Fantastic experience: Im embarrassed to say that im 56 years old and terrified of the dentist. I let them know about my anxiety and they treated me so kind and patient. Dr. Marina Goergy DDS is an exceptionally kind woman. First time at a dentist with NO tears. I had a complete cleaning and a cavity fixed in my back molar. Jessica and Allison (Dental Hygienists) are dolls and put me at ease. Front office, Angie and Jenna are profession, kind and sweet. Fantastic experience: Excellent dental office! I have feared dentists my whole life after a series of bad experiences I have never even been able to have my teeth cleaned without laughing gas or medication. This year was the first time I was relaxed enough with the amazing hygienist Allison to get my teeth cleaning with nothing! She was kind, friendly and very gentle and made me forget where I was and what she was doing. Nicki and Sam at the front desk were also unbelievably nice, caring and understanding! Dr. Georgy was so friendly, kind, gentle, confidant and compassionate making me feel so relaxed. They have created such a warm and safe environment and work together beautifully! Cannot thank them enough for everything! Highly recommend!!!

Fantastic experience: Alison did my cleaning and she was great! I was nervous about my cleaning since I haven’t had one in a long time but she made me feel really comfortable. My teeth are so shiny and I didn't know it was possible they can look the way they do now. Dr. Toledo did my exam; she was so kind and has such a calming aura about her. I had a great experience from beginning to end :)

Fantastic experience: The dentist took her time. Making sure I was comfortable with my bridges wich was causing my gums hurting. I wanted nitro to exspsive. My hygentis took her time to clean my teeth she was very gentle Excellent on both. Recommend

Negative experience: River Dentistry has serious issues with communication and front desk professionalism. I was confronted at check in in a dismissive, accusatory tone, even though my balance was paid weekly. The experience was embarrassing and dehumanizing, and the contradictory messages from the office only added to the stress. My hygienist, Jessica, was wonderful, butcher overall environment does not reflect patient-centered care.

As a Brazilian, I’ve always had access to top-quality dentistry in my home country, so I wasn’t expecting to find this level of excellence and cost-benefit here. I was pleasantly surprised. The team was completely transparent with pricing, punctual with appointments, and extremely thorough in their evaluations. I had previously visited another dentist in Cleveland who couldn’t identify the source of an ongoing pain and even advised me to see an endodontist. Mark, however, quickly determined that the issue was a mildly cracked tooth and fixed it with ease. From that moment on, I knew I was in the hands of someone with genuine expertise and experience. I highly recommend this clinic!

Fantastic experience: As someone who usually hates the dentist... this place makes me feel confident in coming back. They talk you through it, it doesn't feel like they're finding this just to make more money off of you- they are the heroes us dentiphobics need. Fantastic experience: My entire family (including my 5 year old daughter) go to Dr. Eick's office. They're an amazing staff that don't rip you off and make you do all the extra's that don't need to be done. I've had negative experiences with other dentists that continuously found something to work on with my teeth when in reality there was no need for it. Dr. Eick and his staff are honest and down to earth and know exactly what they're doing. I highly recommend them! Even my 5 year daughter looks forward to her appointments, which is amazing! They know how to make kids feel special as well.

I had been having an issue with an old wisdom tooth, River Family was able to get me in the day that I called, provided me with a referral, and then got me back same day for a cleaning. Fantastic experience: When I was choosing an individual dental insurance plan, the staff at River Family Dentistry responded quickly to my questions. Have been a patient there for several years so check in was easy day of appointment. The dental hygienist did a great job. I am lucky to have no dental problems, so Dr. Mark Goergy was friendly and his exam did not take long. I'm very happy with River Family Dentistry.

Fantastic experience: I went into River Family Dentistry for my first appt. today. I wouldn’t change a thing about my time there. From start to finish everyone was welcoming, nice, and made me feel comfortable. The doctor was very kind and made sure I knew exactly what was going on and what the plan of action would be. After that, the dental hygienist was amazing. She cleaned my teeth without pain and made great conversation while she worked. Like I said, I got a way better experience than I was anticipated, and I’m happy I found this dentist office. I will happily continue to go there!

The transition to new ownership has been seamless, and I continue to drive from Parma because of the exceptional care they provide. Her story choice and being interactive really held the kids attention and they understand the important information and was able to relay it back to us.
