So glad Sinick dental in medina did not like my review on their hygienist on line and refused to see me again!!! I would have never found Dr Kate!! Again. I just love her!!

Fantastic experience: Terrified doesn't describe my anxiety of going to the dentist. I rarely go because of this. Today I broke a tooth and was forced to call. Dr. Michael was amazing. He was so caring and made me feel so at ease while getting a crown. So much that I made an appointment for next week for more work. This is coming from someone who hasn't been in a dentist chair for many, many years. He even called me this evening to see how I was. I am excited to go back next week, can't believe I even said that, but he is going to make me want to smile again and not be embarrassed. If you have any worries about dentistry, he's your guy. I can't say enough about Dr. Michael, I am so very happy to have him for all future dental work. No longer afraid!!!! Make your appointment with Dr. Michael, he is amazing.

Negative experience: absolutely horrible experience. They messed up my crown which if you have ever had one done, you’ll know it is expensive and painful. I went back multiple times after it was done telling them it didn’t feel right. After multiple times of them gaslighting me, I gave up. Just for them to recently tell me it wasn’t done right and needed to be redone completely. Oh, “free of cost” of course. Then I in went for a tooth ache, to wait over 30 minutes past my appointment, for them to tell me I should just “wait it out” because they didn’t see anything wrong. But then tried to charge me $150 for that?! Completely unprofessional. I walked out crying, embarrassed, and still with tooth pain. Do NOT recommend.

Negative experience: I’m a patient of Dr. Kate who recently relocated to Rochester, New York. I made an appointment about a month ago for a filling that had come out and was starting to bother me. The appointment was for today, May 17. I went to the office and there were no cars in the parking lot which I thought was weird but went in anyway. The receptionist says, I’m sorry we don’t have any patients today. I said no, I have an appointment with Dr. Michael. She insinuated maybe I meant a different doctor michael. I assured her that I had been to the practice before and over the phone they told me Dr. Kate was out that day but I would see Dr. Michael. She then looks into the system and says, “that appointment was cancelled, didn’t you get a text about it.” I looked in my phone and there it was, a single text message (which at the time i glanced at and assumed was a confirmation text.) Nobody called me, nobody left a message to let me know, nothing. So I made a 4.5 hour trip to see a dentist that I knew and trusted and didn’t even get so much as a call to reschedule. Dr. Kate has always been awesome but the office is a huge letdown unfortunately. It might not be as big of deal but about 5 years ago my mom was a patient there. She had 2 insurance companies at the time. One of them made a mistake and didn’t cover their portion of the bill. When my mom showed up to get her teeth cleaned the woman said in front of a full waiting room “MAAM! Your appointment has been CANCELLED because you didn’t pay your bill!!!” My mom was mortified and embarrassed and apologized to the woman. She was humiliated. She called the insurance company and they told my mom, that the mistake was on their end they sent the payment through again that day. My mom warned me and I didn’t listen. Reviews are not always what they seem.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at this office working with Dr. Michael Thomas . I went through the process of getting an upper denture and a bottom partial . The entire process was very smooth .Dr. Thomas is very easy to work with and makes for a very pleasant atmosphere. The entire office is very organized and professional and also very caring . Dental work has always been stressful for me but they make your comfort a top priority . Would highly recommend.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Negative experience: The male Dr. Pulled my tooth while infected,left me in severe pain,charged me for an exam wich was not done than he calls me 12 hrs later to check on me I told him I'm really in worse shape I have a fever now and I asked why I was charged for an exam and was told and exam consists of his knowledge of knowing wich tooth to pull um I also paid for an xray wich determined wich tooth to pull (but he already knew because it was broken in half) so an exam is just knowledge and I asked so if a patient comes in for an exam u don't look in their mouth at all u dont look at their teeth he said no it's just for decision making,well he hung up on me I was not yelling or talking rudely I jus wanted to know why he didn't do a full exam wich he never did n I paid for n he hung up on me n I didn't even get to tell him I was still bleeding or anything he literally hung up because he couldn't answer the questions I was asking him so if my fever gets higher I have to go to the emergency room for evaluation and on my paper work I filled out it asks if u want a free sleep apnea test I checked yes nothing was even mentioned about it ever! So I gave him over 500$ to lay here bawling sweating and he even said hold still while I try and suck some of the infection out after he pulled it was not given antibiotics or anything he was pulling my tooth and another person's at the same time wich was also totally rude dint have the man's full attention 1 time I'd start to talk he'd say I'll be right back n went into the next room never once had his full attention it was the worst experience I've ever encountered with a Dr. OR dentist..but what gets me the most is him hanging up on me literally because I was telling him how much pain I was in n I called back he put me to his voice-mail I said u literally hung up on me didn't let me finish talking because he could barely answer the questions he should absolutely have answers to so I didn't even get to tell him I'm still bleeding 12 hrs later soon as I started questioning about why he charged me for an exam n one was never done he never once looked in my mouth but to pull the tooth he got defensive and ended up hanging up on me because he couldn't answer the questions he absolutely should of answered..so now I sit with a fever and I have ckd I can't get and infection in my blood stream but he didn't even read my chart!!! By far worst dr/dental visit ever..now im probably gonna end up in the hospital because he doesn't take his time with his patients/nor have patience!! Well it's now Nov 30th 2 weeks later I GET A LETTER TELLING ME I AM KICKED OUT OF THEIR OFFICE!! IM IN UTTER SHOCK RIGHT NOW,NOT THAT THEY WOULD EVER SEE ANOTHER PENNY FROM ME BUT THE FACT I GET A RANDOM LETTER TELLING ME I WAS RUDE ON THE PHONE WITH DR.THOMAS! ALL BECAUSE I QUESTIONED MY BILLING BECAUSE I PAY 100% CASH ASKED ABOUT A CHARGE HE HUNG UP ON ME I LEAVE A REVIEW 100% THE TRUTH ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE THAN I GET A LETTER IN THE MAIL 2 WEEKS LATER TELLING ME I WAS RUDE AND AM NO LONGER A PATIENT THEIR!!!

Positive experience: Excellent care & wonderful people!! Unfortunately, they stopped taking my Delta Dental Insurance & it did get too pricey for us.

Fantastic experience: Had a wonderful experience with Dr Michael Thomas! I had a horrible experience at a previous dental office & was terrified to get dental work done. Dr Thomas made me feel so comfortable. Made sure I was totally numb and he was very gentle. I cant say enough great things! Will definitely be returning because of him!!! I recommend a 1000% !! ** Update ** Dr Thomas even followed up with a phone call several hours later just to make sure I was doing okay. What doctor does that? One thats Amazing !!! Negative experience: !!They were all very nice. But..the full set of dentures they made for me were terrible! From day one, I could never wear my bottom denture. Went back to see what they could do for me. They worked on them a little but still cannot wear my bottom denture.! It's been 8-9 years now with bottom dentures I cannot wear and out of hundreds of dollars!!

Fantastic experience: Best dentist ever!! Everyone from the receptionist to Dr Kate are fabulous. I've been afraid of dentists for years but Dr Kate really cares & works to make you comfortable. Never had a dentist care as much as she does , highly recommend them!! Update: Went back for a problem, Dr Kate and her staff even exceeded my previous expectations, no matter the problem big or small they devote themselves to you and they don't use scare tactics to pressure you to do anything. They are patient, kind and caring, they never made you feel bad for anything.

Fantastic experience: Today was my first day ever here. I havnt been to the dentist since I was young. My anxiety it crazy high as is. I went in and started to cry.. yes 34 years old and crying because of going to the dentist. The receptionist at the front desk told me that everything will be ok and that I'm in good hands. She handed me a tissue and gave me her full undivided attention and let me tell her my story. They allowed for my friend to come with me for moral support. While in the back the hygienist was very nice and she also was helping me calm down and helped me relax by joking around with us and we all laughed a few times. Then I got to meet Dr Kate when she is just as nice and as gentle as everyone else there! She was very understanding and talked me through what the next steps were after my examination. I love everything about this place. When I say I have anxiety about the dentist. I had my doc percribe me Valium before the appointment. And I did take it when I think helped with me not shaking in fear. I never thought I would ever get the courage to go to a dentist...I really didnt.didn't.. and I cried a few times while being there.. but I trust them... I really do. Something about how they just hear you.. the way they care about you. It's only been one visit but I feel better about getting my problems fixed and this is a great team to help me with my problems.

Fantastic experience: I can’t overstate how much I appreciate this practice. Each and every individual who I’ve interacted with over the years has showed me such compassion and gentleness. I’ve had an embarrassing amount of dental work done in my relatively short lifetime (much of it done in such a way that I’ve been traumatized), but I have never felt any shame in their care. The attention to providing their patients with the highest level of care, in a painless, non-judgmental manner is unmatched. I would travel great distances if that’s what I had to do to get my dental care from Dr. Kate and her team. I’ve experienced a painful dental history prior to finding Dr. Kate, but each time I am under her care she is helping me make new neural connections that help to ease my great anxiety surrounding dental procedures. I trust Dr. Kate completely and feel deep gratitude for the practice she has built.

I'm pretty sure Dr Raymond insists on surrounding her self with only the very best people because I believe that their goal is to be the best and provide the best care for their patients. Once you go to Dr Katherine Raymond's office you will understand why I don't just go to a dentist in the state that I live in because in my book no one could ever be as good as these folks! Negative experience: This place contacted me today for an upcoming appointment and demanded I pay over 2k by the end of the day or else they would take my appointment off their schedule. I have been waiting for this appointment for months and have severe dental anxiety. I had also been waiting for this place to contact me about what would be covered by my insurance, which is what I thought this phone call would be about. When I tried to ask my questions about insurance coverage, the woman on the phone hung up on me mid-sentence. This is extremely unprofessional behavior. She wouldn't explain the charges at all when I asked. She only demanded her money. We had spoken about this before and she said she would get in contact with the insurance and get back to me, but she never did. She only called last minute to demand the money for the procedure. That is completely unacceptable and I feel this place doesn't care for their patients at all. I shouldn't be treated so rudely, especially if I am going to be charged an astronomical amount of money. RESPONSE: I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO BADLY BY A DENTIST BEFORE IN MY LIFE. THOSE ARE FALSE ACCUSATIONS AND A REPORT HAS BEEN MADE WITH THE BBB. I DID NOT CUSS AT YOUR STAFF. I DID NOT USE VULGAR LANGUAGE WHATSOEVER. YOUR STAFF WAS EXTREMELY RUDE TO A PATIENT! DO NOT GO HERE!. REFUSING MEDICAL TREATMENT FOR A PATIENT IS WRONG, ESPECIALLY WHEN THE PATIENT ONLY WANTS A BREAKDOWN OF CHARGES. I WILL ALSO BE CONTACTING OTHER AGENCIES FOR ABUSE AND DISCRIMINATION. I DONT WANT TO TOLERATE THIS BEHAVIOR EITHER. BEST WISHES.

Fantastic experience: I hate dentist. Nothing personal but I refrained you a very long time due to fear. But I have worked with Jenny and I have great trust in her and it has gotten me to be back on regular visits and much better gum care. I would like to thank Jenny for her work and care and say she got me to turn around my oral health. I still not a fan of going in but it is generally good news when I go now. If you need a dentist office I fully endorse Dr Kate and staff.

Negative experience: I would give less stars if I could! Dr. Nate is a complete hack! I had 4 teeth extracted! He didn’t get half of them out! I was pulling chunks of tooth out of my mouth every day for weeks. He cut my gums up so bad it looked like I had a second tonsil hanging from my upper jaw! It took over a month to heal! They made me pay cash upfront or I wouldn’t receive any work no Matter how much pain I was in. They over charged me then pulled more money from my bank account the following morning! I received the bill both from the dentist and my copy from my insurance. When I called to asked where the remaining money went, they put my questions off, wouldn’t answer them, passed the phone around th office and hung up on m! I drove to the he dentist office directly after to have the situation resolved and the locked the doors early and stood inside watching me knock on the door. Wouldn’t let me in or answer there phones! If you want your mouth messed up for life and your money stolen…. By all means check them out! Fantastic experience: The entire staff is extremely friendly! I’ve always been afraid of going to the dentist. But today was my first time at their office and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They explained everything and were so helpful! Such a wonderful place and wonderful people!

Fantastic experience: I've had nothing but endless issues with my teeth that most dentists have not seen before. Combine that with my baby face and I rarely get treated like the grown woman I am. I've been to almost every dentist in summit county and I can truly say my experience at Dr. Raymond's office has given me hope again that I can have a normal smile. Everyone in the office treats me with respect and is so kind!! They are so gentle I've managed not to even need the laughing gas for my nerves anymore but its available and I recommend it! Even if you only have a cleaning but you're anxious, you can just ask for a lower level even. I dont know of anywhere else that also has heated and vibrating massage dental chairs! It definitely helps to distract from the noises but youre allowed your headphones as well. The dental hygienists are so smart, light handed and care about your wellbeing as well as your mouth health. Even the dentist was patient, respectful and honest with me when creating a plan for complex teeth. I had many dentists not able to admit they were unsure how to treat me and it cost me 10s of thousands of dollars in braces, surgeries, extractions, emergency services, post op care, infections, etc. My teeth look like I've never had braces currently. Please use me as a cautionary tale, american dental places are cheap but I promise you cant put a price on a good experience with real results . Total game changer oh! And they even offer their own insurance!!

Fantastic experience: As a young child I had a HORRIBLE experience at the dentist. As such, I had an aversion to seeking dental care until it became an emergency. I now am not afraid and do not have panic attacks when thinking about the work that needs done. The ENTIRE staff are friendly and keyed into my needs.
