Fantastic experience: I have been going to this location for 12+ years. This visit was because I thought I cracked my front tooth. Understandably I was freaked out and wanted to get seen ASAP. My entire visit from checking in to X-rays to being seen by the dentist and checking out was 45mins. Kendra was so nice and very friendly during my X-rays, she is always happy to help. They were short handed today, but everyone jumped in to make sure patients were taken care of seen. I recommend people all the time to go to them.

Negative experience: I’ve returned home from living overseas for a couple years, so it’s important to establish new physicians, dentists, and any other medical providers that one would need. I was due for a routine dental exam. And because my insurance is PPO based, I began my search for what I thought was going to be a long standing relationship with a good dental office. I am an advocate for checking reviews, whether it is medical related, restaurants, retail stores, or even the local coffee shop. I found Hudec Dental available in my network, and was pleasantly surprised at how many locations they offered, and most had great reviews. And because I’m still not thrilled about dental appointments, or needles I figured the Hudec Dental located in Ohio City, at the Lutheran Hospital would have been a great fit. I was sadly mistaken. After my first visit, I should have researched a different dentist. They moved slow, but I thought that was something I could overlook. Once I got called back to do X-rays, I was disappointed that they still operate with such an antiquated system. Open your mouth, close, jab the equipment in your mouth, cut up your gums and send you on your way. When I made it to my designated room, I noticed boxes piled up, dirty walls, and Dr. Gholekar enters the room, removing his AirPods. After seeing dirty walls in this dental office, I should have I known that the dental treatment I received would be subpar at best. They pressure you to give a falsified 5 star review after your first visit. But the type of person I am, I need to experience an establishment positively on more than one occasion, opposed to throwing 5 star reviews to a dental practice that truly needs the State Dental Board called on them. For my second visit, against my better judgment, I had 2 cavities that needed to be filled. Dr. Gholekar came into my dental room, numbed me. Obviously waited some time prior to starting the drilling. Once he started drilling, he called for a dental assistant to help with the water and suctioning. To my dismay, the qualified technician yelled, I’m in X-rays. So a front desk representative that is obviously not certified or qualified to assist in this field is assisting Dr. Gholekar. And he only drilled my teeth, and had another technician come in and do my fillings Since my appointment on March 4th 2026, I have had one of my fillings fall out, the other I can feel with my tongue. Complete and total negligence and far exceeds malpractice. Yesterday, March, 18th 2026, I called because initially I wanted them to fix the issue they created. But after short reconsideration, I refuse to give Dr. Gholekar and his team another opportunity to administer a second botched dental procedure on me. Once I was done, the technician that did my fillings apologized for them rushing. Dr. Gholekar came into the room to approve her work, which he did. Unfortunately they seem to prioritize staff banter and conversations over assisting patients properly. Thanks to Dr. Gholekar and his poor dentistry practices, I have to get more shots in my mouth, when my mouth was just starting to feel better. I definitely plan to escalate my concerns. Because this is totally unacceptable and he would NOT WANT the same done to him.

Negative experience: I have had over 50% of my scheduled appointments cancelled due to the hygienist not being in office. I've called to reschedule and have had those appointments cancelled as well for the same reason. There have been times I've been cancelled on 3 times in a row before getting in for a routine teeth cleaning. Edit to say this is still happening (1 year after the original review), just happened for my next appointment

Fantastic experience: First time At Hudac in Ohio city and was a very nice experience. Julia my hygienist was very nice in explaining what she’s doing and what’s she’s looking for ( give her a raise tbh) will be back :)

Fantastic experience: The last time I went to this place was in 2016. The whole staff is different now. I had a bad experience in 2016 with the receptionist back then where my account was sent to a collection agency just because she felt the need of doing so, for only $80 dollars! Today was a whole different experience with the whole staff. Very friendly, less than 10 minutes waiting time. I hope they keep up the good work! Thank you!

Negative experience: (This is the other location, Broadview is the main location) I went to this dental over 15 yrs ago. This was when they would advertise on TV about the different medicaid insurance they accepted. This was their target back then. At the time I carried one of the medicaid plans they accepted. I called to schedule a cleaning, which was my first time ever seeing a dentist. I remember my teeth before I ever visited there. I was into my teeth, I took care of them and was please how they forming and settling into place in my mouth and were beautiful. At my visit X-rays were taken, soon after I was told I had 9 cavities and would need fillings. That was it, no one explained a thing to me and I did not know what fillings where at the time. I went back and had the fillings done and I was shocked and confused because there was silver in my mouth and I did not understand why. My teeth where no longer what I knew and at the time my mind did not catch up to what was taking place. I was in my early twenties at the time. My wisdom teeth where growing in and an appointment was scheduled to extract them as well. When my six month appointment came around again I was told now I had more cavities that needed to be filled. I felt this was strange because how is it that now six months after the first set of fillings I now have 10 or more so that need to be filled. My first set was at the bottom, now they wanted my top. I went along with it because honestly I didn't know any better. My first set one dentist filled the bottom "cavities" my second set I remember there were about 3 or 4 dentist numbing my mouth working on each side to drill and fill my teeth. I could remember feeling overwhelmed and uncomfortable. They were like vultures around me salvaging what they could. They all seemed to be merry. When I did ask about my dental care after all the fillings no one would give me an answer. They were mute and I felt like I had zero involvement in my own procedure...before, during, nor after. I went to Hudec at another location several years later and received the seem unethical service due to needing a filling replaced that was loose. Till this day I know I didn't need any fillings at all. Through the years I felt there was nothing I could do so I felt I had to live with it. Well, that was until I began to think about what really happened and process it. I want to share my story so that someone sees it and hopes that it may help. I didn't know at the time that I was going into a situation where the dentist at Hudec Dental didn’t focus on preventive care but more so invasive procedures. I didn't know that medicaid would be used as a weapon for the advancement of dentistry at the cost of one's health and anothers gains. I now know that all dentistry isn't equal and your dentist should be able to partner with you when it comes to your care and be honest and truthful instead of omitting the truth. If something doesn't feel right trust it isn't. This is my experience and this might be the only way I can do something about what happened to me. By helping someone else.

Negative experience: If I could give this place 0 stars I would I just posted 2 months ago about this establishment and the sad part is I had to continue my care there only because I was was fitted for partials and dentures. They still have not gotten it right…they had me come in for my try ins and they can’t even that right I’m on round 3 for try ins and then they canceled me because lab didn’t have them readily available I called in to get rescheduled ASAP because I haven’t had regular food since the end of September…I’m so over this establishment the people and everything about them.. VERY FRUSTRATED, ANGRY, AND HUNGRY PERSON!!!!!

Negative experience: A current Dentist, Dr.G, informed me that a previous dentist, Dr. Payne did not do a good job, so he wanted to do the procedure over to correct the deficiencies. However, once Dr. G found out it was under warranty and he could not bill my insurance he stated he would just watch my tooth. This is totally unacceptable. The procedure needs to be redone!

Positive experience: Going to the dentist is terrible. In my opinion. Hudec also has a very high turn over rate with dentists. I’ve been coming here a while and lost count of the dentists I’ve had. That being said, generally they do a good job. Tia I think is a dental assistant and I like her a lot. She knows what she’s doing and is very kind and professional. I feel very comfortable when she is assisting regardless of who the dentist is. The new dentist is thorough and professional and always asks if I’m okay which I appreciate.
Negative experience: When I declined x-rays, the office refused to see me. Without new x-rays in every visit, they will not even do a cleaning. Seems like a scam to boost billings by requiring x-rays prior to any cleaning. Also the office was tired, and badly in need of a renovation. A very poor experience. Suggest staying away.
Positive experience: While I had to wait longer than expected, once inside, things ran smoothly. I especially found the hygienist to be thorough and quite capable. The assistant and doctor were good too. I knocked one star off because of the longer than expected wait, not due to staff, who may have had either an emergency or a late arrival prior to my appointment.
Positive experience: No previous mention of a new doctor. Hygienist seemed to have problems with equipment,and was trying to learn on the computer when finished with my cleaning instead of informing doctor that I was done. Doctor took too long to come check on me.
Fantastic experience: I enjoy coming to Hudec dental. The staff is very nice and professional. Even if there are long waits, it’s overall a great experience.
Positive experience: yes, you guys did leave a smile, but i after they pull my tooth out it wasn't no structure on what I need to do after that no medication or nothing. hopefully, next time it will be different

Negative experience: Seems like the staff has no care for the people they are supposed to be helping. We sat for almost 4 hours and still never seen the dentist. We were in waiting area for almost 2 hrs and I went to front desk to ask what was going on. Then they decided to put us in a room where we sat for another couple hrs. We walked out and left. The place is filthy. Spiders with webs. They left prior patients information in the room we were in. Totally unprofessional.

Negative experience: Horribly terrible experience!!! Young black female Doctor Payne.!!! Traumatized my mouth SOOO bad , sent me home to be in excruciating pain, bleeding and massive swelling, with no medication or instructions to care for my mouth after a failed extraction attempt!!! BEWARE!!!
Fantastic experience: I was very very pleased with the service I received yesterday,the Hygienist was amazing and made me very comfortable after I told her I had some fear going on,she was amazing would definitely recommend her to everyone, thanks so very very much ☺️☺️☺️.
Negative experience: They messed me around took 9 months to get my top partials was to come back next year to have my bottom teeth paid by insurance but they went ahead and made them anyway trying to charge me 933$ on top of that made me come in twice only to get turned around because of office issues didnt call me at home waited until I got there to tell me had yo reschedule then had me pay for teeth cleaning which was covered under insurance never gave me a dental plan of attack just pulled 10 of teeth told me it would take a month for partials don't worry about the cost we will a commentate according to the insurance which was a lie just a big mess all together . Although the dentist did a great job on the replacement top partials excellent look.The office workings need serious review of operation

Negative experience: I was there on Jan 8th I was supposed to get 11 tooth pulled got 5 pulled from the left side. My insurance paid over $4,448 still they never gotten back to me we are In June. I just file a fraud claim with my insurance. Trust and believe there is no fixing this at all. Just return the money ya took from my insurance the services I was supposed to get never got them. This Is unprofessional and unacceptable. Please don’t reach out to me I don’t want to hear no excuses or bullshit we are nearly in July still got nothing but the 5 Tooth pulled
Negative experience: I thought I could get a simple teeth cleaning at a good price, boy was I wrong. First thing is the Xray. That woman should not be working in this field. I placed my head on the required spot and she took the picture, no problem. Then she sat me in a chair for the next pictures. She didn’t explain to me the correct way in which to bite down on the inserted object. She said what is wrong and I said it felt like you are jamming that object in my throat. I had to fumble my way through this process for the next 14 or so pictures. How unprofessional this person is. Sham on Hudec for letting this go on. On to the pricing. I was quoted 1,704 for a deep cleaning. Are you kidding me? This is outrageous for a cleaning. Someone on a fixed income like myself cannot afford this. Again shame on Hudec Dental!

Fantastic experience: I had two visits recently at the Ohio City location. Cleaning and x-rays were very thorough and everyone was so nice. During my fillings the dentist, Dr. Awad, was very kind and did a great job making the procedure as quick and painless as possible. She was very attentive to pain management during the procedure. I'm glad to have found a dentist I feel comfortable with.

Negative experience: I've been to this office twice in the last year - both times my appointment was cancelled day of via text and it was on me to reach out and reschedule. My first visit was okay, but it was short as they insisted I needed to come back for a deep clean so they never really touched my teeth. My second visit started with them giving me someone else's medical plan when I checked in. When I pointed out to them that it wasn't me they argued with me saying "Well this one says Howard" as if there couldn't be more than one person with that last name at their office. Then, during my deep clean, the hygienist stopped mid clean to grab a lollipop and preceded to chew on it while returning to my teeth. It was lunch time so I have no problem with someone saying they need a quick break and coming back 5 minutes later after getting some food in their system - but to pop the candy off the stick right in front of me and chomp on it while they're working on my teeth was frankly disgusting. On top of all of this, both times I went there the doctors and hygienist seemed confused about my treatment plan and even more confused about how to work their computer system. This entire office is a mess and as someone with a lot of anxiety around the dentist, the entire situation has scared me off from even trying a new dentist.

Negative experience: No I went there because I was having pain my appointment was at 1:30 pm had to update my information which took time to do didn't get seen until after 2:00 pm didn't get help with the pain had to schedule a appointment but I have to wait a week to get rid of the pain and didn't get pain medication to help until my appointment

Positive experience: Overly priced for services and I can't even get a tooth filled having 3000.00 in coverage on my insurance. For some reason I have to pay 140.00 out of pocket which I have never had to do in the past at other dental offices.

Negative experience: I had my tooth pulled in November. I'm still going through dental pain and it's March. I would NEVER recommend hudec to anyone. I've had tooth extractions in the past and this one was the worst. Months later and I'm still in pain. Never again! And to reply to the message that I'm not a patient at that location I was just there. So I definitely know what I'm talking about. I've been to 3 of your locations and they all suck. I would not recommend

Negative experience: I’ve been going to the location in Ohio city since December 2024. I had my general exam and X-rays back then. During that general exam I was told to get a deep cleaning because I haven’t been to the dentist in years. I was never directly told I had a mild case of periodontal disease during this general exam. I also wasn’t shown my X-rays during this general exam. 4 visits later I had to pick and pry by asking questions to figure out that I did have periodontal disease. The dentist never directly told me this, which I feel is a huge lack of customer service and best practices to keep your patient thoroughly informed. I shouldn’t have to ask questions that should be answered routinely by the dentist. I wasn’t shown my X-rays and explained what was showing on them until my 5th visit. I had to ask to see them. Showing your customers X-rays should be apart of general routine customer service. But this location has bad dental practices and customer services. My 4 visit I went back for another X-ray because a tooth chipped off and I wanted to know if I needed a root canal. The dentist and the X-ray tech told me I need to pay for general exam in order for them to tell me if I need a root canal. But wouldn’t the X-ray alone show you if I need one? Wouldn’t you be able to explain to me what’s going on with an X-ray?I have to pay for you to explain an X-ray to me? I feel they were trying to get more money out of me and not be honest and showing good character. When I went back for my deep cleaning, the dentist who did my cleaning didn’t even introduce herself. She just sat me down and got right to work. She forgot to take the bib off me when she was done. I don’t even know her name. I had an appointment for 3 fillings. The experience was probably the most painful dental experience I have ever had. When the dentist was done, she just walked out. Didn’t show me the work she did with a mirror nor she did say goodbye aka provide good customer service. The secretary came in and I had to ask him to see a mirror so I could see the fillings the dentist did. I also had to ask him if I could see my X-rays. I shouldn’t have to ask the secretary for these things because that’s not his job nor does he get paid enough to provide that information. I noticed the lack of customer service early on. But I was building a case and waiting to see if it improved. It did not. My primary dentist there was Alexis Payne. I will be looking for another dentist.

Negative experience: Awful. Been going there for years. Have new insurance and they are telling me it is inactive. I gave them my card several times, called my insurance, even showed them my online insurance profile.to.show it is active and they are just so incompetent. Not to mention the ever changing staff- good luck getting the same person twice. Top it off, I was drenched with water during my last cleaning. Five times called or physically went there about this insurance. Going to find a new place. Edited addition. Just found a new dentist. Took them a 2 minutes phone call to confirm my insurance. Hudec- that's the difference between competence and just stupidty

Positive experience: My appointment was scheduled for 3:50pm, but I waited in the lobby until 4:25 and once taken back, I waited until 450pm until the hygienist came in. The cleaning itself was good, but it just took a long time for service.

Negative experience: The most unprofessional dental experience we have ever had. They only cleaned half of our mouths. This is not a standard anywhere. We are disabled and going to the dentist is disregulating enough as it is. When we called insurance about it they said it was not protocol and that this is some sort of scam they are running taking advantage of their patients. Our initial appointments were canceled in December literally hours before we were due to arrive. No explanation was given. We rescheduled for January arrived for our appointments, where I was seated almost 30 minutes after my scheduled time. When asked why, every one seems inconvenienced in an empty office and more concerned about their personal conversations than giving customer service. The costs that we were told had completely changed by our next appointment and no one could tell me, why, they downright refused. The dental tech was playing music loudly and singing and humming and she did not change her gloves. And her chipped nasty nails could be seen. Very Unsanitary. we were given an anti antibacterial mouthwash, which should’ve been given to each of us individually, and it was given to us to share. I will never use the Hudec dental again, and I will tell everyone that I know about this experience. I will also be filing a direct complaint.

Negative experience: My appointment was at 10:00 I got there 30 mins early I checked in did the questionnaire they called me in the back at 10:00 the lady took the xray of my mouth and took me to the examination room where I seat for and hour before the doctor came to see me then all she said was they have to wait for Approval from my insurance, they could’ve told me that over the phone

Negative experience: Extremely unprofessional. I paid my balance and received an invoice for the same balance a month later. I called, and they said they never received a payment. In fact, I owe them MORE money! There has been minimal communication on their end. Apparently, despite paying my bill, whoever was behind the desk didn't post the pay to their system? A month and a half later, and they still do not have my previous payment. I called today after discovering my partner was in the same situation, and they hung up on me. Not to mention how the staff acted when I was there. The x-ray technician was clearly annoyed by my and my girlfriend's presence. The dental hygienist bragged about openly mocking other patients to their faces. They gave me medicine without explaining to me what the medicine was or what it would do. The dentist then rubbed my whole face and my shoulders. She also gave me lots of contradictory information on a separate medicine they were prescribing me (how long to take it, how often to take it, etc.). This dentist was not even on the website, and I am unsure if they are even really a dentist because I never got her name! I am astonished at how this has gone without resolution. Do not come here.

Negative experience: They tried to take advantage of my insurance and get pay for job twice that I only went once for. On top of that this lady convinced me to get a filling for a tooth that I didn’t even come in for and wasn’t knowledgeable of what was in the FILLING! The tooth I came in for was in dire need of getting pulled and ended up getting it pulled in another facility as an emergency situation. Also these people here are very rude and will give you the run around if they don’t want to deal with you. I don’t recommend fooling around with these people… (Update as of Dec, 24th 2024) So they’ve just responded by saying “However Our Records show that we have not seen you as a Patient” etc, which I find so PASSIVELY AGGRESSIVE and CONDESCENDING to base on your public response. This diabolical to say the least. My privacy is valued and protected and won’t spare my rights to conceal my identity. To add, many who respond on reviews have alias's and don’t always have their full names on display. So Nice try, to pass off my review as if it’s invalid makes you all out to look even more insensitive and careless.

Negative experience: I wanted to leave my honest review and voice my concerns… so my son and I became a patient here initially to get our routine checked up and cleaning. . However Dr Bryan pulled all my wisdom teeth and after that he wouldn’t have time to take me and my son as an ongoing patient. I’ve called for a year straight they say we not scheduling appointments but they accept new patients only like what are we now chopped liver . The health care system became more expensive and concerned about making a dollar but not to satisfy the people who are paying the dollars.

Positive experience: They seem to do an okay job here… but it’s def not 5 star! Every time I have been here I have to wait 30-45 minutes past my appointment before they take me back. The equipment here looks ancient. The electric chairs are in poor condition and the plugs are all taped up. The ceiling tiles of the drop ceiling are dingy, saggy, with some missing, and others not correct sizes. They are friendly and seem to do a decent job though. ***UPDATE, Rating up to 4 Star, some equipment has been updated, wait times down significantly. Good job improving (at least in my experiences) guys!
Negative experience: Was once a reliable office to visit for dental cleanings once or twice a year, but now I’ve noticed they aggressively push patients for expensive and otherwise unnecessary treatment plans such as custom fitted mouthguards or deep cleans without any proper communication/education to the patient as to the rationale. Negative experience: Had an appointment at 9:30am and was not seen until 10:45am, no one ever checked on me to give me an update on why they were so behind! Staff was very pleasant and did apologize however I spent all that time there only to get X-rays. Not a good impression for my first visit.

Negative experience: I’m 32 years old I’ve been coming to Judas Lutheran my whole life and until yesterday never had a issue I don’t know what dentist I had because I didn’t get to see one she came in said I can’t help you wil I have a abscess in my mouth worst experience ever came in pain left in pain actually thinking of filing a complaint about the dentist…. I might even call a lawyer something could have been don’t but she refused to help

Negative experience: I would recommend noticing the one star reviews here because I have experienced abysmal customer service here that is truly unprofessional. Anyone who has seen other dentists will notice how this office lacks integrity and communication. I’ve given this place multiple chances and they consistently fail in every regard - I was initially told my appointment would be for cleaning by the scheduling agent but when I get to my appointment I’m told it’s only for an X ray and exam. The assistant brings me back to do X rays which I assume are the standard of care - once again no one has checked my mouth or communicated any out of pocket costs or differences in standard care. The dentist sees me for the exam briefly and states my pockets are deeper and only mentions flossing and brushing. I’m told a need a deeper cleaning service that may not be covered by insurance and the front desk states regular three month follow ups but the next appointment is either tomorrow or a month out. I’m never explained the depth of my pockets or what exactly entails this deeper cleaning. Nor am I explained if this is gingival inflammation or periodontitis. No one clearly explains the X rays or exams as I’m used to. The dentist rushes through and doesn’t take any time to explain. I return again and the manager was helpful and had another dentist who stated she wished I spoke up with the original dentist. Somehow me not being vocal is why the other dentist didn’t clarify when it’s her job as a clinician to communicate with every patient. The manager at least clarifies the out of pocket cost for this cleaning they would like which no one else mentioned prior. I asked for the X rays via email twice but required two separate in person visits to receive the files. This once again shows the poor communication. Then a month out, I received a claim stating I owe over 50 dollars in out of pocket for X rays ( no cleaning is done yet). Never have I paid for X rays and this was never explained prior. I am unable to reach the manager or area manager on my one day off despite being told they would call me today. Instead a scheduling agent tells my insurance that this X ray was done given the size of my pockets - which no one saw my gums or the size of my pockets before the X rays completely proving the invalidity of this claim. I am concerned with the lack of integrity and shared decision making this place practices. There was no prior communication of the cost. Why was there the need of so many X rays and why was this not communicated? I am told I will receive calls later today but still haven’t and maybe I will eventually but this lack of communication and poor management has turned me off of Hudec dental completely.
Fantastic experience: This place is fantastic! Everyone from the front desk staff, to the dental assistants and Dr. Payne, were all so empathetic, kind and professional. They were also very accommodating when I had to see them for an emergency. The office is clean, well staffed and I appreciate them taking such good care of my family and I. They are located inside Lutheran Hospital so parking can sometimes be a little difficult unless you pay for valet.

Negative experience: Waited in lobby for 40 minutes. I was finally brought back 35 minutes after my appointment time. After 30 minutes of waiting in a room, no one had even checked in with me. I ended up just leaving. I took time off work to come this appointment. I’ve never had something like that happen to me at a dentist. Very disappointing, I’ll be finding a different dentist.
Fantastic experience: I gave my insurance info when I made the appointment. I called prior to my appointment and was told they were verifying my info. Once I got there they took the information again and said they have to verify my insurance. Once insurance got figured out everything was fine. Dr. Payne was great along with her assistant, I’m sorry I don’t remember the assistants name and she was great too.
Fantastic experience: The girls were awesome, I encountered quite a few. They did everything to give me the best customer service and the dentist Dr. Payne was GREAT. She was so patient and I felt so safe.

Negative experience: My name is M. S and i had an incident happened at your office with some bitelinks they used for xrays. That product cause an abrasive reaction on the corners of my mouth qnd the inside. I went to sea the doctor at your office and she had no empathy, did not let me talk and told be right away it was dry lips. She did not have any concerns and treated me like i was ignorant. If a patient is going to the office to file an incident complaint let them talk and take the complaint seriously. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed.

Negative experience: Took them three months to finally clean my teeth, would not recommend hygienist kept trying to give procedure that wasn't needed I know she had no idea what she doing my back teeth still feel like I have plague on them I'm so unhappy with procedure. The receptionist Jazmine when I called about rescheduling appointment she was VERY LOUD RUDE I could not get to even tell her what I calling for without her speaking over me.

Fantastic experience: Everybody here was very friendly, and they made me feel at ease. Dr Payne does an amazing job. I had several teeth, in the back that were broken down to the gum and needed to be pulled out. She got all of them out, without any problems, and, I had no pain at all, afterwards. She gets the job done, quickly, and painlessly.

Negative experience: Do not go here. I arrived to my appointment, waited for 20 minutes and then was told I would need to reschedule due to their primary location’s power being out? If this is an issue they run into they should have a back up plan/system/paper charting to rely on. When I asked what time they closed, implying I would wait around in hopes the system comes back up, I was told not to wait. I left work early for this appointment. I don’t have time to show up to appointments (nor does anyone) just to be told after waiting for 20 minutes that I would need to reschedule. I will not be rescheduling.

Fantastic experience: This was my first appointment with Dr. Payne.. I was very impressed with Dr Paynes mannerisms and patience. Explained procedure clearly. Negative experience: Upset with Hudec. I was scheduled to get fillings and when I arrived the doctor gave me the wrong procedure. During the procedure code red/black alarms were going off and I was never told to leave the building. I ended up getting massive sealants placed in my mouth (not the procedure I was scheduled for). The sealants had to be shaved down weeks later because of their incorrect application and massive headaches they were creating. The new doctor/nurse told me they were incorrectly inserted. I then was slapped with $500+ bill for this procedure I was never supposed to receive.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Payne was one of the best dentists I have had yet. She is down to earth and thorough. I left with a great feeling about my dental plan. I felt treated unfairly by one receptionist but nothing is perfect. I can ignore that. What matters most is who is working in my mouth. Hopefully, they can replace that receptionist.
