Negative experience: Just so you're aware, my local dentist is closed and they don't see emergency patients. I called and spoke with Leticia, and I wanted to see if they any availability or I can get call back if something opens. Never took my number or gave me suggestions even though they say they take emergency situations.

Fantastic experience: As someone who was terrified of the dentist, and avoided routine checkups, I now look forward to visiting. I can work on my oral health with out triggering a mental health issue the whole staff is kind and friendly.. and supportive. They understand that when you come from previous bad experiences it take a while to build trust . The specialist are just as amazing -pain free root canal! And extraction took less time then going through a Starbucks drive thru. I can’t say enough good things about this whole practice. My husband had not been to a dentist in 20 years and he’s also now a believer that dental health does not have to be painful pushing and panic inducing. Jackie is the gem of the office , her compassion, patience really make you feel at easy and safe. Not to mention I chewed gum and chips on a temporary before my crown .. it stayed put. I’m eternally grateful we found this practice- Dr S is the best - I can’t gatekeeper her , everyone deserves this type of care .

She is awesome, also very attentive . Hailey goes above and beyond while cleaning your teeth. In general all the staff from your first contact with the front desk staff to dental staff assistants they are all awesome and they all go above and beyond to provide exceptional support and comfort while taking care of your dental health care.

Fantastic experience: I love Dr. Shehata & ALL of her staff. I had an injury to my front two teeth. I was in such a difficult place, financially and mentally. Being the front two teeth, it was a hard pill to swallow. They were so patient and helpful through the entire process, even when I was honestly having moments where I was being too difficult. But I am truly happy with the results. I am in tears bc I feel like I can finally be myself again and not be afraid to laugh and smile again. When I first found Dr. Shehata and her office, I loved them so much that I was paying out of pocket since I didn’t have dental insurance. They worked with me for treatment plans and finances without any judgement. When I went job hunting, a big deciding factor was whether they had the type of insurance this dentist office takes. I highly recommend this place for their work and care for all their patients.

Fantastic experience: I’m gonna be honest they’re alright but Debbie (the front desk lady) always seems so grumpy. It’s kind of intimidating. The doctor is very nice though and very helpful always answers my questions and make sure the procedure isn’t to much for me. I think dentists in general just give me anxiety so I don’t blame Debbie

Negative experience: Receptionist very rude and unprofessional. Great dental work, however the miscommunications with insurance is a red flag. After being a client for over 2yrs. I felt like I was doing their work for them calling my own insurance to make sure my paper work was being process.

Fantastic experience: A wonderful experience with an attentive dentist, Dr. Shehata was incredible. She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable when removing cavities, and ensured me that she would get the job done without me experiencing any pain. She was right. She removed three cavities, one of which was very deep and next to my nerve but didn’t hurt at all. (For context, previously I had a significant amount of dental work done at a different dental office and was in pain every time they worked on me. It was horrible!)

Fantastic experience: Woke up one morning with an insane tooth ache. I was really stressed about finding a new dentist as I hadn’t been to one in 4+ years. The team at Glendora Healthy Smiles took care of me every step of the way and I couldn’t be any happier. After checking for dental offices in my area that accepted Guardian PPO insurance, I came across this practice. I called in, the receptionist (and I think financial coordinator?) Debby was very patient and answered all of my questions and ended up being seen that day. The dental assistant was very nice, explained everything she needed to do to get started, and made sure I was comfortable. The dentist, Dr Shehata, was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and very easy to talk to. Although the facility isn’t new by any means, the quality of care from start to finish should be the industry standard AT LEAST. I will be taking myself and my family here while we still live in this area. Thank you Glendora Healthy Smiles team!

Positive experience: I really liked much better your Hygienist you had last Febuary 2024 when I came in for service. My teeths feels like they're still needed more cleaning. I didn't receive the total cleanest service this time. I hope that on my next cleaning, I will be able to see a different hygienist if possible.

Fantastic experience: Last year I was looking for a dentist and I was recommended by my sister in law to visit here, I made my appt and came in as I was experiencing pain in a tooth. The process was so quick and Dr. Christine is so kind and explains everything so well, showed me my x rays and explained her concerns. The office staff is all so kind, got my cleaning done here and cavity feeling and honestly I will not be going anywhere else for dental work. Everyone here is kind, professional, no pressure like other dental places to do things right then and there ( they tell you to do it when you’re ready) although they will tell you what’s recommended and they are so quick!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Shehata and her staff have been amazing. I needed a lot of work: a broken tooth which led to an implant, a root canal, and 2 crowns! And while it seemed like a huge undertaking time wise and financially, they made it really easy to plan for both.
