Fantastic experience: As a new patient I was very impressed with the entire staff. I had a root canal and wisdom tooth pulled same time.staff made me very comfortable and remained professional. UNTIl the next morning I woke up with a white blister on my lip!! I returned to the office a day later to ask for a professional opinion on if it is normal and how long will it take to heal and if I needed medical attention. THe front desk service was very rude and needless to say not helpful at all. I had made 4 appointments for my children to be seen since I thought that the service was great however I am so displeased with the way they treated me today I have chosen they were not suitable for my family I canceled the appointments. I left the office very upset and with no answer about the blister. Not only does the blister hurt it has EXTREMELY lowered my self-confidence. I am going to an emergency room to see if I can get help that way. Not all but some of the staffing sucks mainly the jerk that cut my lip and sent me home without warning but the front desk women as well! Hope it helps! Update: 1/3/2020 I returned and had the best service possible everyone was so caring and gentle. I’m sure there are new staff there since my last encounter. Lobna was amazing as well as the dentist that performed my dental procedure. Update: 5/11/2026 Love the entire team, Cassandra is amazing, ortho very detailed and does amazing work! Hygienist are great with all ages.

Negative experience: Been going here for years and never had a bad experience until today! Front desk yusema with lip fillers long back hair with bang very rude she should never deal with patients! Laughing in my face because I missed appointment and not trying to reschedule the appointment saying he don’t have anything available. Tried to reschedule the appointment for a month later. Using profanity in front of someone child is very inappropriate and I’ll make sure she is dealt with. I’m in disbelief after my experience I would like a manager call back

Negative experience: Skip this dental at all possible cost. Staffing is not on the same page. They don’t care about you ! I have called multiple times for the same issue , the claims are not being put through insurances. My crown still needs fixed. The receptionist are untrained and do not listen take notes or let the dentist know what the patient is asking .. I have gotten the same answer all 3 times , and it’s been wrong every time even after explaining the situation. Absolutely horrible, ONLY GO here if you have no other choices And staff will be talking about their personal life while cleaning your teeth, they change your insurance for 30 min but have you out in 10 minutes. SCAM !!!!

Fantastic experience: I seem to come here quite often especially when I didnt like going I enjoy the staff. They call me the music lady because I always ask them If they want to hear music and I always play soft jazz instead listening to drills. Also I seem to age people older than they are. Inside joke... Fantastic experience: I was told about Angel Dental by my son, he goes for tooth extractions as well as cleaning. One day as I talked to him about my broken teeth he said mom Angel Dental will pull your tooth even though it's broke off to the root. Sure enough, I went to the dentist and had four teeth filled and he pulled three teeth out that were broken off into my gums. He was so good he made sure my mouth was numbed. I didn't feel any pain. And my gums slightly bled for only an hour. My gums healed with no complications. He is an outstanding Miracle Dentist no wonder it's called "Angel Dentals" I highly recommend them. The entire team of Dentist are not only Professionals but they are considerate, and kind to their clients, they work hard to please you. I'm getting upper and lowers partials next. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. Try Angel Dentals those of you who need work done, you won't be sorry. Oh, the receptionist team are pretty special too, they work with your schedule very well. Thanks Angel Dental from a very satisfied customer!

Fantastic experience: Angel Dental Care provides literally the best service and most kind and caring dentists and hygienists! For such an affordable price! I haven’t been to the dentist in so long since moving here and they really made me feel so welcomed and were so kind.

Negative experience: Absolute trash, my insurance pays for cleaning and polishing and I asked for this to be done for two years and they blow me off and scrape three teeth and send me on my way. They want to bill the insurance company for a "deep root cleaning" which bills more than a simple cleaning and polishing. I've reported this place to United health care, Medicare and the better business bureau and the reviews here are all people that know the people that are in the dentistry office, it's very obvious.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming here for years with my Entire family. The dentists and their assistants are very professional and very friendly. Their ability to relate and to help in emergencies is phenomenal! The two main dentists are so professional and courteous. I give the dental staff five stars! Not every place is perfect but they try their best and put in quite an effort to try to help everyone!

Negative experience: I called a few minutes ago, and the operator was very rude. I asked if there was anyone who spoke Spanish, and she said there was, but she seemed annoyed and unwilling to talk to me. A receptionist is supposed to be friendly. I had to say goodbye because of her terrible attitude; I had to go to another dentist.

Fantastic experience: Angel has been my dentist since they opened a long time ago. The customer service is the best I have ever seen and my teeth needed very unusual treatment of which they handled perfectly. I might look like I am growling but that’s a great big Angel Dental smile.

Negative experience: The dental assistant was rude. She was aggressive, and all I was doing was getting my crown put back on and she was getting so frustrated about my adjustment. I just told her stop and now my bite hurts is off still.

He definitely worked with me on issues that I was having and I look forward to being a patient there for a long time. And Sylvia, who handles the office and billing was very helpful. Fantastic experience: They have several locations, not all Doctors are nice though. The one on Vista rd, is terrible, the doctors there are very rude. All other locations were nice.

Negative experience: This place is more like Devil Dental Care. The doctors they have are extremely negligent and are there to phone it in, you're nothing but a number to them, and the receptionists while kind are easily distracted. They all lack proper communication with thier clients. I've come here for a couple years and every time they insist on a deep cleaning and NEVER address the problem I had, nor even notified me of my problem, which was advanced gum disease, I had to ask about it myself due to some research. The main doctor literally came up, looked at my teeth and said "everything's good" when literally seconds before the other dentist was telling me I had advanced gum disease. Anywhere else it wouldn't be "advanced" by this point. I'm never coming back to this hell hole. Awful service. Thanks for ruining my gums while being condescending and taking my money.

Negative experience: My son had an appointment for 330p.we got there at 310. They still haven't taken us and it's 4:00. 30 mins past his appt really? Ridiculous! I went up to the counter and they said he was next at 340. It is now 4:00. Thanks for not being professional. They never once called my son up to the desk for anything. We left. It's Ridiculous!

Negative experience: Has to be the worst experience in my life went there because the two lower teeth that were loose they pulled all my bottom teeth made me a denture for the bottom which was easily three sizes too large and four colors off A partial for the top that they couldn't even get in and told me to work with it 2 years later I have such pain in my gums when they have lost confidence because of what they did to me or did not do. They also cheated the insurance company I had requested an itemized bill from the insurance companies and they charged for services they did not do

The clinic itself is clean, modern, and well-equipped, which immediately gave me confidence. Dr. Walid was incredibly thorough, explaining each step of the procedure and ensuring I was at ease throughout. The team was professional and attentive, and they took the time to answer all my questions. I left feeling well taken care of and confident in the treatment plan. This wasn’t my first time there and definitely won’t be my last. Highly recommend this clinic!

Negative experience: I regret coming to this place I believe they're the reason why I have gum disease I didn't have no issues before I went to them and two years was the first time that I went for a deep cleaning just because I wanted to make sure my gums and teeth were good and then all of a sudden I have the worst case of gum disease I also have an abscess didn't even realize I had a cracked tooth and they were still going to do work on my mouth when they wasn't supposed to because of this infection in my mouth. I most definitely will not be going back to them but if you are interested in a very good and affordable dentist office check out City dental Care on Lorain and their address is 17700 Lorain avenue they have the best service Hi-Tech equipment as well as the price being very affordable if you're paying out of pocket. When the doctor at that office saw that I have an infection she wouldn't even do the work and recommended a good medication to help kill the infection and also recommended that I get a tooth extracted I trust their judgment at the city Care dental so check them out.

Fantastic experience: I went in for my appointment, after 50 minutes of waiting I was pissed, but when I went in every one was very nice, specially Receptionist, nurse, Dr himself( really helped me all the way) and assistant. Keep up the great attitude.

Negative experience: I don’t even understand how this place has five star reviews they gave me a terrible first impression. Horrible customer service. Their phone was off and said it was past business hours but online said they were open. I go up there asking to schedule an emergency appt for asap for a root canal and or wisdom tooth pulled and they said they don’t do it or have an oral surgeon. Which sounds contradicting because all of these reviews are saying they got extractions, crowns, wisdom teeth pulled. But basically they rushed us out and didn’t want to help us because they were closing in 50 minutes. We didn’t want to get seen today we just wanted to go in and schedule because their phone was off. Instead they referred us to metro health but they were booked about a year out. My little brother literally has a whole abscess on his jaw and they just sent him away when this could be potentially life threatening. We had an appt at another dentist but his jaw started swelling over the last day or two so we just wanted to find us somewhere that can get him in sooner. Very insensitive staff. First and last time coming there.

Positive experience: I went for my first time to have 4 of my molars/premolars extracted before getting braces and did not have insurance at the time so I paid out of pocket they were kind enough to give me a discount great job and fair price

Negative experience: Calls you then when you try to call back they send you to voicemail or when there website said there open you get there voicemail that said you have reach us reach us past business hours when their website says they are open I been trying to get a hold of this place for two days no answer no clue why they called they didn't even leave a message on my voicemail if you have hours on your website and they are not right fix them so your customers know that you are close don't keep the hour that are not right on your website if you are not going to pick up the phone and let you phone say you have reach us pass business hours.
