Fantastic experience: Everyone in the office were pleasant, very gentle and explained everything clearly. It is the best dental office I’ve ever been to. After taking my X-rays the dentist asked if I was in any pain. I said no pain at all, he let me know I have a tooth that needs a root canal. He said I must have a high tolerance for pain, I told him I have always been this way since a child. I’m very proud to be a patient here, I would recommend this office to all my family and friends. Five star staff.

Positive experience: My son came in to get 2 cavities filled. He is 15 and never had cavities filled before. We waited more than normal. About 20 mins pass our appt time. The Dentist wasn't very pleasurable. He asked my son does he brush twice a day and my son said sometimes. Then he says that was a yes or no question. It's ok to lighten the mood but I do feel that was a bit rude. Other than that we were in and out in about 45 mins after being called to the back.

Negative experience: If I could give it zero stars, I would I sat there for over an hour waiting to be called never got called.i had Appointment for 10 AM People that came in after me was getting called before me. All the workers are rude and have a nasty attitude will never go here again. 0 stars

Fantastic experience: This place is amazing. My dentist does great work and makes me feel comfortable. He talks through what he is doing and explains everything. Most of his staff are wonderful as well. They have gained a patient for life.

Negative experience: Had an appointment today. And it was for a regular cleaning. And the doctor or whoever he is act like he didn’t want to do it. My appointment was at 2 and they never seen me. I literally told them that I was coming from Angel Dental on the West. I will just travel back to the west

Negative experience: Not good experience I had an appointment at 10 am wasn't seen tell 11 also I had a root canal a few months prior I come to get my crown and they say they have to resend a prior autherization even though it was supposed to be done be done 2 to 3 after first appt .

Negative experience: Had an appointment set for today to get my wisdom teeth removed. Called off work and everything. No one ever tried to call me, but I did get text messages about still coming in. When I get there the lady say they need to reschedule me. When they don’t know what I had to go through to get off today. I will NOT be returning back to this dentist. Unprofessional and very disappointed I could have been at work just wasted my time and money I could have made today. Today Jan 12, 2026 The Broadway location is a horrible location to go to this is my second time trying to give them. The benefit of the doubt and they not only waste my time everytime.. I will. Never come back to them.. Th first time they waste my time wa scheduling me to get my windows teeth pulled confirmed my appt the same day and when I got there they said they couldn't do it that day becautse he dentist wasn't available.. And now I go today after a year he look at my teeth with a mirror and say reschedule to come back and get my teeth clean when that's was the whole reason for. The appointment. Wasted my time again there was no need to get my daughter out of school early just for him. To say come back and get you teeth clean when that's what we came for... do not go to any of these locations...

We truly appreciated how caring and thorough she was—our teeth felt incredibly clean afterward! The exam rooms have been spotlessly clean and neat every time I have had an appointment. The dentists I have interacted with have been honest and clear about my oral health concerns.

Negative experience: My experience at angel dentist was the worst I ever visited no handicapped entrance way or ramp the doctor didn't not do my dental cleaning that my insurance pay for the did nothing why did I come there confused .

Negative experience: Got there an hour early just because I have another appointment, when my time came up they call me 20 minutes after my appointment, don't understand why give a certain time if they always see you late, and for students to see you instead of dental assistance.

Negative experience: they literally billed my insurance for services that were never given to me. also whenever I go I wait in the waiting room for at least an hour sometimes more!... anyways iI scheduled a deep cleaning.. they did not have the metal accessory available from The enclave was not done being disinfected.. so they could not inject me with any type of numbing she proceeded to do a deep cleaning on the exposed roots of my teeth and digging under my gum line with a metal scraper with no analgesic.... I asked her to put some orajel or something on it !!!she didn't want to do that. finally I just told her to stop!!! of course my insurance was billed for the procedure that I never got... and they only pay for one occasionally every few years I have gingivitis and receding gums... totally screwed me with my insurance and caused me a great deal of pain... and she told me that she was proceeding without novocaine on the dentist's orders what are they thinking terrible way to train your employees... I called and left a message about it expecting a call in return and I was never contacted I don't think that it was fair that they build my insurance for something that they could not do....

One of his many awesome dental assistants, KIA, is absolutely the BEST! Always has a smile on her face, explains procedures thoroughly as she works, checks to make sure I'm ok during and after the procedure. Negative experience: Quick scheduling and nice staff. But the dentist messed up my shot for a filling. It was incredibly painful and didn't even numb me in the right place ! I walked out because I'm not letting them stab me again, let alone drill my mouth.

Positive experience: The service was good! But I had to ask for aftercare instructions and the Dr said I needed antibiotics but didn’t give a prescription for some! I wanted more information about solutions after an extraction far as partials or implants and was given none!

Negative experience: Place left cuts in my mouth and rushed me through a procedure which cause permanent damage. When I said I would get legal counsel they refused to work anymore. Please don't go here if you are serious about your teeth. It's a joke and they illegally bill your I surance for procedures they don't even do.

Positive experience: They put the pink numbing gel on my gums to numb them, but instead of waiting, and checking, to see if the area was numb (approximately 15 minutes) they stuck the needle in right away. I almost jumped out of my seat and my heart was racing I won’t be returning there.
