Fantastic experience: I am a patient at this dental office, but I have never took my kids just because they had dental offices elsewhere, But then it was time for my little boys first dental appointment. He is four years old and I wanted to keep him at the same dentist as I am going to because I really love their customer service and how amazing they are. To be honest, I was a little tiny bit nervous because the office is not really decorated for children and this being his first visit ever I was a little nervous for him. The staff was beyond wonderful with my little boy they made him feel like a VIP From the front reception area to the back staff, I can’t express how much I appreciate them. All the doctor was brilliant and my little boy loved everyone there. They did an amazing job with him. He even told me he wants to come back to the dentist again. I highly recommend this place even for your kiddos.

Fantastic experience: I went to La Puente Advanced Dental for the first time, after a long time of avoiding the dentist. I’ve always been a little anxious for dentist appointments and after trying many places where I felt like a bother, a number, and unimportant, the staff provided a pleasantly unfamiliar experience. Adriana was very friendly and already anticipated my arrival. She greeted me by confirming my name and already working on my insurance. Monse and Dr. Chase made me very comfortable during my exam and were both very friendly. Bianca was great during my cleaning. She made sure I understood the process and explained what she was doing and what to expect. It was the first time a dental professional had ever told me what they were actually doing in my mouth and it put me at ease. (Her singing to the music that was playing also made me relaxed lol) she explained things in a way that made sense, told me things I could improve on without making me feel like I was being scolded. I’m very surprised how comfortable they all made me, and I’m actually looking forward to my next appointment. Thank you for being great with your patients, it truly means a lot!

It has amazing front office assistants and a caring staff that actually care for your teeth like they’re their own! The dental hygienist and dentist assistants are amazing and always make me smile . Fantastic experience: If you're anxious enough to avoid the dentist for 4+ years the way I was, then I highly recommend La Puente Advanced Dentistry! I first contacted them on a Monday about urgent, intense pain, and they were able to see me that same day. Everyone from the front desk to the back rooms are incredibly kind and passionate about their work, it has helped so much to put me at ease and keep me coming back for the treatments that will get my oral health back on track!

Fantastic experience: I have never had such an awesome experience like this one. I went in on a Saturday and the office was just buzzing. It was so fun everyone knew exactly what they were doing, were super fast and knowledgeable. I had a family member pass and explained my face was puffy from crying so I was already very self conscious going in and the team was very compassionate and expressed great consideration and care. They didn’t know they helped me take my mind off of that situation on top of helping me with two wisdom teeth I need to removed. Everything they explained they needed to do was very straight forward and they made me feel very safe knowing what we needed to do. I absolutely love this office and have now recommended it to others. This will be my forever dentist as long as I’m in La puente! A huge shoutout and thank you to the team!!

I was a little scared at first but the minute I walked in the girls in the front greeted me with a beautiful welcoming smile that made me feel very welcome and made me calm. Office is very clean the doctor is really nice. Shirley has an amazing personality she is very helpful went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and made sure I was able to take care of my treatment financially. I really recommend this office. Another plus They are bilingual in Spanish and everyone is super friendly. Definitely an office to come to.

Negative experience: Be careful before agreeing to treatment here. I came in because of impacted wisdom teeth and wanted another opinion after seeing several other dentists. Three other dentists independently agreed I would likely need one crown due to decay caused by an impacted wisdom tooth. This office, however, told me I needed four crowns and four bone grafts/membranes, even though my upper wisdom teeth erupted normally and no other dentist recommended those procedures. Their treatment plan totaled $6,600, which was more than double what I was quoted elsewhere. I was also told I would receive a $600 discount only if I agreed and signed the treatment plan that same day of the initial consultation!. After I didn’t move forward, they called back offering $1,600 off, bringing the total to about $5,000—still more than double the cost from other opinions I received. I can’t speak to the quality of their dental work because I chose not to proceed. However, I felt the sales pressure and large differences in recommended treatment were concerning. If you’re considering this office, I’d strongly recommend getting a second or even third opinion before agreeing to extensive or expensive dental work.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at this office! Bianca, the dentist, cleaned my daughter’s teeth, and she was amazing. She was very thorough, took her time, and was so gentle throughout the entire cleaning. She kept checking on her to make sure she was comfortable, which was really appreciated. She made the experience relaxing and did an excellent job. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and attentive dental professional!

Fantastic experience: I have severe dental anxiety to the point I need to take anxiety medication. Dr. Chase is incredible, I feel safe. I've had numerous dentists over my life who have messed up my teeth in various ways so I've naturally learned to dislike dentists in general. He is very kind, supportive, warm, informative, considerate. I don't look forward to dentist appointments due to previous trauma but knowing Dr. Chase is the one doing the work makes everything easier. He managed to save a tooth that another dentist tried to call a root canal, tooth is still strong and kicking! I should further mention that I'm trans. Things weren't fully understood at first but everyone adapted and learned and I feel safe and in an inclusive place. I'm so grateful to everyone for their kindness through all of this <3 I highly recommend them and they absolutely deserve the 5 star review.

Negative experience: I initially came here for their Invisalign pricing, which is very competitive, and overall I’ve had a good experience with the dentist and dental technicians, they’re friendly, laid back, and make visits comfortable. Unfortunately, my experience with billing has been frustrating. It took several months to obtain insurance pre-authorization due to it being submitted incorrectly, and I had to repeatedly follow up to keep the process moving. Communication with billing often felt passive-aggressive, even when asking simple questions, and I overheard unprofessional comments being made about patients after phone calls while in office. Additionally, it took over four months after my treatment was completed to receive the portion that my insurance had already paid, requiring frequent follow-up on my part. I hope management takes this feedback into consideration, as the clinical staff truly do a great job and deserve support from a more professional and responsive front office experience.

She did my cleaning and also provided me with information on flossing/brushing properly. While it may not have been considered an emergency, it definitely felt urgent to her, and they were able to accommodate her right away even as a new patient. Everyone was incredibly helpful, professional, and compassionate. They took the time to explain several treatment and financing options, which we truly appreciated. Without a doubt, this was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a dental office. Great atmosphere, great music, and the office even smelled amazing! We honestly didn’t even mind the wait. We went to this office because we needed an emergency appointment on a Saturday. The staff and dentist were all incredible with her and went out of their way to make sure she felt comfortable. They turned what is usually an extremely stressful situation into a pleasant one. 5 stars all the way!
