Gina the hygienist gives excellent cleanings that I like to call the “Gina” experience. The new EFFAs Amber and Nicole are both delightful and thorough. Jarissa is the cherry on top always delightful and helpful. If you’re looking for a dentist office you don’t have to look anymore! North Royalton is top notch!

Negative experience: I needed a tooth added to my bottom partial, I do not have dental insurance so I was paying cash for my appointment and to have the tooth added, without even an examination the dentist immediately started pushing for implants no X-rays no exam just took a mold sent my partial out to a lab who added what I can best describe as a baby tooth,it does not fit with the other teeth there is a gap and the technician literally was pushing it down and over to force it to fit , when I expressed the problems I was basically told there was nothing they could do about it, zero compassion, it was all about up selling implants.I will never go to any Hudec Dental again especially paying out of pocket for treatment.

Fantastic experience: I've been getting regular cleanings at Hudec Dental NR for about 5 years and have always had great experiences. I recently decided to upgrade my smile before my wedding this summer which included an Invisalign referral and then getting crowns on my front teeth to replace bonding after chipping them as a child. Dr. Kun and the team were so helpful and reassuring every step of the process, from explaining whitening options to getting the temporaries fitted, and then giving me as much time as needed the day of getting the permanents to make sure I was happy with how they look before curing. I can't stop looking in the mirror, my smile looks flawless! So happy I finally took the leap and had Dr. Kun & team to support.

Fantastic experience: After 4 dentists trying to fix the same filling I went to see Dr. Kun. After 2 years of battling with this problem filling its fixed! The entire staff at the North Royalton office are amazing. They have been so helpful I am definitely happy I found them!

Negative experience: DO NOT GO HERE! they sat me down, cleaned my teeth, took X-rays and at the end of my appointment told me my insurance isn’t going to cover my appointment. Now I’m stuck paying hundreds of dollars out of pocket. And the cavity they filled wasn’t done correctly and now I’m paying for it again to get it done at a professional dentist office. Julia, the manager, hung up the phone on me after telling me there’s nothing to be done and it’s a true patient charge. I would have never taken the appointment if my insurance wasn’t going to cover it. They messed up but won’t admit it. This place is super unprofessional, everyone’s nice up front but that changes quickly.

Fantastic experience: At the age of 68, I've seen a lot of dentists over the years for a lot of reasons. Dr. Kun, by far, did more to explain what was going on with my various issues and to explain how to better care for my teeth than any of my past dentists. Yes, I learned some new and helpful hygiene practices, old dog that I am notwithstanding. Gina, the office manager, is friendly and "on it." She was helpful to point me in the right direction with my dental insurance. I needed to go to a specialist and she got me in to one the same day. The office was attractive and peaceful, unlike one other I'm familiar with in the Hudec system. I highly recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: In 2017, I had a dental emergency and my dentist was closed for the week, so a friend recommended Hudec Dental. After 6 amazing years, they have given me the best smile I could hope for. With 20 offices and their own lab, they can always make time for you. I experienced many oral hardships, all they were able to find solutions for. From cleanings to implants, all dental work is done to perfection. The entire office has gone above and beyond to accommodate my dental needs. Gina at the front desk is always an absolute pleasure to see and can squeeze me in for any emergency. Dr. Kun and his assistant Mike, as well as the rest of their team, went above and beyond to get every detail exactly as I wanted it. My dentist for life!

Negative experience: When I called to set up a biannual cleaning they got me in the next week so I was happy. When I showed up, they just did X-rays and then said they didn’t have time for a cleaning even though I was there for an hour. They said the dental hygienist didn’t have time for me that day. They also explained I would need a second cleaning just for the gingivitis. They also wanted me to sign an “active treatment plan” with charges that were determined and say I was responsible for even though I only had X-rays done. Very poor communication from multiple employees all around. They said this normal for dentists and it is not. Very shady. Poor bedside manner from their new dentist as well (why are you trying to sell me on a secondary cleaning if you don’t even have time for the first?) I felt like everybody was insane

Negative experience: My husband had a filling which was and still is terribly sensitive and the dentist ignored the problem. During the second filling a chip of something went down his throat and the assistant shoved the vacuum down his throat gagging him. He left without the work being complete and will not go back.

Fantastic experience: Omg! Let me tell you… it’s been a while since I’ve seen a dentist. When I first moved to the area, I went to a dentist that was over on Brookpark road, and he must have been a construction worker before becoming a dentist, because he was VERY heavy handed. He retired and I tried Aspen dental at Parmatown…. They are into bondage there! I left there gagged and violated, never to return! I suffer from anxiety and I struggle severely with the x-ray process. But I have to tell you…from the moment I walked in Hudec Dental, it felt right! The North Royalton office is not at all overwhelming or intimidating, the staff there is AMAZING! The girls that did my x-rays were on point and worked together to make that process as smooth as possible. I appreciated that so much! And, Dr. Kun is by far the best dentist that I have EVER seen. He took the time to go through everything, and gave me a complete rundown of the exam. He NEVER made me feel bad or ashamed of the condition of my teeth or the care I have been giving them like other places have. He even not only gave me his professional opinion, but his personal opinions on what to do and how to move forward with a better smile and care, which I most greatly appreciated. I am so glad I chose to visit them and I am looking forward to being a patient with such an amazing team. Thank you

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Hudec Dental of North Royalton for several years now....and that alone should tell you what kind of experience you'll have if people are coming back. From the moment you walk in the door, to the cleaning, the exam and setting up the next appointment.....it's very pleasant, stress free, casual and they talk TO you not AT you. Everything is explained as it happens, so no surprises of what they are doing. And best of all they will work with you when it comes to setting appointments, explaining insurance claims and paying your bill. The staff is very professional but also very personable. Just a little side note....if you do need to get a shot in the mouth for a procedure....Dr. Kun is the man for the job. There's one fear I never worry about again!! We all know how hard it is to find a good dentist...well, I'm telling you....it's right here!!

Fantastic experience: I have to say that going to the dentist is something that I use to fear, so much so that I put it off for over 10 years. Finally the day came when I knew I needed to man up. The team at Hudec Dental in North Royalton was very welcoming, energetic and experienced. The whole office works together to get you in and out so that your work day isn't disrupted at all. The most amazing thing is that they all actually shake your hand when you arrive and after a few treatments some of the handshakes start turning into hugs!

Fantastic experience: We recently moved to North Royalton and I needed a dental cleaning. I searched online and compared the reviews and Hudec definitely scored the highest! Gina the office manager and Gina the hygienist are amazing! Never had my teeth cleaned so thoroughly in my life and scheduling/rescheduling was a breeze. They even sent me a $25 gift card to Speedway as a token of customer appreciation and my husband and I used it on our road trip last week! I was limited on time and they scheduled me as soon as possible and began correcting my smile at my first consultation appointment. With an extensive amount of repair and work needed to be done, I finally bit the bullet and after several glowing recommendations for Dr. Kuhn I decided to get things right. I have had to have some extensive dental work done and everyone has been an each visit has been absolute pleasure. All of the staff are very professional, friendly, and courteous and made me feel very welcome.

Negative experience: The staff is very nice but every single time I have gone I was overcharged. They won't tell you they overcharged you either, they just keep the money. We only found out because my boyfriend also goes here and he compares his bill to the "amount agreed to charge" on his dental insurance website. The difference was over a $100. So I checked my dental insurance vs how much I actually paid and what do you know. They charged an extra $200 for dental work and never refunded me the difference. I had to call and ask them to email me a detailed breakdown of my bill and ask them for a credit towards my next visit. If it happened to 2 separate people, it's probably happening to you.

Fantastic experience: What a wonderful office. Staff is friendly and kind. Dr. Kun is compassionate. He did the prep work for my crown today and told me to let him know when I needed a break from the bit more intensive work than normal. I was grateful!

Fantastic experience: These guys are great! If your concerned or have any type of anxiety about going to the dentist, the staff and Dr. Kun at N. Royatlon Hudec Dental will put you at ease. I was always a little bit nervous about getting my teeth worked on; especially getting numbed up. But Dr. Kun has a very gentle touch. The last time I had to have a cavity filled, I did not even feel the needle go in! He and all the staff made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. If your looking for a new dentist, I highly recommend checking out this place!

Fantastic experience: I visited Hudec Dental today in North Royalton as a new patient. First of all, it was so nice to be greeted by Gina, the office manager. What a pleasant young lady. I had my teeth x-rayed and cleaned by a different Gina (the dental hygenist) and she was also super friendly. She did such a great job cleaning my teeth and it honestly felt more gentle than I have experienced in the past at other dental practices. Gina also explained to me how important dental care is and how if you do not take good care of your teeth, it can lead to other health issues such as diabetes (which I was unaware of previously). Dr. Kun examined my teeth after my cleaning and he seemed to do a very thorough job and was also super pleasant. Overall, I am so pleased that I found Hudec Dental in North Royalton. It truly was the most pleasant experience I've ever had at a new medical provider. They made me feel so welcome and they were all extremely kind. Finding a new medical/dental provider can sometimes be a very trying experience and I am super pleased with Hudec Dental in North Royalton and I definitely will be back.

Fantastic experience: I moved to Cleveland about a year and a half ago. I was in search of a dentist but wasn't really serious about finding one. Not being able to find the right dentist, I had signed up and started a plan with Smile Direct Club. I have a flipper (fake tooth) because I am missing a tooth. Fast froward to Tuesday September 24th, my flipper had broke! I found Hudec Dental in North Royalton, OH which is only about 5 min from my apartment. I walked in without an appointment and Gina at the front desk was extremely sweet and accommodating with my issues given how busy they were. They were able to contact my insurance company and get me in that day to get have an exam done. The dental hygienist that took me back was the sweetest. In fact everyone at Hudec dental is so genuine and caring. It took one day for my flipper to get fixed and I just picked it up this morning! I can't even begin to describe how great Dr. Kuhn is. I am excited to continue my journey with Hudec Dental and build a relationship with such great people. If you live further than I do, they are by far worth a drive!! I recommend Hudec Dental for anyone who is looking for a place where they know that they will be taken care of an appreciated!

Fantastic experience: Hudec/ Gina have been so good to me the past few months, I had some on going issues with pain/fillings and sensitivity, they were always friendly to me even though i am sure I drove them crazy..lol. Together we figured out the problem and now i am pain free!! I was also worried that I would run out of insurence before the problem was fixed but that was also something they made sure didnt happen. Thanks Gina!!

Fantastic experience: I have not been to the dentist for 5 years and my last experience was not a very satisfying and gave me a little anxiety about going back. Walking in, I was greeted by a wonderful smiling face that helped me make sure all the paperwork and insurance information was set and ready to go. When I was brought back for my cleaning, again another wonderful smiling face, set me up with my xrays and instead of beating my gums up with manual floss (like in the past) I was started with water flossing and it made a world of difference. I honestly thought I was in bad shape but I kept being told throughout the cleaning that my teeth and gums all looked great! The month of April is oral cancer month and they ended up doing a free oral cancer test on me as well. I am very happy with my decision (well my wife's decision) to have me go back to the dentist and I am much happier that I chose Hudec Dental in North Royalton.
