Negative experience: I was not given the necessary information for a procedure; particularly the complications that can arise from it. Now I am having major complications from this procedure; most specifically the tooth has decay and cannot be reached to clean out.. Had I known this specific information about the decay and tooth infection, I would have never gone through with the procedure. I should have been previously informed about this possibility as well as the fact that the only solution is to remove the entire tooth.

Fantastic experience: Avery Dental has provided my dental care for about 20 years! My teeth and gums are always so important and I feel I get the very best care. Dr. Kathryn Apotsos and the hygienists take excellent care of me. I’m so glad my dental health seems to be in perfect shape. Their offices are also state-of-the-art and I highly recommend this dental practice.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Avery dental since I was a teenager and I'm 61-years old now. I love the staff and I adore the dentist's there. The front desk staff are friendly and welcoming. They are respectful and never anything but wonderful. Over the years , I have seen every one of the dentist's there and like them all very much. No matter who you see, you won't be disappointed. Everyone there is excellent and professional. They are gentle, considerate and personable they care about you as a person. I can't say enough about the quality of care that they provide. It is exceptional! I wouldn't even dream of going anywhere else other than Avery dental. I've taken all four of my children there and they continue to go there as adults. They would say the same thing about Avery dental that I am saying as well. If you want a dentist who is gentle and caring and conscientious Avery dental is the place to go. My favorite thing about the dentist that I see at Avery dental is that they are so gentle. I'm a very big baby and they treat me with such gentle hands and they always make sure that everything is as pain free as possible. They explain and show me everything as per my request. The dental hygienist that I see gives me pain free dental cleanings and that's why I'll never go anywhere else. I am absolutely in love with them!

I hated the dentist but everyone in the office is patient and really go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable and while they do not offer gas I don't even really need it anymore because of the trust I have in them. I can't even single anyone out because they are all top notch staff. They offer you treatment options and explain everything.
