Fantastic experience: A nice experience. I was dealing with tooth pain and needed a root canal. They do that procedure in this office but my root was so thin that a special microscope was needed. They referred me to a different endodontist for the procedure. However, I really liked the nice and personable dentist at this practice.

Positive experience: This was my first visit in a few years. Being diabetic, I needed a check up. Not my favorite doc visit. Very nervous. Didn't get crowns because they are in the whole pkg. The young asst helped me feel comfortable during Xrays. Hygienist poking at my gums hurt, however I needed a clean. The Manager was very friendly, put me money hole, haha but nessacerary.

The staff member who helped me set up my appointment was incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. On the day of my visit, I called to let them know I was running a few minutes late. Instead of making me feel rushed or stressed, she personally checked with the doctor and promptly let me know that it would be okay. That level of care and consideration meant so much to me and immediately made me feel valued as a patient before I had even walked through the door. When I arrived, the outstanding service continued. Every member of the team was friendly, professional, and attentive, creating an atmosphere that was both comfortable and reassuring. Positive experience: The Dental Hygienists was excellent. The Dr that I delt with was Amazing as well. Even down to the lady that verified my Insurance was thorough. I think her name was Ashley. They ALL WERE VERY HELPFUL AND NICE. THE LADY THAT TOOK MY PAYMENT WAS VERY INFORMATIVE ABOUT THE BREAKDOWN OF WHAT MY WORK WOULD COST. I LOVE IT HERE! THIS IS MY NEW DENTIST OFFICE FOR GOOD.

Positive experience: Nice facility, clean and a lot of people working there. They made a next day appt for me when I called for my 1st visit. That was GREAT! because i did have pain. However, I still had to wait for at least 15min. I had 8:30 appt and i got there early for paperwork. Then I was sent to several different rooms for xray's, an exam...etc. Then I sat with a finance person to discuss my bill. The whole experience was a lot. My experience was NOT bad it was just a little overwhelming.

Fantastic experience: Root canal done Monday, did not even feel the lidocaine injection. Painless procedure and painless post procedure! Dr Reem and her team are the best!

She did a great job helping me feel comfortable and she explains exactly what she's going to do beforehand and during the cleaning. Fantastic experience: Surprisingly, a pleasant appointment. From the reception person(s), tech assistance, the doctor, and the region manager who happen to be there. All were professional, but receptive and easy going in a good way. Unlike my past experiences many years ago at this location. Some would say, “why go back there?” My answer to that is I love the technology that Aspen uses to create what I am looking for. I figured maybe the folks (the whole office pretty much) who I had a usual experience with were no longer there and the location is extremely convenient for me. Today's visit did impress me. I have several more appointments there, so we will see if this is the continuity I am looking for in a dental facility…tbc.

Negative experience: DO NOT GO HERE. This facility failed to install the gutta-percha into my root canal before the final filling, possibly even perforated them. This is to prevent bacteria from reentering the roots. I have been having chronic sinus issues stemming from that side of my face since. Currently waiting on insurance to change to get this properly fixed elsewhere. I was gouged out of pocket and when contacting my previous insurance provider was told they don't know why I was charged so much because they cover everything. The temporary crown broke in <24 hours because it was overhanging the tooth below. My extraction felt like they were ripping my soul from my body. Complete crap show and worst dental experience I have EVER had. Will be seeking legal matters for negligence/pain and suffering.

Fantastic experience: I really don't like going to the dentist but Aspen Dental in Macedonia made the experience very pleasant(considering what I need done!). The staff was very nice and helpful. Everything about my treatment was explained in complete detail. Then my dental hygienist Kayla had turned my frown upside down into a big smile by the time I left. Kayla was so patient and understanding with me. She's my little dental angel!!! All around the entire staff was great to me. I'm sticking with Aspen Dental in Macedonia and will recommend them to my family and friends!!!

They even helped me get the treatment I needed when I didn’t think it was possible!! I had two extractions & an intense surgery that was NOT bad at all! I've always had a fear of the dentist but here they made sure to make sure I was comfortable and very well informed on what they were doing and what their next plans were. Negative experience: Went in for a filling. After it was finished the tooth was half the size of my other teeth. Looked bad. I switched dentists and signed a release for my x rays. They never sent the x rays. Be aware I would not recommend them!

Having to deal with me in the chair that I can never sit still in requires either a very disciplined person, or literally the obviously-innate traits of every member of the Macedonia Aspen Dental staff. It was my first visit to this location today, though I left there knowing I wanted this team to take care of me and therefore, today’s visit would not be my last.

Negative experience: Terrible horrible my appointment was at 8 o’clock. I got there at 7:45 and I set in the lobby until 9 o’clock and nobody asked me how I was doing or even got me in for my appointment never again.

I tried to be as strategic in the practice I pick. I know I’m not alone with anxiety when it comes to dentistry. These ladies were all amazing , so much to the point I stopped everything I was doing cause I forgot to write a review. Thank you for taking extra time to explain everything (I’m in the medical field as well, so I like to know details! It can be annoying.) Thank you guys for always smiling and being so kind, ugh it was so scary for me and you all made it so much easier. Definitely my regular dentist now, and telling all my girlfriends!

Fantastic experience: I needed a tooth exstraction im really nervous but I called and made appointment same day and was able to have exstraction and wasn't in horrible pain like I usually have the young lady working with Dr.Reem was amazing as well.

Negative experience: Tooth still hurts, initial visit was July, went back in December, May and August so a year later still no relief, horrible experience. I paid about 5k for service and just want it rite, why should I go somewhere else and have to pay again. I should have researched better.

Negative experience: Bad experience had two removal bottom teeth experience hold both teeth coming out not pressure know the difference between pain and pressure etc.and used to be a dental assistant Had a upper partial put in by a dental assistant staff told her it's was hurting me & she pop in arch any however, went to remove it's was stuck Dr. REEM then does her job trying to taken out I was in so much pain, was not a simple just taken out partial Doctor's job to try in partial & denture temporary or permanent

Negative experience: When we arrived as new patients, our information was incorrectly entered into the system which nearly caused our insurance to not be accepted, after a long hunt for a dentist that could accept our insurance. After completing the new patient forms, we stayed in the waiting room for another half an hour. Apparently, the dentist we requested to see was not in the office and only visited rarely, while another dentist we hoped for left a long time ago—neither of these dentists were updated on Aspen Dental’s online website. When we asked about this, we were not given an answer from the front desk. When we were eventually taken in, the substitute dentist as well as the hygienist requested that my implants be removed so that they can inspect my mouth. They are implants. They cannot be removed. When we decided to transfer to a different clinic, our x-ray and history transfer forms were required to be dropped off in person at Aspen. Upon arriving to the new clinic, they never received our x-rays from Aspen. Calling Aspen, the desk told me that it would take 9 business days for ME to receive the x-rays, as either the fax information on the form was not correct, or something to do with Aspen Dental’s management office… When my new clinic called them, they reported Aspen would send my x-rays in 48 hours. It was a very long and tedious visit, not everyone will have a similar experience but because it is a walk-in clinic, expect to wait a long time. It is more for emergency visits, do not make this your family doctor in my opinion.

She is a phenomenal dentist who makes you feel right at home I’ve had a few bad experiences at Dentist offices but her staff do a Phenomenal job as a team explaining everything to you and really caring for their patients Dr. Al Ameen Will be my dentist as well as my family‘s dentist as long as she is in the practice thank you all for a great visit and see you all again soon!

Negative experience: My experience was okay but it would be nice if when you’re working on someone’s mouth explain what you’re doing when doing it. It makes a person feel more comfortable in knowing what’s actually taking place.

Negative experience: Absolutely horrendous experience. I want to preface this by saying the people who took my x-ray and digital intraoral scan were absolutely wonderful. I called the office before setting up an appointment if they're able to take digital intraoral scan and e-mail me the copy for my third party aligners and they said yes. However, weeks have gone by and still nothing. I only received the x-ray scans. I've called numerous times to the local Macedonia branch and they would always say it must go through the corporate and all they can do is submit a ticket. They promised to give me a call back in 3 separate occasions but not a single call back. Then I reached out to the Regional Manager, Kirsten Sollitto because I got an automated e-mail after the visit that I could contact her via e-mail if I have any questions. Sent 3-4 e-mails and nothing. Then I get a phone call from the Operations Manager, Michael Drivas - assuming Kirsten forwarded my e-mail - and he said he would personally look into it and give me a call back the following day. Again, NOTHING. Zero communication and I don't know how many times they said I would get a call back from them but never did.

Fantastic experience: First of all this was my first visit and all of the staff was very nice and professional. They made me feel very very comfortable. Even the office person name Jasmine l enjoyed talking to her and I love her professionalism & Yes I do plan to come and get my smile together. This is my new Dentist!!

Negative experience: Was very disappointed that when I paid over $5000 for my dentures and was told that they would last at least 30yrs. Guess what they didn't. They broke cracked and loss several teeth. Went in and was told that I didn't qualify for a New set of Dentures. If I wanted a New set I would have to pay an additional charge of at least $4000. Go figure I've only had them for 5yrs.

Negative experience: Went in for a tooth extraction. I asked the doctor if I would be prescribed any medication for after, and she said it was your choice , so I said yes because I’ve had an extraction before and it was needed. Once the novacaine where’s off it hurts quite a bit . So I they said they would call it in but when i got to CVS it wasn’t . So I called and they said to hang out longer at cvs was there already an hour said dr is in a procedure so I waited and finally went home . So I called even later to see if it got filled and nothing . So now I’m really hurting and so angry that they left me hanging and in pain . They were very efficient in sending me to their finance dept to reinvent my mouth however . I gotta find somewhere else a predatory business that cares little about their patients

Negative experience: I made an emergency appointment to have an infected tooth removed. They were able to fit me in same day, but the procedure was terrible. Dr. Reem did my extraction. I was crying, I screamed, I was hyperventilating, I was in immense pain. Her only response was that she had numbed what she could and pressure was normal. I left the office shaking and in tears. It has now been 24 hours, and my jaw is so swollen I can barely open it. I appreciate the time and effort taken out to make sure I was taken care of, but the procedure itself felt like torture.

Fantastic experience: I loved it!!! EVERYONE was so friendly, the atmosphere was welcoming and clean. The Dentist gave me options instead of just telling me what they were going to do. I love my care plain that was set up for to get my smile back right. 10/5

My appointment was at 9am, after getting all my personal information and some x-rays they told me that they couldn't pull my tooth until after 2pm. I'm in pain they should have informed me that no one would be able to help me until 2pm wasting my time and stealing information!!! NO, I WON'T BE BACK!!!

Fantastic experience: My teeth are in bad shape. My lower right canine was cracked and only 1/3 was present.The staff was very pleasant, and was able to work me in. The nerves for the tooth were hyper sensitive. So I was in pain throughout the process of the extraction. That is all on me not the dentist. The dentist was friendly and professional. Would I recommend Macedonia Aspen Dental ? I can honestly say yes. However don’t put it off till you’re in pain. Go now today if possible.

Negative experience: My daughter was leaving the country for school and needed her 6 month cleaning. The appointment was for a cleaning ONLY. I was assured by the scheduler when making the appointment, that's what it was for. My daughter inforned the technician she was only there for a cleaning. She was then told by the technician that the appointment was for a check up and she didn't have time to clean her teeth.My daughter was given x-rays which were not needed. She was also informed that she had a cavity. I was able to have her seen by her regular dentist a day later, and there was no cavity found by her dentist. After spending over an hour in the waiting room, she spent almost 2 more in the chair and had not received the cleaning she was there for. I will be disputing these charges, and notifying my insurance.

Positive experience: Was great got me in same day it was pain getting two wisdom teeth pulled but it was not so bad due to the great staff when complete they all stood by door and thanked me for my service!! Needs some updates and office cleaning attention but overall I would recommend!
