see what's covered and what the remaining bill is.

Fantastic experience: Me and my boyfriend loved dr. Justice! The facility is very clean and professional. I highly recommend going here. By far my favorite dentist I’ve been to.

Negative experience: Very unprofessional! The staff seems to not properly communicate with one another, which creates a very unwelcoming feel! In addition, the wait time was ridiculous. I would NOT recommend this place to my worst enemy!

Negative experience: The reviews are lies go else where the receptionist clearly doesn’t know her job I asked her numerous times was my daughter and I dental insurance covered here and she said yes only to later get a bill when I called to find out why I got billed when I asked plenty of times before service was I covered and she said oh yeah. Smh Go to a better office that knows what their doing at least billing wise this one steals your money and obviously don’t know what their doing!

Negative experience: My friend Marvin was ripped off of $10,000 hard earned dollars he paid for dental work from Erika Loeffel, DDS. His front veneer fell off in his sleep and it haven’t even been a full year. When he called he spoke with Patricia who said she speaks for Erika Loeffel, DDS she said his trip back from Las Vegas to get this problem fixed wouldn’t be covered and no amount of refund would be issued and to go to a dentist in Las Vegas. Now to people reading please understand if you spend $10,000 on some dental work your not gonna want another dentist to have to fix it not even a year later. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND “”Erika Loeffel, DDS”” to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I have started going to Dr Streem 50 years ago. When he retired I became a patient of Dr. Young. I would not go anywhere else other than Whole Life Dentistry. Everyone is friendly and professional and the work is impeccable.

Fantastic experience: I love Whole Life Dentistry! Dr. Young is always patient, and does EXCELLENT work. He pays great attention to detail. He does everything he can to save your natural teeth, and takes the time to talk through your treatment plan to make sure that your oral hygiene is as great as it can be. It’s the best dental experience I’ve ever had.

Fantastic experience: I went in for a routine root canal. Like most people , i presume, i have high anxiety about going to the dentist and having hands and tools in my mouth. The Dr., and assistant did a really good job to make sure i was comfortable and pain free. I highly recommend Whole Life Dentistry.

The Dentist Dr. Loeffel, was personable and professional.....she was attentive and sensitive to my individual needs and addressed them promptly. I even got a little song . The dental assistant was also very personable and was detailed in her work....the frontline office staff were courteous and worked diligently to get me seen immediately!! Their expertise is miles ahead of previous dentists I’ve been to and they truly care about their patents. I initially came for a cosmetic composite bonding on my front teeth (which was beautifully done), and now I recommend them to everyone I know.

Fantastic experience: Over the course of my life, I’ve required a great deal of repair and care of my teeth. Many of my appointments with Dr. Resnick have had to be made last minute, thus placing the EVER CALM and KIND front desk, specifically BARBARA, in situations I wouldn’t want for any amount of money! That being said, Barbara is retiring, and today was my last visit for at least a month! Barbara may not be at Whole Life Dentistry when I return. She is happily and sweetly leaving the dental world to retire and spend some quality time with her family. I was lucky enough to be scheduled with Dr. Erika Loeffel. I had no idea she specialized in sleep apnea. During my dental consultation I learned about options to manage the disorder. I’m going to possibly rid myself of the cumbersome CPAP and upgrade to a retainer like device that will be more manageable. I am going to recommend Whole Life Dentistry to my colleagues, friends, and family.

Fantastic experience: I really like this place. I had to change dentists because mine had a stroke and I was very nervous because it’s hard to get acclimated with a new person all over again. Nevertheless, everything fell into place and my new dentist is very kind. I changed dentists but I still have the same hygienist. And the new dentist (Dr. Loeffel) and her team are very accommodating and compassionate. I also like that she takes the time to explain everything to me because I have lots of questions that need answers!

Fantastic experience: This was great! I have dental anxiety real bad. I was explained the process in detail, went in fell asleep and woke up at home. I was a little sore but no real pain. Had two broken molars removed by Dr. Loeffel, she was great and so was the staff. I have more work that needs done and I am having WLD do it because I trust their practice and the compassion they have shown me. Thank you.
