Fantastic experience: I love the dental care I receive at Williams Family Dental. The best part is that it is family run. The one time I went to one of those large corporate dental companies, I was told that I needed four crowns! Dr. Kelly, after two exams, found no evidence of that. Katie, at the desk is wonderful, goin above and beyond to meet your scheduling needs and Natalie is a great hygienist, who is gentle but thorough in her cleanings. I highly recommend this Dental practice.

Fantastic experience: Dr Kate Kelly, her Dental Assistant Kelly and Receptionist Katie are hands down the best around!!! My daughter's had braces from Dr. Kelly for handful of years. My girls have never complained that they leave feeling uncomfortable or in pain! She is quick to address broken brackets! This ladies became like family! Dr Kelly also sees me for dental work is always gentle and quick. Accommodates schedules and get you in! I can't say enough great things about this practice!!!

Fantastic experience: 6/8/26: I had my 6 month checkup last week. Everything went well. The hygienist did a thorough cleaning and was gentle. I love this practice because they can get you squeezed in as they did for my husband who also is a patient with them. ******** I just had my first appointment with Williams Family Dental today! I’m happy to say my appointment went well. I had a bad experience with a Dentist several years ago so I was very apprehensive. I had my teeth cleaned by Natalie who was gentle and efficient at the same time while removing the tartar off my teeth. I liked Dr. Kate Kelly very much. She is very knowledgeable and caring and is easy to talk to with any concerns. Everyone in the office is helpful and friendly.

Negative experience: My recent experience at this practice was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. During my appointment, a staff member performed work on my teeth that resulted in visible marks, which I was informed may not be reversible. When I raised my concerns, the supervising dentist appeared uncertain about the situation and did not provide the confidence or clarity one would expect from a qualified professional. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this practice and would advise others to exercise caution when considering their services.

Fantastic experience: I had a temporary crown put over a tooth that was "broken". It was a delicate procedure, and uncomfortable at some of the time . The Dr and Assistant minimized the discomfort WITHOUT MEDS and I was out of there within an hour and half. The new cap will be ready in several weeks. In the meantime the temporary cap fits in with the existing teeth like it was there all the time.

Positive experience: The hygienist was very nice and skilled with the cavitron. I didn't have to wait long to be seen. Very pleased overall.

Negative experience: asked me to pay balance under pretense of getting rescheduled after being a patient for 15 years sent me to collections after they did not have my correct insurance info. After I paid it they said they wouldnt reschedule. It is there job to check insurance before visits.

Fantastic experience: The Williams Family Dental Practice are wonderful professionals who are knowledgeable and have great concern and care for their patients. I live in Medina, Ohio but they are worth the trip to Westlake because I value their opinions and work ethics. My son has Down's Syndrome and can be a challenging patient, they truly have lots of patience with his appointments and make him feel very comfortable. We have been patients for at least 15 years.
