Fantastic experience: I had an urgent issue and was able to be seen that same morning. The doctor and staff are quite competent and very friendly.

Negative experience: I was bleeding inner lip and it was swollen before I even got home. And, should I continue being treated by your business I will not do so with the individual who took care of me on my last visit.

Fantastic experience: Good experience as always. I was happy to see that the staff is becoming more diverse. My filling was expertly done and looks better than my real tooth! The worst stains on my teeth were removed. No complaints here.

Received a text, made the call, and rebooked. Katie, the hygienist was gentle and pleasant. I look forward to my six month appointment!

Fantastic experience: This is a teeth cleaning operation. They have eight chairs four of which are dedicated to teeth cleaning. They have three dentists and Calabrese is the one who owns it. They do general Dentistry no root canals or braces. If you have dental work your dentist may vary maybe even for the same issue. This was there words. Don't get me wrong they helped with my issue and I am going back for a teeth cleaning but I think I will find another dentist for serious stuff.

I cracked the screw in my dental implant and needed to have it replaced. Not only was I able to get in the same day, but Dr. Hilal and Renee took excellent care of me. The whole procedure was fast and they kept me informed every step of the way. Amazingly, there was NO PAIN. I just had a 2 hour procedure done and she just made it so comfortable and enjoyable (despite having work done). I can’t recommend this office more. Front desk staff is nice and helpful and all the support staff like the hygienists are so nice and always asking me if I’m comfortable or need anything. It’s very clean as well. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Calabrese is the most caring dentist I have ever had. She took her time with me yesterday even though she had to squeeze me in for an emergency procedure. While I was there, I brought up an additional problem and she really listened. She examined me and then gave me a referral to a good oral surgeon. She took up-close photos of the troublesome area to send to the surgeon and wrote him a letter. And she didn't charge me a thing.... I'm her patient for life now! ❤️

Negative experience: I’ve been going to this clinic for about two years and was always satisfied with the staff’s attitude and the quality of work, which is why I’m giving two stars instead of one. However, my last experience was very disappointing. I had an appointment for a filling with a different dentist this time. While the drilling and cleaning part was done well, the actual filling was done by an assistant or another colleague, and it was honestly terrible. She put a lot of pressure on my jaw for no clear reason. At one point, something even broke during the procedure—I got scared, thinking it was part of my tooth, but it turned out to be a metal rod that had been attached to the neighboring tooth as a base. Then, another piece broke and almost flew into my throat, which was quite alarming. After the filling, my tooth started reacting painfully to sweets, cold, and hot—something that wasn’t an issue before. I waited for about a month hoping it would get better, but I still feel discomfort occasionally.

Fantastic experience: Excellent place to have dental work done. Crowns, filling replacements, hygiene are all top drawer. A very friendly place and everyone is so professional and competent. A welcoming place, and they must think that I'm healthy because they greet me with the phrase, "Hi Gene!".

Negative experience: I wanted to wait a full month before giving my review…this office was recommended to me by significant other because I moved to Cleveland from a different city and was in need of a local dentist. Visited this office twice. First visit was a cleaning and went well. Second visit was for fillings (one on each side of my mouth) and was a complete disaster. The main dentist was on maternity leave, so her colleague is responsible for my trauma. I won’t go into everything that went wrong but just know that I had to get stitches in my left cheek, a double dose of numbing, and an “I’m sorry” gift in the form of a $10 Starbucks gift card before I left the office….all of that as a result of two simple fillings. That appointment was on Feb 7th, today is March 5th and I still feel nerve pain on the right side of my mouth. Me personally, I’ll NEVER return. To each their own, maybe the next person’s experience will be better than mine.
