Fantastic experience: I had an excellent experience at this dental office. From the moment I walked in, the doctor was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. They took the time to make me feel comfortable and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed. One thing that really stood out was how affordable their pricing was. Compared to other dental offices I contacted, their rates were exceptionally reasonable while still providing top-quality care. The doctor was also very educational throughout the entire process, explaining everything clearly and helping me understand my treatment options. I never felt left in the dark about what was being done or why. They even took the time to discuss other services that might benefit me in the future, without being pushy or sales-oriented. Fantastic experience: The staff was very kind and worked fast the moment I walked through the doors (it also helped that I did my intake form prior to my appointment). Usually there’s a wait with these but they got me in on time! The young woman at the front desk had amazing bedside manner and Dr.Riazi is very quick and gentle with her hands. Fantastic experience: Dr Riazi was amazing. I found this place on Groupon and I am happy they do re-root canal treatments. Most of the dentist do not accept re-treatments which done by another dentist. Booking was easy , everyone was super friendly and I am happy with my results. Highly recommended

Negative experience: The reviews on here are too good to be true. If you want accurate reviews of this location then I would suggest looking at them on yelp. I was extremely disappointed by the staff here and their attitude. Very rude management and I can tell that the assistants are also fed up. I won’t be coming back to this place anytime soon.

Negative experience: Frivolous! -Dr. Sara promised braces for my kids with no out of pocket. Then, her office advised me of a balance of $400+. I asked for an explanation, and now they are asking for 1000 to remove the braces. Not cool. Don't go here, folks. It's all lies from Doc Sara and her crew. This office has no problems maxing out your Lifetime Maximum without any explanation. Next stop, BBB. The same goes for the office in LP and WC.

Negative experience: I am in shock how rude the doctor was at this location. I've never encountered such poor customer service at a dental office. I didn't deserve to be treated in this unprofessional manner. I simply scheduled an appointment via the Groupon tool. When I called to confirm my appointment they said that my appointment did not show up in the office they were in. When showing up promptly to my appointment the doctor immediately said I didn't have an appointment and it was "common sense" to confirm. After mentioning my hour commute and I was from NY, she then proceeded to tell me how my way of thinking was wrong because I was an out of towner.
