Fantastic experience: My hygienist April is just wonderful!

Fantastic experience: My daughter broke her lower front tooth while biting her nails, and I was extremely worried—especially since it’s a front tooth. I called the office right away and spoke with Ebby, who was professional, kind, and able to get my daughter in quickly. That immediately put me at ease. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted with Ebby’s warm smile and a cheerful “good morning,” which made such a difference. Vanessa took my daughter back and truly made the experience amazing for her. My daughter was very nervous because of the unknown (and she can be a little dramatic!), but Vanessa was patient, reassuring, and so kind. When Dr. Suarez came in, he reassured my daughter that everything was going to be okay. He explained everything to her in a way she could understand and made her feel completely comfortable. She didn’t even feel the shot! She walked out of the office, and you honestly cannot even tell she had a filling done. I’m beyond grateful for the care, professionalism, and compassion this team showed. Highly recommend this office to anyone—especially parents with nervous kiddos!

Fantastic experience: I really enjoyed meeting Dr. Suarez and his staff. He asked me what problems I was having. I told him that I have a regular dentist that I've been seeing for quite some time, but am still having issues with gum pain. I shariled this with my dentist almost every visit and he always would say there's nothing wrong. So I thought maybe I needed to see an endodontist or a periodontist or another specialist to delve deeper into this situation. I thought that old age was contributing to my pain with a receding gum line or there might be an abscess or because I didn't always wear my night guard. Dr. Suarez had his assistant take x-rays and when he came in to analyze them, he also had photos of my teeth. What was amazing to me is his trained eyes could see details that my dentist had been missing for years. I was so impressed that he's so into the details. He's like an investigator. No stone goes unturned. It's like he's looks at each tooth with a fine-tooth comb. He told me and showed me on the big screen in the patient room exactly what the problem was and the solution. I was amazed. I knew immediately I wanted him as my dentist!!!

Fantastic experience: I had to get an infected tooth extracted & then a bone graft, I’ve never had anything like this done so I was scared! Dr Suarez was very thorough and careful with me and explained everything and did great. I was super numbed so didn’t feel any pain, his staff is always very comforting when I go to their office. Fantastic experience: I came in today because my veneer had fallen off, and the office took me in right away. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and the office was spotless and super clean. The doctor was very professional and not only cemented my veneer back on but also clearly explained the other dental work I needed in a way that was easy to understand. Fantastic experience: I have been going to Dr. Suarez for over 15 years. I know I am in good hands when I see Dr. Suarez and trust him explicitly. Everyone who works in this office is very professional and nice. When I had my gum surgery a surgeon came to the office to perform the treatment, I did not have to drive to another location. Fantastic experience: I would like to share a few positive thoughts regarding my experience with Dr. Zachary Offman, DMD. He is an invaluable asset to the dental team at that dental office! I had a very important appointment this afternoon. It took me years to move forward with getting a dental implant, but after a couple visits with him and the staff helping wirh my dental care, I felt he was the "right" one to do the work involved with this procedure. Today, was the first part in this process, and I was very nervous inside (as this was a decision that took me years to make), but he was very professional and kind as he shared insight as to what is involved and what I should expect as I heal with time. Him as well as the dental assistant periodically would ask if I was "okay" while they were working on me, and each and every time, I gave a "thumbs up" to communicate I was doing good. I am so grateful to him and knew I made the right choice as I entrusted him with this work. From my perspective, being at peace when in the hands of "complete competency" is "invaluable." Fantastic experience: I was referred here by my friend Ebby, she's one of the receptionist there along side with her is the talented little Lupe. I had a standard cleaning done by the fabulous dental hygienist Gen. She was very aware of what she was doing and did a great of what her mission was. She asked if I had any pain (mind you in this moment I have metal objectives in my mouth as well as phalanges) so I was able to point out the pain with the tip of my tongue on the far left corner and as Gen being as experienced as she is detected where in fact the pain was located. Thank you. Now let's move onto the next memeber of the group, Monique she took my x rays, made sure I was wearing the proper PPE, and was very patient in explaining herself on which way she would like me to turn my head in order for the machine to take a picture. Than was introduced to the second in command Mr. Hammond. "L'chaim" brother didn't have much work done by him, but was still cool people. Another dental hygienist went by April barley talked to her, however she seemed really nice and experienced in craft. 5 stars out 5 for this dental office! thanks family! After searching other offices I realized you truly get what you pay for. I decided to go back and and have my son's services done with Dr. Suarez office. Fantastic experience: Today was my first visit, and although I didn’t get a chance to meet Dr. Suarez, who came highly recommended by a close friend, I was treated by Dr. Zachary Offman and I’m so glad I did! I had to have an upper back tooth extracted, and Dr. Offman was absolutely fantastic. Not only is he a kind and funny gentleman, but he made the whole experience so much more comfortable than I expected. His gentle hands and clear passion for his work really stood out. I’ve had my fair share of dental visits, and I just wish I’d found Dr. Offman sooner! He’s definitely my new go to dentist.

It was my first visit and even though I knew I was going in for a serious procedure, and I was in extreme pain, the way they went about the process and how they explained everything made it almost not that bad and I almost forgot I was in pain! In the end though it was a mission complete and they did an excellent job! The thing that surprised me the most was that I went in as a cash pay because I don’t have dental insurance and the price they gave me was actually great compared to other, less comforting places I’ve been too! Fantastic experience: I went to the office of Ricardo Suarez DDS to fix my broken tooth I had from a root canal done by another Dentist who didn't finish to do a crown on my tooth that's why it broke But the Dentist in Dr Suarez office was able to fix my tooth and repair it. also put the crown in. I was so pleased that they were able to save my tooth. It was broken to almost all my root was broken off, but it was great they were able to save my tooth Thank you very much. I had no pain either

Fantastic experience: This review is long overdue. I believe I've been seen by Dr. Suarez and his staff for almost 10 years. I've never stayed with a dentist this long because I was either disappointed with the service or scared because the dentist didn't have a gentle touch. Well, Dr. Suarez changed all that. He replaced the caps I had on my front teeth. This requires a shot, which was extremely painful the first time I had this procedure completed. This was not the case with Dr. Suarez. I didn't even feel the shot. He always takes the time to stop in to say hi, even if I'm there for just a routine cleaning. This brings me to my hygienist, Annie. She is a wonderful hygienist, but an even better person. She always takes the best care of my teeth. I adore her. Lupe, who runs the front desk, is absolutely the best. She always greets me with a smile and has always been available to answer any questions that I have. I now live in Long Beach and will continue to commute to Dr. Suarez's office. I highly recommend Dr. Suarez and his amazing staff.

Fantastic experience: (Another) great experience at Dr. Suarez’s office. My hygienist, April, does an excellent job. Best cleaning I’ve ever had. The staff there is helpful and friendly too.

Fantastic experience: Always a great speedy professional experience… wife and kid come to April and Dr. Suarez for over 15 years now! April is patient with me as my hygienist, and we always have great conversation and gentle work done! Definitely check this place out! Right off the FWY too! We’ve been making the drive from every place we’ve moved to in SoCal…

Fantastic experience: Doctors and staff are all amazing. Oldest son got his braces with them last year and have been very accommodating , professional, compassionate and friendly through his process. Today started taking my younger son and I previously took him to a children's dentist but today he needed an extraction and I can't emphasize enough how appreciative I am of how the staff was with him. They were very patient, took their time to comfort him and walk him through process. I am very happy and thankful to have a dentist that we can trust and are happy with. Thank you to all the staff.

Positive experience: I hate to ruin Dr. Suarez's 5 star rating. He is very good at what he does and it's good that he does everything in-office instead of sending patients out. The 4 stars is that he does not offer any kind of payment plan. I am not able to get Care Credit for the amount of work that needs to be done. And I'm not a rich woman. I have worked with other dentists who offered payment plans. I don't know why this is not the case here. I don't want to take my business elsewhere but I guess I have to. Disappointing.

Fantastic experience: Just got my front permanent teeth bonded and they came out so perfect. Thank you to Dr. Zachary Offman and his assistant Christine for fixing my front teeth. Very nice people, made sure my smile was perfect before leaving. So helpful when it came to me asking so many questions. Made me feel comfortable and cared how I felt. First time at this dental office! I went home with such a happy smile on my face.
