Fantastic experience: There was no wait time for us. We were seen right away and got to X-rays, cleaning, and examining as soon as we got in. Our three kids were taken care of so well and they were so happy. We love Dr. Lee and his staff and how easy they make the dentist visits for our family.

We switched dentists after my daughter had a cavity, and we were worried about having it treated, but he calmly walked us through everything and put us at ease. He’s patient and takes the time to explain things clearly. The staff is also friendly and welcoming, which makes every visit easy.

He explains things and doesn’t add on unnecessary things like a lot of offices do because they are trying to get more money. The work he does is exceptional and you truly get what you pay for. Fantastic experience: I am so greatful to my dentist for recommending this dental office for my kids, my now 3 and a half year old daughter has gone twice in the past to another dental office and has been terrified of going to the dentist ever since and I was honestly scared of taking her because she just hears ‘dentist’ and starts screaming, so I made an appointment for just my 18 month old son and took my daughter so she can just see and maybe ease her into dental care but before they even took my son in she started getting so comfortable with the staff and they offered to see her as well and assured me I didn’t have to worry if she started screaming or crying that they would have patience with her but I mean to say I was surprised is an understatement. They made my kids feel so safe and comfortable, it was a great experience and they took the time to answer my questions. My daughter said “I like going to the dentist, it was cool.”

Lee is wonderful with children and his staff is awesome. My son recently had an accident at school and partially knocked his tooth out. I called and asked for an emergency appointment and even though the dentist had a busy schedule, they fit him in and saw him shortly after we called. Very thankful to have such a great dentist for my children.

Fantastic experience: I have been to MULTIPLE dentists for my oldest who is 4 due to being told she needed anesthesia for her dental work needed. A friend recommended Robert C Lee office & OMG when I tell you that this office is hands down the BEST I mean it ! They took care of all my daughters needs and she was so calm with them, only nit ox used it was amazing ! My son had his first visit today and he is my timid child and they made him feel so calm and relaxed. I can't recommend this dentist and his staff enough.

Positive experience: It’s clean, the staff is nice and quick, they offer goodie bags to the kids after their visit and provide a token in which the kids can get a prize from his gumball machine after treatment (stickers, bouncy balls, etc). They offer movies to watch as a distraction during the cleaning treatments, cute sunglasses to protect from the bright lights while laying down and a cool train that goes around the entire building (my personal fave) and some video games for the kiddos to play with while you wait/check in. With all that being said I’ve gone here for about 8 years now with 2 of my girl children. 8 year old no cavities - 11 year old just diagnosed with her first ones. In my time coming here - I’ve observed he has a high overturn in staff throughout the years and his presence is cold and rushed. I can appreciate personable and rushed but cold and rushed is a hard no for me. He tries very hard to be warm but I’ve observed him with his staff at times and it’s uncomfortable. It’s visible impatience & disappointment if his assistants performance is not meeting expectation and, what appears, even less personable, with them. His treatment dates are not kid friendly (only offers them during in school time slots - I’ve come to experience this for the first time as my 11 year old will need to get fillings) I can appreciate the façade for the little ones but as a parent it’s difficult to want to stay with him as my girls are getting older. Especially after learning that I’d have to miss work and my daughter miss school, to schedule treatment. I’ve already paid my deposit for treatment but I think I’m ok with forfeiting that in lieu of finding a dentist that better fits our growing needs.

Fantastic experience: Before going to Dr Lee I had such a traumatizing experience with another pediatric dentist. I left their office in tears. The same day I took the Internet in search of a decent dentist. After reading review after review I decided to give Dr Lee a go. I do not regret my decision. My son needed two fillings so I really couldn't wait. Dr Lee was such a positive experience. Thankfully we didn't need anesthesia. Dr Lee as well as the office staff were really patient with him during the procedure. Today we went back for his follow up cleaning and my two year old and my four year old both love them. That says so much about someone. If you're looking for a dentist. Take it from a mom who already had a horrible experience, he's really different than the average dentist our there. Also, they are always on time and they make sure they get your in and out quickly so the kids don't get fussy. N all the trains, are truly a hit with my kids which is a bonus.

Fantastic experience: My 8 yr old boy ran into a pole today and chipped his front tooth. It chipped a good chunk, but thankfully after confirming with xray, nothing serious was seen. Dr. Lee did an amazing job filling the tooth. And it matched perfectly to his adult tooth. (My husband was able to send me pictures while I was at work.) My son can be a bit shy, but Dr. Lee and his wonderful staff made him feel at ease, as usual. He especially loves Dr. Lee's toy train running through the office. And he was so happy with the results, he ran to show it off to me when I got home from work. Thanks a million to Dr. Lee and his wonderful staff. My kiddo is running around bragging about how good his tooth looks.

I took my daughter for her 4yr dental visit and she was a little scared, but the woman who took her x-rays and cleaned her teeth was so amazingly kind and gentle. Fantastic experience: Doctor Robert Lee is the best kids dentist we have ever seen. He works fast and professional. My son used to be scared of dentists before we came to this office, not anymore! The staff is nice and friendly. The interior is cute, all the walls are beautifully painted and there is an electric toy train by the ceiling. Kids get a coin for a vending machine after every visit.

This visit was an emergency visit and his staff not only fit us in but, called to to do my daughters cleaning and X-rays and schedule my other daughters visit the same day so I wouldn’t have to come back another day. I don’t live far from the office but they are always doing what they can to save me an extra drive. The staff and Dr Lee are always amazing with my kids and always very thorough with procedures and costs.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to this place since 2013 for my first and second child, and I have always had positive experiences. I have never felt that the dentist is overbooked or that there is a long wait time. He had a lady who used to do the insurance that was frustrating but i haven't seen her there past few years. We pay with FSA card and she battled with us to leave an appointment fee and we always left aggravated because she'd get upset we didn't want to leave a "missed appointment fee" when we'd never missed an appointment. His team is consistently well-prepared and ready for our appointments when we arrive. In my opinion, Robert is gentle with my children and knows how to take control without being overly aggressive or frustrated. It's a relief to see that my children have never had the traumatic experiences at the dentist that I had when I was younger. Dr. Lee has created a comfortable and pleasant environment for them.

I love how they showed and explain to my kids what they’ll be doing with the tools and to their teeth. My kids are autistic so I was worried they were going to have a bad experience, but my 8 year old was comfortable enough to let them get near him. Which to me says a lot. Unfortunately, it was still a big step for my 5 year old since it was his first time, but we were able to get some work done still. He did his best and he definitely loved the train they have. Fantastic experience: A review from the biggest kid on them dental chairs :) Met Dr. Lee through a local car club and somehow we ended up talking about my fear to see a dentist. At first he was trying to figure out why then slowly he offer a free consultation and told me that he would refer me to his network. Giving the fact Dr. Lee only practice his profession with kids and he took me in so I am very honored and grateful that we met and he is willing to service the community to his best. Regarding my experience with his business all of his staff are amazing friendly. I was greeted the min I walked in and they honor their appointment system well meaning in a timely manner. Lastly and the MOST important they were super gentle with me lol. Like I said… the biggest kid on them dental chairs. Thank you to Dr. Lee’s office and highly recommended to all.

I picked this clinic based on reviews and I'm very happy with our experience! After 4 years of not seeing a dentist due to my fear of my sons behavior towards health care professionals, i was surprised that he stayed calm and cooperate from beginning to end of visit. Fantastic experience: Best pediatric dentist and clinic in the SGV, period. Dr. Lee really take cares of our three kids as if they were his own. For example, his team was able to squeeze our son in earlier today for a tooth extraction. We are so grateful for all of them. Also, for the kids’ routine 6-mo check up, he’s able to fit them all in at the same time which is super convenient for us as parents. The clinic is very clean, which is a huge plus too. Don’t bother researching any more for a dentist for your kids - he’s your guy! Ty, Dr. Lee and team for all you do.
