Fantastic experience: I absolutely love Dr Jennie. She is nothing but kind and caring and always let you know what she is doing as she does it so you don't have any surprises. Highly recommend her and her team..... and this is coming from someone terrified of the dentist.

Fantastic experience: I CANNOT say enough good things about Dr Jennie and her staff. I have been pretty afraid/nervous about dental appointments since I was a young kid that had a lot of teeth pulled. I told Dr Jennie and the staff about my nervousness and they were all so kind. Explaining everything they were going to do, telling me what to expect, checking in and asking how I was doing. I just had two fillings from childhood replaced and while it was not an easy task for them they did the most wonderful job. I would highly recommend this office in general but especially to anyone that is nervous. Thanks Dr. Jennie and Staff for helping me replace childhood trauma with much better adult memory/experience. I will see you in 6 months for my next cleaning!

Fantastic experience: Truth be told, I HATE going to the dentist. Usually I am a white-knuckler in the chair. However, Dr. Jennie and staff are so friendly and really put me at ease. I appreciate how they inform the patient of each step and are very conscious of your comfort plus understanding of what's being done. Am I still anxious before I go? Sure. But I no longer Fear the dentist. So that is a major plus in my book!

Kay, Bobbie Jo & Carlie do a wonderful job x-raying, checking & cleaning my teeth, and always friendly. Dr. Jennie is always upbeat yet professional in her examination and explanations. Fantastic experience: We couldn't get in to our regular dentist today for a dental emergency so I called other offices who took our insurance. Dr Nichols' office was so accommodating. The receptionist was extremely helpful. She got us in within an hour. The office was clean and inviting. All of the staff were friendly. Dr Jennie was kind, she took her time and made sure all of our questions were answered before we left. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: This week a crown came out. I called Dr. Nichol's office and they were able to get me in within three days. After assessing the situation, Dr. Jennie was able to recement my crown back in and I didn't need a whole new crown. I was thankful.

I personally have been going to this practice for nearly 20 years now first with the patriarchal dentist and now with his daughter and have never once been dissatisfied or disappointed. I have always found the staff and dentists to be friendly, efficient, and professional devoted to delivering quality top notch care to their patients. Their office is as clean as you would expect from such a practice and I have observed them to be practicing high standards of pandemic protocol.

Fantastic experience: Today was my first visit to Dr Nichols office. I had not been to a dentist in about 10 years for various reasons. I have anxiety about dental offices. I got there and was immediately made to feel like they have known me forever. Their chair side manner was amazing. They calmed me and explained everything to me. My fears were quickly gone. I will recommend their office to anyone who asks for a recommendation.

Fantastic experience: I felt very welcome my first visit, like I was in very capable hands, so I keep coming back ... friendly staff and Dr. Jennie always greets you professionally and with a smile. 2020 Update: Some of the COVID protocols are new for Dr. Jennie so her regular patients might be introduced to a few "unusual" experiences like an introductory hygienic rinse and suction. Personally, I felt very comfortable and thought the new Hygienist Kelly did a great job explaining each step and doing her best to make sure I was comfortable with some of these new experiences.
