Negative experience: Let’s start by saying Dr.Hani is great at what he does but my time of going to Angel Dental I feel is near. I’m never a walk in yet it’s always 1.5 + hours before I’m treated with an appointment. Ex: I had an appointment at 2:00pm for crown prep and temp crown. I was brought back in a timely manner. I wasn’t numbed until 2:45pm. Work didn’t begin until after 3:30pm after I complained to 2 staff members. I was numbed a total of FOUR times (not because my body wasn’t taking the medication) because they numb you, go to other patients, start them, your numbing wears off and then they have to numb again. I didn’t leave until almost 5:00. Not the first time this happened either. Last time another hour wait and one of the staff members had the nerve to ask how many fillings I was getting done at that point in time, and when she heard there was 3 remaining, had the nerve to puff and show irritation, as if the delay was not caused by them overbooking and not moving professionally. Angel dental was not always this way, but I am noticing there is even a difference in the clientele. I sat in the waiting room, not long ago with a man who decided he was going to play music from his phone and Bluetooth speaker in hand. I witnessed a woman come in with Her child and allow him to run rampant inside of the waiting room, climb all over the chairs and eat chicken and smear the grease into the seats. It’s getting bad and I hope they tightened up for the sake of their business

Fantastic experience: Employees here are the greatest! I'm no longer afraid of the dentist, and I'm 69 years young. Atmosphere is awesome. Everyone treats me like Royalty. I love coming here.

Negative experience: I came in for a braces consultation. They took xrays and told me i have cavities and need a filling. We did not discuss braces at all no matter how much i tried to circle back to it. I got my cavity filled and they did not fill the one that they said needed filling and that tooth hurts even more. After that, they told me i need a cleaning and we still did not discuss braces. Never went back.

Fantastic experience: Always respected, polite and courageous

Negative experience: This was the worst dental experience I’ve ever had. They clearly do not care about their patients. I was scheduled for several appointments, only to be forced to reschedule again and again with no real help or concern. I went in needing serious care for a missing tooth, and instead of offering solutions, all they did was pull it out and leave me with no support. Getting something as simple as a deep cleaning turned into a stressful issue. The lack of compassion, professionalism, and urgency was unbelievable. I left feeling ignored, frustrated, and honestly heartbroken. I even cried after dealing with how poorly I was treated. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Find a dentist who actually cares about their patients, because this place does not.

Fantastic experience: Maritza is awesome she took her time and addressed my concerns with compassion. She did a nice neat job. The Dr made sure I was comfortable and not in pain during the process. I love my crowns and cant wait to finish up with partials and have my full smile back again.

Fantastic experience: Angel dental care on Euclid avenue gave me my smile back. You are greeted with absolute kindness from everyone in the office. Don , Valerie & Natasha are so sweet and patient with every one of their patients. The doctors , and their staff genuinely really care for their patients. So much love for Dr. Hani & Dr. Kassim are the absolute best. Truly the only dentist office I’ll ever trust with me and my children’s dental health!

Negative experience: Experience we had in Akron was horrid. They did not Novocaine enough my son was in appreciating pain while they tried to pull his teeth. Needless to say we will never go back. Not to mention I noticed they're a little picky on what nationality they hire

Fantastic experience: I personally had the BEST experience with Dr. Hani and the team at Angel Dental Care. I had the worst pain from hell in my mouth that resulted in my needing a root canal. The pain before this procedure kept me up at night unable to eat or function. Dr. Hani fixed this problem! I went from wanting to be put out of my misery to now feeling happy and pain free! Thank you so much for all of help Angel Dental! I highly recommend them for dental care!

Negative experience: The Broadway location is a horrible location to go to this is my second time trying to give them. The benefit of the doubt and they not only waste my time everytime.. I will. Never come back to them.. Th first time they waste my time wa scheduling me to get my windows teeth pulled confirmed my appt the same day and when I got there they said they couldn't do it that day becautse he dentist wasn't available.. And now I go today after a year he look at my teeth with a mirror and say reschedule to come back and get my teeth clean when that's was the whole reason for. The appointment. Wasted my time again there was no need to get my daughter out of school early just for him. To say come back do not go to any of these locations...

Fantastic experience: I simply love the entire staff from the front office to the back supporting staff at the downtown Angel dental location. I have a fear of needles, and the staff made me feel so calm and relax. I.will tell everyone I know for their dental needs to come to Angel dental downtown

Negative experience: I was told that my wife and I had back-to-back appointments at 2 and 3, so we arrived at 1:50 to have time for paperwork. The front desk staff were nothing but kind to us, but running our insurance took 30 mins. I went up at 3:00 to ask if I would ever be seen and was told both of our appointments were at 3:00. They very quickly got us back for x-rays, but then we sat in the exam room for almost another hour until the dentist arrived, didn’t review our dental history whatsoever, rushed through a quick exam of our x-rays and teeth and said we had no cavities and wanted to schedule for us to come back for cleanings. I have no idea why they wouldn’t do what every other office does and just clean your teeth while waiting for the dentist to examine. There was 0 communication at any point and it was a massive waste of time. We passed on scheduling cleanings.

Negative experience: I went to angel dental care to get a teeth cleaning. I do not have bleeding gums , nor do I have any cavities. I set up an appointment to come in for an evaluation.And what's not shown Any proof that I had cavities or gum disease. Ask this is the way that my evaluation was written up. And when I came in for my teeth cleaning? I was told that they were doing Cavity, drilling and cleaning of the gums A Very invasive procedure Where they stick A dental tool between your gum and your teeth to dig for gold., Separating your gums from your teeth and causing massive bleeding. This dental practice is truly a money racket that takes advantage of peoples ignorance and propose to them unncessary dental Procedures that people don't need, But that pay well for their clinic. I only know that I was never provided proof for any of the procedures that they wanted to do, that I was truly in need of such services. If your medical coverage is good enough to go anywhere you would like, choose somewhere else.

Negative experience: This my first time I had a bad experience had a 2:00 appointment got there at 1:30 they called me back around 1:40 and I was sitting in the same spot for 1hour and 30 mins after being there with no work being done to my mouth they was so confused on what they was supposed to be doing when I thought I was coming to get fill -in’s I literally had to get up and go to the desk and reschedule my appointment left very upset and heated thinking I was coming to get work done to get played

Positive experience: I came to this place to have a wisdom tooth removed and to get fillings for cavities on Friday. Regarding the wisdom tooth extraction, everything went very well: it was a simple procedure, the doctor who performed it was very careful and attentive, and the assistant was also very kind. However, I had two issues: On Saturday, I had a complication and noticed that they do not have an emergency contact number. I had to call my dentist in Mexico to help me via video call. I believe that for procedures like this, they should provide an emergency phone number. When I got my cavity fillings, the dentist accidentally injured the inside of my cheek with the drill because it slipped. This upset me a lot because at the moment she didn’t mention it, and I didn’t feel it due to the anesthesia. I realized it when I got home because there was a lot of blood on the lower part of my mouth, and now I have a laceration. In conclusion, it depends on what you need: for wisdom tooth extractions, this can be a good place, but in other aspects, I think they have important areas to improve.

Negative experience: I had all of my teeth pulled due to the bone in my gums deteriorating. My dentures were ready a few weeks later. The dentures were way too big for my mouth and I couldn't close my mouth. They made me look like a werewolf and I gag about to throw up trying to get them in my mouth, the assistant that was trying to fit them was rude. My gums weren't healed yet but they didn't care. Now it's August and I still don't have dentures. I've had to turn down 2 job offers because I don't have any teeth!! Now, I'm trying to get my medical to approve another set of dentures. I will never go to Angel Dental for anything!!

Positive experience: BACK 2019, I HAD 2 TEETH THAT NEEDED 2B EXTRACTED & DR.HANI TOOK THEM OUT. TOTAL OF 10MINS OR LESS.THEN N 2021,I WENT BACK TO HV ANOTHER PULLED, IT TOOK HIM SO LONG BECAUSE THE ROOTS WAS HOOKED UNDER MY JAW. I WAS N EXCRUCIATING PAIN. I COULD LITERALLY FEEL MY JAWBONE SHIFT.IT FREAKED ME OUT..I SLID ALL THE WAY DOWN THE CHAIR.. DR.HANI LOOKED AT ME LIKE I WAS GETN ON HIS NERVES..I PROBABLY WAS BUT DAMN THAT PAIN HAD ME HVN ANXIETY ATTACKS DINOSAURS N MY STOMACH..I CAN LITERALLY HEAR THAT SOUND N MY EAR WHEN HE YANKN & PULLN.. STILL TO THIS DAY I HAVE NIGHTMARES.. IT SHAKES ME2 MY CORE..I HATE IT..I HAVE 3MORE NOW THAT DESPERATELY NEEEEEED TO COME OUT AND IM SCARED TO MY GIBLETS TO GO BACK..IM N PAIN AS I TYPE THESE WORDS.. I CRY EVERYDAY.. Fantastic experience: They gave me my smile back. I've spent years hiding my mouth whenever I was in public and being ashamed. The entire staff at Angel Dental were so kind and thoughtful, and Maritza, especially made a point to check in with me often. The entire staff genuinely feel like angels. I was crying tears of happiness leaving the office.

Fantastic experience: I started going to Angel dental care when I was ready for dentures. Ive suffered with nearly constant dental pain for decades. Six root canals, a bridge, and several implants and still my receding gums caused constant pain for the original teeth. The receding gums also exposed the hardware of all of my replacement teeth and I was facing the cost of redoing all of that hardware The dentist walked me through the steps and what to expect with each appointment and what to expect living life with dentures. Managing my expectations like that really helped. For the first year I had my first set, known as temporary dentures and they were good. Just a few days ago I received my permanent dentures. They were a perfect fit and needed almost no adhesive. The dentist’s and all of the staff were expectational and so kind. I’m sad I won’t have a need to visit again soon. But really happy with my dentures and really happy to be free from decades of dental pain.

Fantastic experience: Maritza did a phenomenal job! I came in with my teeth brown from stains in the front. She fixed my complete mouth. I went from not being able to smile. To loving my smile & I can’t stop smiling. She is incredible! Thank you so much, I’ll be back to request her and I won’t be going anywhere anytime soon!

Negative experience: There is no urgency with these dentists. I have been waiting 6 months on retainers that i was supposed to receive in a few weeks. They never have any idea on where they are or what the delay is. Then a lady who filled my cavities had a horrible attitude with me because i was telling her that my tooth was overfilled and my teeth weren’t closing fully. On top of this, i tried to make an appointment for a quick cleaning just for them to tell me their next opening was in 3 months. No professionalism whatsoever. Would report everyone if i could.

Fantastic experience: I had an excellent experience with Dr. Hassem today for my tooth decay treatment. The procedure was smooth, and Dr. Hassem was professional, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable throughout. The staff was friendly, and the office was welcoming. I’m very satisfied with the care I received and would highly recommend Dr. Hassem to anyone needing dental treatment!

Negative experience: Waste of time, very rude kept talking over me when trying to explain symptoms. They wouldn't do anything without a referral from a dentist. (thought I could see a dentist here, guess they don't have any) They cannot think for their self's, unable to give me an opinion. (response to owner) Robby is an alias, don't put your real name out there. This is the location i went! look at this company trying to skew their ratings, telling me to delete this review. They just want to fool people into going to their practice, like they fooled me.

Fantastic experience: Came here in so much pain from an infected tooth that needed taken out. Got it pulled out and was numbed and felt absolutely no pain or anything. So glad I came here. I feel so much better now that that awful tooth is gone!

Positive experience: I originally came to this Angel Dental location because it was one of the only offices that worked with the previous invisible brace device that I had. I needed a new retainer because I lost mine and you had to get it through an ortho office. I was originally told it would be $480 for a set but I only wanted the top, which meant $240. I was required to pay half then and half when I received them at the office. This occurred on February 27th. I called today March 28th with a completely unrelated topic and decided to check on my retainer progress. I was then told that the insurance was rejected on March 17th and I had a few issues with this. Number one, I didn’t want to put an insurance claim on it because adult orthodontia is not covered with my insurance plan. Two, that was over a week ago, why did it take me calling in to be notified of this? I won’t name who I spoke with on the phone but he said that insurance is automatically ran and it was nobodies fault. He then proceeded to tell me I would owe the $240 out of pocket which is fine because that’s what I planned on paying. I asked for a time line and he said he’d call me back. Fast forward to him calling me back and he tells me that it’s actually $480 for one aligner not two. And they said $240 because that’s what it would have been if insurance covered it. Before he told me insurance was automatically ran, then he confirmed that someone in the office ran it manually. All in all this could have been avoided with more communication. The fact that numbers were wrong and I wasn’t informed when the insurance wasn’t accepted is unacceptable. Here we are a month later and I’m still without a retainer. An apology wasn’t even offered. Bad business, communication, and customer service.

Fantastic experience: I despise the dentist just like everyone else. For the first time ever, I am very excited for my next visit. Everyone took such good care of me and even told some funny jokes (: I came here for a walk-in extraction and received the most amazing care start to finish. They accepted my insurance, did the procedure and got me scheduled for my next appointment with urgency and I am forever grateful. I would recommend a thousand times over. Thank you SO much.

Fantastic experience: So I live about an hour and a half away. Everywhere where I live refused to treat my teeth, or even look at them because of gum disease. I was referred here. I called & let them know I was in a lot of pain and just needed someone who would care. They got me in the next day as a new patient. Treated me with so much kindness and respect. The dentist immediately offered to pull the teeth that were hurting me. Not only was he able to pull the hurt tooth but also my wisdom. I’ve been told it needed surgically cut out. Well he got it out- pain free within minutes. He constantly asked me if I was okay, made sure to properly care for the wounds after. I’m on day 2 and have no pain, swelling and can eat normal. It doesn’t even feel like I got them removed. I will ALWAYS travel here no matter where I live. If you are looking for someone who cares about you, go here. Every single staff member is amazing. I no longer fear the dentist simply because of this office! You guys seriously rock! Thank you again, so much!

Fantastic experience: Although my initial referral to this Dental office wasn’t too pleasant… but, in-spite of —I did return... and got Dr. Hani this time. And I must say my experience with him and his assistant was absolutely amazing…. Me being the chicken that I was…yes, I said was because they changed my (I am into I was.) The patiences, communications, skills, and gentleness I received through out him working on my root canals ….threw my fears out the door…. I didn’t feel a thing great job. His assistant did a remarkable job on a broken tooth I had also. I highly recommend Dr. Hani & his assistant I believe she’s Asian I can’t pronounce her name sorry; for all your dental needs. I couldn’t wait to get home to inform my family & friends who’s also in need of a good dentist.

Positive experience: High quality care and customer service! Jorge and Valerie at the front desk are especially great. On my very first visit ADC conducted a full mouth x-ray to get a baseline of needs established, which helped to find and resolve some tooth problems I wouldn't have otherwise known about. My only big critique is the wait time. For most appointments, even just a cleaning, I'll wait anywhere from 30-45min. to see someone. Every time I have an appointment I have to reserve at least 2 hours to accommodate. If it weren't for that I'd give them a 5/5

Negative experience: The worst experience of my life! Don’t ever go here the one doctor they have is so rude very disrespectful and had no regards for my pain or feelings or anything.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Kassim and his assistant provided excellent care for my teen needing a root canal. He was given an appointment very quickly (next day) and they were able to perform the root canal the day of the exam because they were kind enough to stay longer at the end of their day. He experienced zero pain during the procedure. Everyone in the office was very professional. So thankful for our experience today! Definitely worth the 1 & 1/2 hr drive!

Negative experience: They need to have more than one hygienist at this location just in case one calls off. They should also be more prompt with canceling an appointment if the hygienist calls off and there is no back up. I had a 9am appointment and arrived at 8:55 just for them to cancel when I got there

Fantastic experience: It's a good place but you have to beat all the addicts it's like they camp outside of that place a lot of people are only there to try to get a script and there's people that really need help with their teeth that's America today.

Fantastic experience: I LOVE this place. I’ve already recommended everyone I know. I legit got two teeth pulled (yes a wisdom tooth was one of them) and still went to work without ANY pain…and I talk for a living! I’m afraid this place will become so packed the wait times will change but I can’t keep a great dentist to myself…because WHO LIKES THE DENTIST!?! lol COME HERE! You won’t regret it!

Negative experience: Never have I gone to a dentist office and have been treated so poorly My first appointment there I wanted to get a cleaning, make an appointment for future work like deep cleaning and to be fitted for my partial dentures. That day I walked out in pain...they gave me an in prompt to filling change (idk why I wasn't there for that nor did I have any problems with them) I left there in pain , had to go bad where then I was told I needed a 4point root canal which further confused me because again I never had an issue with my teeth, no pain pressure, nothing. They capped my teeth with a bond that I can't even floss anymore and it was all chalked up as I needed this work done . But when asked about my partial dentures and cleaning they first told me I was denied and I was I was too soon to apply for it but when I became eligible for them I tried to make an appointment and whatever I tried they denied me an appointment. I had to have my health insurance to make the appointment. I went to the appointment and waited 45 mins before I asked about my appointment at 11 (that I was called a day before to confirm and was ask to be on time for ...but i dig. No one said to me your doctor is running late, no one addressed me ..it was only after watching people whose appointment was well after 11get called in . Folks walking in off the street going back but I'm sitting there looking confused. It was only until I said something to them did I find out my doctor is running late. But for me it's not the only time I've been there and been treated like this . It's the UNPROFESSIONALISM FOR ME . But wait it' get better. Once I said something about it and call my health care they now have a room for me , some guy was ready to drape me but he was some person I THOUGHT WAS A PATIENT he came out a room with a doctor and everything like he was just being seen , he had on shorts and tennis shoes,no white coat no dentist garb just an average Joe ... Must not be because he was showing me into a room even proceeded to drape me like a dental technician I'm on the phone with my insurance company who told me to just leave because I'm describing everything to her... SMH I was disgusted with everyone and everything that is ANGEL DENTAL.. THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ESPECIALLY THE OLDER RECEPTIONIST WITH THE BLACK HAIR IN A PONYTAIL YOU WOULD THINK AT HER AGE SHE WOULD KNOW HOW TO ADDRESS HER PATIENTS. SHE'S VERY CONDESCENDING AND HAS WAY OF TALKING DOWN TO PEOPLE I left there confused and not knowing where to go from there... Never Again Angel Dental

Fantastic experience: Maritza I just want to first say thank you for your time and efforts. My smile is absolutely PERFECT! I love my smile again it’s beautiful the time wasn’t long at all. Angel Dental staff even accommodated my 1year old daughter by putting on cartoons as my son held her! Thank you for your hospitality my family and I will be BACK!!! I will strongly recommend you to family and friends!

Negative experience: Terrible wait times despite scheduling all my 3 appointments and coming on time. I had to wait at least 1hr each time to get someone to talk to me after getting in the recliner chair. The dentist made plan to do some work on my teeth after the dental hygienist was done, but didn’t explain anything to me, he seemed so rushed and overwhelmed each time I saw him. Seems like he’s the only dentist there?. I’m not sure why they keep scheduling patients if they don’t have enough time/slots. Also to make it this all worse, today the power went out and I was literally in the recliner chair for more than 45mins and no one ever addressed me, I had to eventually walk out and ask, they told me we’re gonna reschedule . This place needs some work done before taking care of patients. Will def take myself to different dental office from now on. Good luck.

Fantastic experience: The hygienist called in sick 3 times from the time I scheduled my 1st appointment, however the manger called me the next day and got me in and Becky did an excellecent job that's what you call great customer service!!!

Fantastic experience: Maritza was awesome and she filled my cavities in with ease, she knew what she was doing and I felt no pain. She was gentle and I would recommend her.

Negative experience: Been going here the past 5 years, it’s literally always something with them. They are quick to cancel an appointment because of malfunctions in the facility. I’ve waited a month to get my fillings, then they call me and say the Dr. had a family emergency and I’ll be rescheduled for another month out. Like absolutely not, they should have prioritized my appointment. They are completely unprofessional for many reasons. I’ve had a few issues over the years. I kept going because of convenience but never again. The front desk lady is rude.

Negative experience: I wrote a good review before but I changed my mind today after someone called me very very rudely to get my crown today immediately without any introduction, or explanation! I think she was a receptionist there. However, it will be my last visit.

Fantastic experience: I have been to this specific location about 5 times and I absolutely love it here!!! I refuse to go anywhere else now. This last visit was fast, simple, and pleasant. My appointment was at 9:00 but, I arrived 20 minutes early. The new lady at the front desk opened the door for me to come in and wait. I appreciated that. My visit was for fillings in my root canals. While she was working I asked about a cleaning and she asked the hygienist if she would be able to do a cleaning on my teeth after I got my work done. So after my fill ins the hygienist came in a did a cleaning on my teeth and gave a few tips also. I was so excited to have my cleaned because had been so long since I got a good cleaning. I thanked her for actually doing it without an appointment. My visit took about an hour and a half. From what I have seen since I been going there they all are a great team and they work together perfectly. They all communicate with one another so it makes their work days go smoothly. I recommended 2 people to this office and Im sure they are going to love it just as much as I do.

Fantastic experience: Mrs.Valerie. The manager I had a problem with with my insurance company,I was missing informed about some information that was VERY NOT EXPLAINED RIGHT BY THE INSURANCE COMPANY. I called Mrs. Valerie with my insurance company on a three way call. SHE SPOKE VERY RESPECTFUL AND HIGH VOICE, SO THEY COULD HEAR HER EVERY WORD. Mrs Valerie was on point got to the point and informed the company it not your fault it Dental Plan that missed informed my client and that the rep who told me need to be trained again they never knew I was on the phone until they thought she was alone then I stepped in thank you so much Mrs.Valerie I AM DOWN WITH ANGEL DENTAL DOWNTOWN THEY GOT YOUR BACK LIVING PROOF.

Negative experience: I went in for a walk in visit to have a tooth extracted, because the tooth was breaking. The dentist comes in she takes a look, she says I might have to get doctor Hani for this one. She didn’t she spent over 20 minutes breaking sawing, cracking, I lost count after 8 times Numbing my mouth! I could still feel it , she digs and digs! I was have an anxiety attack the entire time! I went back on Monday and was told that the severe pain I was having was normal! I was told to continue taking Tylenol, I told her this wasn’t even touching the pain! I was told well I don’t know why to tell you. I can’t do nothing for you. As I was leaving I was very upset. Was told to calm down, how when the dentist tortures you and tells you to get over it ! Now the entire right side of my face hurts it’s infected and I am running a fever. I have been feeling like I’m going to past out! I’m going to go to the Emergency Room to see if they can relieve the pain! I wouldn’t recommend to anyone! Very insensitive to patient’s needs.

Negative experience: Slow, unprofessional despite having an appointment. 1 dentist possibly 2 and a thousand patients daily I waited for 40 minutes in lobby on top of waiting an hour. If patients needs are not important or you just don't have enough dentist close down not worth the time and wait. When serviced it's rushed and unproductive

Fantastic experience: My experience here today was so Wonderful from check in, X-rays, Dr. M with teeth cleaning and preparation for fill in was full of Patience and Integrity. I “Thank You” Dr. M and staff for helping my first experience a good experience.

Positive experience: Experience was very painful but the service was amazing . They did help to soothe me and be patient with me . But I felt that the seniority dentist should do the work while the newbies watch . Honestly don’t like students working on me .

Fantastic experience: Love Angel Dental! I recently had all of my teeth extracted, and my overall experience was amazing! Dr. Hani did a phenomenal job! The procedure was quick & smooth, as well as virtually painless! I got an immediate denture, and was very happy with the quality, and how it looks! I also had little to no pain afterwards! The technician, Rae, who assisted with the procedure did an amazing job as well, and helped me to feel comfortable during the procedure. I would definitely recommend this location!! They couldn't have done a better job and I am so thankful!

Negative experience: On April 19th I had a dental appointment for a routine check up. The Hispanic receptionist simply ignored I was there. Another person ended up getting me checked. The assistant took x-rays and sitter me for more x-rays when the came in he acted as if didn't know what he was doing. So I left because I didn't feel comfortable with him working in my mouth. They had the nerve to send me an text message to do a survey that wasn't operating correctly. I wouldn't never recommend anyone to be serviced by them.

Fantastic experience: The location in Downtown is the best. This is just from my first visit. From the receptionists at the front desk, to the assistants and to the Doctor exhibited excellent customer service. I would recommend anyone to go here. Special shout out to Ms. Rae, the doctor’s assistant was very sweet and kind. Your service was exceptional. Thank you. To Dr. Hani, I thank God for you, the service I needed was an emergency and you knew from the start with no hesitation. See I had gone to a couple of dentists prior to get help and either they couldn’t help me or I would have to wait another 3 months to get my tooth pulled after receiving a consultation from them, which I waited for 3 months already to go to. Dr. Hani, you moved efficiently and we’re also kind. Thank you all, so much!!! You all blessed me yesterday!!!

Fantastic experience: I got my left wisdom pulled today and Dr.Hani & Nisha made me comfortable. I was a nervous wreck. I had my right wisdom pulled by them back in September the same 2 people so I was happy to see Nisha again. She make sure to ask in between are you okay and that’s very comforting. Thank you Dr.Hani & Nisha. All 4 wisdom are gone now!

Negative experience: First time at this office. Made an appointment for 11am, arrived early to allow time for paperwork and waiting. Ended up waiting over a hour while they called people to the back that arrived WELL after me. I had to leave to make it to work and they called me 30 minutes after I left.

Fantastic experience: I had a Wonderful Experience At Angel Dental care located on 2904 Euclid Ave Cleveland, OH 44115. The staff are polite and professional, There are two that really stood out their names were Nesha and Masoud they assisted me at my visit, they were awesome very professional, gentle and nice I would definitely recommend Angel Dental keep up the great Dental Care

Fantastic experience: I went in assuming I would just get a cleaning, and then I would have to make another appointment for the root canal. The procedure wasn’t too painful, and the healing process is going well. Definitely feels great not to worry about a painful tooth anymore. I’m so happy! Dr Hani & Ms Maritza did a wonderful job making sure I was taken care of, & I had same day service! I walked out of the dentist confident that my tooth was finally fixed! Everyone was so nice and made sure I had excellent care! This was my first time here, & I commend them on their urgency to help others with their dental care needs. Awesome service! Thanks again!

Fantastic experience: GREAT EXPERIENCE. I actually cancelled all my appointments else where to make this my main place to come. I love Dr M, she explains everything you need to know. I never walk out confused on what’s getting done, I love that.

Negative experience: I visited this place last Summer/Fall for an impacted wisdom tooth. Haneen casually told me that they can get the tooth out, but that it might break my jaw. Needless to say, I hired an oral surgeon instead and she did not have to break my jaw to get the tooth out. Even in my initial consult, she was very confident that the tooth could be removed safely. They also told me I needed 11 fillings. Went to another dentist and only need maybe 5 or 6. To the clients who are considering this facility, please do your due diligence and get a second opinion before letting Angel Dental perform any work on you. Dental emergencies are the worst and sometimes they leave you having to see the first available dentist. But if you're already in distress, this facility might exacerbate the problem. There are quality dentists out there but you must be willing to make the necessary phone calls and pay for consultations so that you won't be ambushed on the spot with daunting pessimism. I no longer have dentophobia because I found a better dentist who cares, doesn't judge me for being anxious at times, and takes a conservative approach to providing quality care. Hope the same for everyone else.

Negative experience: I’m definitely reaching out to a lawyer. Dirty, ghetto, and unprofessional. This was the worst dental office I have ever visited. I was legit scared to let them perform any treatment on me. They kept calling me the wrong patient, which is fine, but I want to ensure I get the proper treatment. Also, they didn’t know what I was coming in for after I clearly stated I was coming in for my wisdom tooth when I booked the appointment. If you leave a bad review, they will ban you from their office. I’m confident it’s against the law to deny people because they leave a bad review. I’ll reach out to a lawyer.
