Fantastic experience: After moving to Ohio, I performed an exhaustive search for a reputable Dentist & have been very pleased with Chagrin Falls Dental. My Dental Hygienist, Emily, is EXCELLENT! She has a lovely personality, is very calm, professional, efficient, & gentle in her thorough cleaning of my teeth. I've now seen both Dr. Bresciani & Dr. Hausmann, who seem very knowledgeably & capable. Dr. Hausmann actually diagnosed an unusual gum disease that, after being treated, solved my gum sensitivity issues that had been plaguing me for almost 2 years! My only complaint is that their policies are quite strict, & they would not allow me to split my remaining crown charge over 2 separate months. (Being recently retired, it's tough to handle unexpected large expenses on a fixed income.) Dr. H's CrownWork seemed top notch so I couldn't complain too much. All in all, I highly recommend Chagrin Falls Dental. :-)

Fantastic experience: I traveled two hours just to take my daughter to Chagrin Falls Dental. The office is a beautiful office with great staff. We were greeted the second we walked in the door and the receptionist were very nice. Hannah was our dental hygienist and she was friendly and fun with my daughter and made the dentist fun. Dr. Bresciani came in after our cleaning and provided some great information about her X-Rays and interacted with my daughter. We will be sure to return for all future dental appointments.

Negative experience: My very first visit to this dentist was extremely disappointing. She told me I had to get X-rays, claiming it was both “office policy” and an “ethical license requirement,” which is misleading. There is no such rule, and the ADA states X-rays should be based on patient needs, not a blanket schedule. She never even asked why I didn’t want X-rays, and instead of showing any concern for my preferences, she told me to go find another dentist. That kind of rigid, dismissive response is not what I expect from a professional. Patients deserve honesty, respect, and individualized care — not inflexible rules and misrepresented requirements. I would not recommend this dentist to anyone looking for patient-centered care.

Fantastic experience: Update: As in the past, the docs, hygienists and office staff are top notch. They have recently expanded their space which suggests to me they are growing their practice. It’s great to have a hometown dentistry that is friendly, professional and thorough. Kudos to this next generation! Awesome team! I had been with Dr. Wolf for about 30 years so the transition to a new dental practice wasn’t easy. The friendly, professional staff soon won me over! Dr. B and Sophie are a great team—thorough with state of the art equipment. I can only highly recommend their practice and welcome them to Chagrin Falls. The receptionist (Allison) worked to make the process of changing over to their practice seamless for myself and my family. I was greeted by a friendly staff for my first appointment. My hygienist Annie was very knowledgeable and professional. She made me feel at ease and really did a thorough cleaning and exam on me. I am very glad with my choice to switch to Chagrin Falls Dental.

Dr. Bresciani accommodated an exam for me unexpectedly (I showed up a day too early for my appointment); and Dr. Hausmann and her assistant were very comforting to be around for the extraction. Fantastic experience: I chipped my tooth on a Monday. I was new to town so I didn't have a dentist. A friend of mine recommended Chagrin Falls Dental. They saw me within two days, and my tooth was fixed the same day! Everyone at the office was so nice and welcoming. I got in quickly and was treated quickly by Dr. Hausmann. It was worry-free and pain-free! 10/10 highly recommend!

Negative experience: I called the office for an emergency appointment and the girl who answered the phone booked me out 2 weeks for an emergency appointment. I tried to call back to reschedule for a sooner appointment because my mouth was really hurting and sometimes the phone number on the website works and sometimes it doesn't So I needed to find a dentist fast so I went elsewhere. Edit.. Good response I called during business hours thank you. Got the appointment somehow didn't I. And that's great that's all you had to say about being set up 2wks out for an emergency appointment!!! Glad I went elsewhere.

They are not pushy And don't make me feel bad if I have to wait on something. Of the two offices, This one is the best. The staff is awesome. Again I would would highly recommend this office. Positive experience: The hygienist was very pleasant and nice. She did her job very well and efficiently. The dentist was not that pleasant. Perhaps she was having a bad day? Also, years ago I paid for "whitening for life". A few years ago, I even paid an additional fee for this service. They give a few trays each time I visit the dentist. I was told this time that the doctor has decided to no longer provide this service. The trays can now be purchased. I will be switching dentists.

Fantastic experience: Called at 8:00 am with a bad tooth which needed a root canal. Was able to get me in the same day at 2:00 pm that afternoon. Dr. Bresciani did a great job repairing the tooth, and I was very happy with the whole process. Thanks for getting me in so quick.

Negative experience: As a new client., I came here experiencing pain and some swelling in my jaw with suspected TMJ. After "examining" me for all of 2 minutes, it was confirmed. I was fitted for a mouth guard and was told it would be a week turnaround. After almost 2 weeks and no correspondence I called and was told a few different stories as to why the mouth guard still wasn't ready for pick up. Understandably, this was very frustrating for me as I was in a ton of pain. A few more days went by and I was finally able to come in and pick it up. The staffs attitude was very cold and I was given the mouth guard and broom swept out the door. This thing does not fit. The assistant did mention it would be tight at first, but flash forward a few months and this thing is still so uncomfortable I am worried about the integrity of my teeth. I called to express this and was once again met with a rude attitude and told to just "keep wearing it". My insurance didn't cover this so I am out $300 on a mouth guard that was ill fit and an unprofessional, unwelcoming and incompetent office I have no desire to return to. Zero stars for this place. Go somewhere that actually cares about their customers and not just pocketing money to fund the ridiculous Nespresso machine in the lobby.

Fantastic experience: I've never really liked going to a dentist. That is because I had not found Chagrin Falls Dental, Dr. Bresciani and his professional staff. They are right here in Chagrin Falls with plenty of parking space and "Coffee, anyone?" when you arrive. That's all nice, but the real reason I depend on the people at Chagrin Fall Dental is that they can most every dental situation. You should see my new front tooth. And they are always concerned for my comfort. So convenient and so competent.
