Fantastic experience: They have been my dentist for a few years and I’m always treated with kindness and perfect care! If there’s a Dental situation, they always fit you in next appointment or place you on the cancellation list. In my opinion, I think they are the best.

Negative experience: If I could give zero stars I would.The service was terrible and I will not be back. The hygienist damaged my gums while cleaning. I had bruising all in the front of my mouth. When I asked the dentist if I should take the bloody bib off now, he just directed me to sit. I did. His demeanor definitely told me that he did not want to be asked questions. My only regret is that I didn’t leave then. As he performed his so-called exam, he put his whole arm across my face. I got up immediately to confront him and he walked away mumbling for me to schedule my next appointment at the front desk. I’m not sure if they were overworked or overwhelmed that day, but I am sure I should’ve been treated better.

Negative experience: Very unprofessional, Does not explain process and seems very annoyed when you ask questions . He did the first part of my root canal . Dentist was extremely rough with during the whole process never asked how I was feeling . Basically barbaric disposition. Needless to say I'm in extreme pain I feel like he my have damaged a nerve in another spot, not sure .I have been on 1000 MG of ibuprofen and antibiotics since the procedure and it still hurts horribly.. if you need major work done go elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: The staff at Anchor are awesome and welcoming. Maureen is a kid whisperer and handles all 3 of my littles who are autistic with ease, care and love. We look forward to our family appointments, and my children have no fear or apprehension about the dentist. Dr. Hudec softens around the children and is gentle with them. Highly recommend this practice!

That is so important in this day and age. They do great work, but anybody can do great work it is how you are treated that matters. To the entire office keep up the great work!

Fantastic experience: I travel from Fairview to go to anchor dental. I have been going there since they opened. I have always had great friendly service.

Positive experience: I have been going to Anchor dental for about 2 years. I have wanted to leave reviews in the past but rather than leave a poor review, I like to give businesses the benefit of the doubt and several opportunities to improve. Over the course of my time with the office, the only 2 pleasant people have been the hygienist and the receptionist. Every dental assistant has been stand offish and borderline unpleasant. Today I went for my 3rd root canal and after the completion of my Appointment, I returned to my car to find the white residue from my fill all over the side of my mouth and face. Not one person tried to clean it off let alone tell me. I have been silent and kind each visit but have never felt that in return. For each of those people who tended to me to allow me to walk out of that office in that way is both cruel and unprofessional. I will not be returning for any future visits.

Fantastic experience: I called on Tuesday, was seen the next day. 5 minute wait. Dr. Hudec Sr told me a little over a year ago I would need a molar pulled. Everything had already been done to save it 40 years ago. I was a little scared, I admit. I was back in my car, tooth removed 15 minutes later. This was yesterday. Very little pain/discomfort. Sandy, Priscilla and Maureen were very caring. Dr Hudec…my hero!

Fantastic experience: Just when I thought that nothing could be done to improve the exceptional service provided here by the entire staff; I walked into the office and saw a precious Yorkie. He was so mild-mannered and gentle. I love that dog, and I requested for him to be on site during my next appointment ( because I'm somewhat nervous about the procedure)....I love this office!!! Kudos to the entire staff and !!!

Negative experience: I do NOT recommend anyone go here. Sandy O’Malley-Kotris the office manager was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I waited over an hour for my appointment and she told me I needed to reschedule because "it wasn't her job to verify my insurance information." They have a lot of cancellations and they don't verify information, she was rude and when I asked to speak to the dentist or corporate office she rolled her eyes and told me to leave and that "this is not going to be a good fit for us"

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this dental office for years. I absolutely love the staff, I love the cleanliness of the office and the way I feel upon arrival and departure.

Negative experience: This location is very unprofessional. I went in for a crown to be placed, after several appointments regarding this procedure. The day of the procedure I show up and as the dentist is about to start he says okay let's get this route canal done. (me) what did you just say, you have the wrong file, (he) says nope this is your file. The manager is sitting up front eating and do not have a clue to what she is doing or what is going on in yhr office. You have been warned proceed with caution. Manager is lose and Denist is older and not paying attention to what he is doing, that was my last visit for sure. They took over for Denist Jaffe. Poor service.

Fantastic experience: I love the staff. Where I once feared the dentist, I no longer fear it. Everyone who works there is kind and personable and makes you feel happy. I highly recommend them.

Positive experience: 4 months ago I got a root canal then a filling in the same tooth 3 months later and now it needs pulled, . Also had a Root canal done on my front tooth 3rd one to the right and it's so freaking big it's killing my very front tooth next to it , I have seen the doctor 4xs and mentioned the issue but he keeps putting it off, now he must be a good dentist for he has been in business many many years, but for I, it's not been such a good experience.

Fantastic experience: After seven months of trying to find a dentist that takes my Medicare plan and the fear that I was getting an abscess tooth. Anchor Dental was able to squeeze me in and they were not only very nice but very honest. I went back a week Later for a cleaning and had just as great an experience. I am so happy that I was able to finally find a kind and honest dentist. I will definitely be going back and will be suggesting to my family and friends that they should check out Anchor dental.

Fantastic experience: They are the best dentist I have ever been to. There was no wait at all as soon as you get there they take you right back. The girl who did my teeth cleaning was very nice and kind. I feel she did a great job. My teeth feel so much better! They also got me in very quick I was so surprised! I got an exam, cleaning and a root canal up coming. The actual Dentist (I forgot his name sorry). He is absolutely wonderful always kind always gets my teeth fixed and some ( I don’t have bad teeth). He does a great job I would definitely recommend. The only complaint I have is his assistants are not very friendly and come off as stuck up rude. They give me a bad vide. But I would still recommend them.

Negative experience: I tried to explain why i was calling an what i was needing done instead of listening to what i needed the lady kept brushing me off telling what i needed an how far out there appt were i hung up on her she wdnt let me speak insisiting i needed an oral surgeon i dont even write reviews but shes the 1st one too really piss me off all i am trying to is find a damn dentist to help me with my jaw an take my insurance all i wanted was a night guard made

Fantastic experience: They have great customer service and the dentist is nice. They make you feel comfortable about getting your teeth cleaned. The dental hygienist was very knowledgeable as well with other questions I had. I was nervous at first but not anymore.

Negative experience: I gave it a 2 star because I have had some good experiences in the past but more bad than good! Maureen is amazing and I can’t say enough good about how she always gets me back there on time, very nice and professional, does a phenomenal job cleaning my teeth and most importantly she seems like she wants to be there!!! Most of the office staff walk around there with attitudes SHE pointed out that I had a cracked tooth(it wasn’t hurting) instead of the dr fixing it then or at least scheduling a time to come back. He just told me it would be ok until next cleaning. Needless to say, by the time I went back I had a cavity and it was hurting really bad. They scheduled an appointment but not for 3 weeks could I get back in!!! He also told me that he was going to fix another in the area of the first one. I went in yesterday and after I had work done(they were late at 8:30 in the morning when that is their first supposed appointment) I got my work done and left. After the novacaine wore off I had excruciating pain in my mouth from the work AND they didn’t even fix the 2nd tooth!!!! Now i have 2 teeth in horrible pain(worse than before I went) and I have a mouth full of sores and cuts from him man handling my face and not caring he was hurtful. I

Negative experience: I came here for a regular cleaning, and everyone was nice except the dentist himself! He was really short with me whenever I asked a question, like dude? What's your issue with me wanting to know about my own teeth? I won't be coming back here.

Negative experience: I broke a filling, near the gum line, and part of the tooth. I can't chew on that side, I'm going to loose the tooth if not taken care of. I called for an urgent appointment, on 6/26, the soonest they could see me for AN EMERGENCY APPOINTMENT is 7/13!! How insane!

Wow what procedure they have for the Covid safety!! Dr. David came to check my teeth out and any questions I had!! Then there Great Hygienist stared her work!! She’s always pleasant and funny!! Good Day at Anchor Dental In May of 2020 I had a emergency!! Dr David jr had me come in to make corrections on a back molar crown. I’ve gone to Anchor Dental for the last 10 years. I’ve had the best treatment. Now my whole family has since started to go to the office. My sister has just retired and she was a dental assistant for over 25 years. We all have enjoyed the great care of this office. Char J My front tooth showed thinning and to protect the tooth Dr. David add filling and it feels great and looks so natural!!! Thanks Dr. David I had a accident at home because I fell forward!! Cut up my lips!! Dr David is the best He took his time in checking and gave me instructions how to heal!!! Thanks!!! June of 2023 I went and saw Dr. David for a bridge that I needed to be completed in my mouth. Well thank goodness Dr David was able to take care of it right away and I’m very happy with the results!!
