Negative experience: Do not take your children here! Extremely unprofessional, didn’t try to calm my daughter down at all just told us to hold her down & within 3 minutes of her crying the doctor said he wouldn’t see her and was referring her to Pittsburgh after we drove from Erie twice for this appointment, I would never any child here they do not have the patience or training.

Fantastic experience: She’s a very caring and patient dentist who takes time with everyone. She always explains how to care properly for teeth after any procedure and follow ups. She will be missed. Nothing but blessings be upon you Dr. Butler and your team always.

Fantastic experience: Every time I go I’m greeted by the most upbeat receptionist I’ve ever met. She is so welcoming and always offers refreshments. All of the dental assistants are as gentle as possible and constantly check to make sure I’m ok during the procedures. Lastly but certainly not the least Dr. Butler is knowledgeable, she educates me during my procedures and she never pressures me to do anything extra. I never wait when I come and the office is never crowded. It’s always a great experience from beginning to end.

I am always amazed how these people are beautiful both inside and out!❤️ I went in to see my Dentist today for my 6 month checkup. What I love about the entire experience is how they treat me like family and they always do. I’m always telling people about Dr. Butler, Windy and Michelle! I always feel so good when I’m done, both dentally and mentally . Their chair side manor is unmatched I love them !!

Fantastic experience: I broke a tooth on candy. Yes the one in the front. Ugh! Contacted Dr Butlers office that night. She called me right back. Wow!! She advised me to call in the morning. No ma'am Windy called me. Yes she did. I was able to get in a few hours later my tooth was repaired no problem. Thank God for Dr Butler and Windy. They really care about their patients.
