Fantastic experience: This was my second visit here, and just like my first, it was great. This time my hygienist was Patty. She was gentle, thorough, knowledgeable and nice. Dr. Kent was very good too. He examined my teeth and patiently explained what he saw. The office was nice as well. Just outside the window were beautiful flowers and birds coming to feeders on the window. Who knew a visit to the dentist could be a Zen experience!

Dr Bennet took the time to explain the treatment plan for the tooth. Put a filling on it and also said he would request.pre-determination from my insurance company for a crown if the filling fails. He said he does not believe in the definition of insanity

They acknowledge us as humans and provide highly personalized treatment. It ‘s been two years since we switched and it was the best decision we ever made. Highly satisfied!

Positive experience: Been a patient of Dr. Nicklas for over 20 years. Always extremely happy with him and now also Dr. Bennett. Hygienists are pleasant and proficient at what they do. For the past couple of years, without explanation, they have gone to making you wait for 9 months for the bi-annual checkup. My insurance pays for 2 visits a year. When questioned I am told I can always call and see if there is a cancellation to get me in earlier. Please explain Dr. Nicklas?

Fantastic experience: I haven't been to a dentist in 15 or more yrs because of the bad experiences I have had with previous ones. My daughter told me about the staff at Dr Nicklas's office and how gentle they were. She was so right and Dr. Bennet his hygienic assistant and Denise all have been awesome! I will never go anywhere else for dental care. Denise is great as well with lining my dentures. She is very professional and makes the procedure a pleasant experience.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Dr. Nicklas since I was a child (Niel then Kent). That should speak for itself since I am in my sixties now. Fabulous care- I would never switch. And I have dealt frequently with Denise - she’s a gem. Great practice!

Fantastic experience: I could not ask for a better dental team! I’ve had extensive work done by both doctors and have always felt comfortable before, during, and after each visit. The docs and their staff are always kind and take time to discuss various treatment options and prevention plans. Often times as a patient, I’ve been forced to choose between bedside manner and skill. That has never been the case at this practice, they are the whole package. I never feel like just another number. I wouldn’t dream of going to a different dental office. I already have the best!!!

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough about this office. They are the kindest and most caring staff I have ever met. I have always been nervous about going to the dentist for several reasons and have never had such a positive experience. I have had issues with my front teeth chipping constantly and although I wore braces as a teen for 4 years and I had to invest in Invisalign hoping it would change my issue with breaking my teeth. I honestly had not felt good about myself or smiled in more years than I can count. One day I chipped my front tooth again and decided to call and see if I could get in as a new patient thinking it would be at least a week or two away. The response I got shocked me to say the least. Not only did I get a same day appointment but I spoke to the most caring receptionist I have ever spoke to. I saw Dr. Bennet and his assistant Denise who made me feel like I was the most important person in the entire office! They took their time with me that day and several days after that when I again chipped my front teeth. To make a long story short, because I can’t say enough about them, I can finally smile with confidence for the first time in more than 30 years! If you’ve ever felt like I have do yourself a favor and go see them! You too will be glad you did!

Fantastic experience: You will not find a more friendly, caring, knowledgeable, well run office. Everyone of the staff members on up to the doctors are great. It’s unusual in these times to find staff who know what they’re doing. The doctors are very skilled. I am a retired dental hygienist and I come back to Cleveland from out of state because I cannot find an office of this quality where I now live.
