Fantastic experience: Dr. Magrey and her team were amazing from my first consult to my finishing touches. I wanted cosmetic dentistry done and they helped me tremendously as we went through the process. They are very meticulous and professional. I would recommend them to any family member or friend. I appreciated the honesty and care I received. The office is extremely clean, and everyone in there was so nice to work with! I am very happy with my results and will always go back if I need anything in the future!

Fantastic experience: After a negative experience at a chain dental office, I decided to try this practice—and I’m glad I did. The staff is professional and genuinely welcoming. During my first visit, they identified a cavity, and I was able to come back just over a week later to have it filled. The process was efficient, painless, and handled with care. The quick scheduling was a definite plus.

Negative experience: My daughter went into have her crown recemented on, that had only been placed maybe a year ago. She went in to used the blue light to cement it on for three seconds. It wasn’t even close to her face, he then flossed, in the crown came right off, so he recemented it again, and it wasn’t fitting right and she kept telling him that it was not on and did not feel right He proceeded anyway and then drilled down some of the porcelain of the crown instead. The crown came off again that evening. She went back in a few days later to have it re-cemented, it was put by the dental assistant, or EFDA, my daughter said it felt fantastic and so much better!

Dr. Caputo has also done great work on me and his choice in EFDA of Alicia is one of his best decisions for his practice. It has been a great experience all around. Fantastic experience: I can't say enough good things about Bellissimi Dental and Dr. Caputo. The best experiences I've had at the dentist by far! The entire staff is amazing and the care I've received is top notch and absolutely pain free! I know, at a dentist? I've had some serious work done, all the things people fear when they think of dental work and I've experienced absolutely no pain. You can't even feel the novacaine shot. It's unreal! Also, I broke a tooth when they were closed, of course and first thing Monday morning they returned my call and got me in for an appointment within hours the same day. They are the best around and I can't thank them enough for all they've done for me.

Positive experience: Just like anywhere there is instability of support staff. Office staff never knows what’s going on, I always owe some sort of money every time I go in there. I feel like they never call to see how much I have left in my benefits before giving me a quote, which is frustrating. There’s a heavyset lady with brown hair is very rough, and not very friendly. She needs to learn a thing or two about being gentle with people.

Since then I’ve had a few more visits for additional work and my experience has been great every time.
