Fantastic experience: We had a great experience with our first visit to KPD! My toddler has had previous appointments at a non-pediatric dentist and while they were very kind, they did not take the time to build a relationship with him the way Miss Brooke did at Keystone. The staff knew exactly how to ease his nerves and get him excited for the visit. We had one little blip where he was upset but it was short-lived and he is already talking about going back. As a parent, I appreciate that the staff is so down to earth for parents, as well. I will be recommending to all my friends with children!

Fantastic experience: Dr Emily and Aleena were so incredibly patient, kind, and fun with my almost 4 year old who was very nervous for his evaluation for a possible filling! I was thoroughly impressed the whole appointment. Not only were they wonderful with my son, there was shared decision making and care of plan discussion with me, I felt like they heard my goals and concerns as a mom and sought to understand our family values. Highly highly recommend.

Negative experience: For 2 fillings my bill was $1000 and I found out afterwards our insurance is out of network!! I have never had a medical facility not tell us until afterwards and inquiring on my own thar our insurance is out of network!! Because our regular dentist office thar referred us to this place is in network I assumed they would be too!! We paid hundreds of dollars over because of this. This is a very sketchy practice!! Going to be taking the kids to an in network dentist in the future .

Fantastic experience: So happy with our experience! My 2 year old had her first visit. She was in awe of the toys in the waiting area, the fish on the wall in the room, the movie playing while she sat in the chair. All things that matter and helped contribute to her sitting so well for her cleaning. Rachel and Dr. Emily took great care of her. Both were so kind and patient and explained every thing they were going to be doing in such a calm manner. It never felt like anyone was rushed and with toddlers, that is so important! They complimented our toddler for doing so well, but they all helped make that happen too. We had the best time!

Fantastic experience: This practice is one of the greatest in town, the courtesy, the professionalism, the knowledge! My youngest gave us the scare that he had so many cavities! Which turned out not the case!! But we were referred by our dentist to these awesome doctors, and Dr Emily was the best!, treated him, and he was only 3 at the time, but he did not have pain or was scared. Then my daughter had to extract some teeth, and it went so smoothly with Dr Katie. She is so awesome. we were very worried, but the doctors both Dr Emily and Dr Katie! He was very anxious about this but they were absolutely wonderful with him. The dentist, Dr. Katie had such great energy and went above and beyond to make sure my son felt comfortable. Fantastic experience: I took my 6.5 yo daughter to a few local pediatric dentist offices after being told she needs to have multiple cavities filled by our family dentist. All the offices I took her to wanted to fully sedate her and I just wasn't comfortable with that. They didn't even want to entertain the idea of nitrous. We saw Dr. Katie today after they squeezed us in last minute and she said we can absolutely try Nitrous first. I understand that the end result might be full sedation, but the fact that she was willing to start with what I was most comfortable with, when the other doctors wouldn't even try, really ment alot to me. It was a wonderful experience for my daughter and I'm so happy we found a dental home for my kids!

Ive been taking my two daughters (5&8) for several years and she always takes interest in them as people, is very thorough in her exam, and gives options with pressure. She remembers them when they come back and the previous conversations they’ve had. The office is very clean and kid friendly.

Fantastic experience: The whole team was phenomenal for both our boys. The hygienist Michelle was very friendly and made our 3-year-old feel like he was playing a game. Dr Emily tricked him to keep his mouth open looking for “dinosaur teeth!” The wait room was family friendly and even the restroom had kiddie stools so we could reinforce hand washing with our little ones.

I never really liked going to the dentist as a kid, so the fact that she mentioned to me that she needed to get an appointment set up; and that she wanted to go to the place where 'I got my cavities filled' kind of blew my mind (she's 6).

Fantastic experience: I have a special needs child and have been coming to keystone pediatric dentistry for a couple years and they have been wonderful! Very patient and kind. I love them so much!

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough about this practice and Dr. Emily! She and her staff made My Daughter feel so comfortable about a molar tooth extraction. Kind of a big deal for an 11-year-old. So great! I would recommend this practice!!!!

Fantastic experience: My daughter had a cleaning done today and the entire time made my little four year old girl feel right at home ! Michelle was absolutely phenomenal and walked my daughter through every step of the cleaning and made her excited ! ( I don't know any other place that can make a toddler excited about their teeeth) and Dr. Katie Kochenour was absolute perfection; she was so gentle with my daughter and also explained everything in a way my toddler felt like she knew exactly what was going on. I truly can't say enough good things about this office and the team! Truly outstanding and so thankful to have Dr. Katie and the team for both my girls !
