Each dental employee took time to ask questions and assess my needs and understanding. Initially I was hesitant being a new patient. The entire experience filled me with confidence that this is a dental practice committed to exceptional care. I highly recommend them to you.

Dr Voiers was an excellent communicator, kind, and knowledgeable. He was very fastidious about checking out the issues that I presented to him. I’m very happy with the dental services at this practice and very happy with Dr Scott Voiers.

Fantastic experience: There is noone that will care for you more that Dr.Voiers! He listens, he finds solutions that work, he is gentle and so fast! You can just tell you are in the absolute best hands when you step into their office!

Dr. Sean came in and numbed the area and pulled the tooth. He talked me through the whole procedure advising what I would be hearing and asking if I was ok.

Fantastic experience: Been coming to this practice for years. Had my teeth cleaned. The hygienist was professional, but she missed flossing my teeth. I've had other procedures done in the past without issues. The staff is friendly. Dr Voiers, and his Dad Dr Voiers, are great dentists.

Fantastic experience: January 2026- I had my teeth cleaned by Alexis yesterday and she did a fantastic job! She was pleasant and informative, and very expedient. Alexis checked to make sure a deeper cleaning was covered by my insurance before proceeding on a certain area in my mouth and then completed the work in a professional manner. Everyone in the office is helpful and friendly, and Dr. Voiers always provides the best of care to his patients!

Negative experience: Hygienist Alexis is fabulous! Professional, intelligent, gentle & kind. Check out process/office employee rude, unprofessional & incompetent. I was told after being in office for >1hour, had xrays, exam & cleaning that they no longer accepted my insurance. They did NOT verify coverage when I arrived! I have been going to this office for past 40yrs & am appalled! I was handed the estimate for what I need done for more than $9000 without insurance coverage!

Positive experience: Hello I experience a new oral hygienist today I don’t think she took the time to really get my teeth cleaned. I didn’t get a brush or a floss at the end like my previous hygienist.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this dental office!! I moved to Cleveland last year and was in search for a while, and I'm so glad I took my time choosing because I had a wonderful experience at Dr. Voiers office. It is really hard to find people who make you feel this comfortable. I love this dentist 10x more than the dentist in my home town. Not to mention, they were able to establish me as a new patient in a very timely manner. The care, knowledge, and my overall experience exceeded my expectations!! Thank you for being so kind and informative!

Negative experience: I had been with Dr Vala for many years - the new father/son Dr Voiers are terrible. They push services that are not necessary (especially crowns) and in my case when I did the first crown with Dr Voiers Sr he botched the job horrifically. in addition the dental assistant was horribly inexperienced. The friendliness of the office staff and hygienists is gone too with the new ownership. I am very glad I found a new dentist elsewhere. My recommendation is to avoid this practice.
