Negative experience: Dentist here are amazing. I won't lie about that. She had amazing bedside manner and was caring. However the business manager Tina is another story. I had set up payments for services received and they kept charging me at different times which was not agreed upon. I called numerous times with the excuse of "ill call you back which she never did. Final time i called Tina she stated they charged you three months at once because there probably wasnt money in there when they tried previously. Which of course i thought was very insulting and unprofessional on her part. Funny part is i dont have enough money for one payment but enough for three at one time. Anyways felt it was fair to state the facts on here for others to decide if they want their monies taken at anytime without consent and unprofessional things said to them too.

Fantastic experience: Stacked Smiles is a great little dentist place! The staff is friendly as well as works with you to schedule your appointments. The dentists inform you after exams and take the time to answer your questions. Teeth cleaning is not so bad either. I love that scheduling will contact you or text you to confirm an upcoming appointment! On top of that they decorate just about every month for holidays.

Negative experience: I spoke with their staff to schedule a general checkup and cleaning. However, when I arrived and the dentist finished the checkup, I mentioned that I was also there for a cleaning. The dentist then told me that he doesn’t perform cleanings and that the hygienist handles that—but the hygienist wasn’t there that day. Because of that, I had to schedule another appointment. Fast forward to my cleaning appointment scheduled for 10:00 AM. It’s already 10:30 AM, and it’s still not my turn. I asked how much longer it would be, and they replied with an unsure “Hmm… maybe 10 more minutes?” What a waste of time!

Fantastic experience: Loved the work on my teeth so greatful to have found Stacked Smiles. Totally recommend them for dental work. Everyone is super nice and made my visit so splendid which is insane to say because I do not like detal work.

Fantastic experience: I had all my teeth pulled and dentures on the top and snap in on the bottom! Dr P was amazing!! I hate the dentist and he and Tina walked me through every step! He told me what was going to happen and that’s what happened. He listen to my concerns and worked with me every step of the way! I would give them a 10 if that was possible!

Fantastic experience: Everybody here was so genuinely friendly and helpful, I felt as ease. The x-ray tech was gentle and calming while she walked me through the process and I didn’t experience pain as I have in the past. The Dr was incredibly informative and had such a positive energy. She Took the time to ask me what my main concerns were as well as listening to me and giving me feedback on all different avenues so that I could figure out what works best for me. She seems to genuinely care about her patience in a way that most dentists do not. The financing team were so incredibly helpful. They were able to help me find a plan that I could actually maintain. I am so glad I stumbled upon this dentist office because they really care about their patients dental health In a way that I have never found in any other dental office!! Update: Got temporary crowns today and was treated with such precision and care. I love that I’m given all of the information and asked how I feel about any and everything! So happy to have found a dentist that actually cares!

Fantastic experience: One of the greatest dentist I have ever been to. I have anxiety about dental procedures and the staff made me feel comfortable and confident about the procedure. Angelica was great with getting situated and taking my teeth X-rays did not feel any discomfort. Joel was also great in breaking everything down afterwards and getting me scheduled for my next appointment. Really pleased with the service and staff at this office. If you need any dental work I definitely recommend coming here specially if you are scared of the dentist or if the dentist makes you uncomfortable. Great Staff! Great Service!

Fantastic experience: I LOVE this dentist office! Everyone here is so warm and welcoming! Rachel cleaned my teeth today and she was so calming and reassuring and sweet. The guy at the front desk has always been really nice too. They are fast, efficient, GREAT price and super affordable…but most of all they make you feel like family here. It’s only been my second appointment and I’m already going to be bringing my family here. Pro Tip: If you schedule a Saturday appt, there is a small farmers market right nearby. The office is also located next to a shopping center. This is my this is my view, palm trees and fountains ⛲️

This has been my dental office for the past year, I’ve had excellent service every time. Even when I am in a bad mood they always get me to smile. Fantastic experience: Dr. K and his staff are phenomenal! I’m terribly afraid of going to the dentist. If you have a fear due to pain and or anxiety, this is the perfect place! Also, all paperwork is quick and online, so no need to show up earlier to complete paperwork. I had a really bad cavity on my wisdom tooth that was causing me a lot of pain and needed to be extracted. Luckily, I found Dr. K through my insurance and gave them a call. Joel is the one who helped me book my appointment. I let him know about my concerns and deep fear of the dentist. He was nothing but patient and understanding. He walked me through the whole process and was able to book me an appointment for an examination and potential extraction on the same day! They have a specialist on site once a week, which is a huge plus! Day of my appointment. Dhamil brought me to the room to take my X-rays. He was very kind and hospitable. After we were done, Joel personally came in to introduce himself and check in on me. Everything was exactly like he explained. He would also check in on the Drs and staff to make sure everyone was on the same page. Joel definitely went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I felt like a superstar getting special treatment. Dr.K met with me to go over my X-rays and to examine my wisdom tooth. He went over all my options for the extraction(s). I love how he takes the time to explain everything without being judgmental and without pressuring you to make decisions. He’d answer my questions in full detail before I could even ask them. Next, I had the pleasure of working with the specialist, Dr.P. He went over what to expect in terms of pain versus pressures and what was normal versus what was not normal. He made sure to ease me through the pain and numb me really well. I love that he is very straightforward and will not sugarcoat anything, but at the same time he is very reassuring. You can tell he is really good at what he does and I knew I was in good hands (literally and figuratively). Because of my giant cavity, there was a chance my tooth would come out in 2 pieces, but Dr.P worked his magic and pulled it out in 1! Everyone made sure to go over post care protocols, medication regimen, and go over any signs of concerns. I felt very taken care of by everyone in the office. I highly recommend Smile Select! I am super picky when it comes to the dentist due to past trauma (I avoided the dentist for 20 years). It’s always easier to leave a negative review, but I have nothing but good things to say about this place. Thank you Joel, Dr.K, Dr.P, Dhamil and everyone at the office!

Fantastic experience: Went for a consultation for dental implants. I’m glad I chose to come here. The dentist looked at my teeth to see what was going on. I have a cleaning coming up as well now. Everyone was nice. they explained everything I would need to do. answered all the questions I had too. Everyone at Smile Select Dental was friendly. From the dentist to the girls who work in front. They made me feel comfortable which was nice. I’m glad I went to check them out. Nice inside N very clean. That was important too. very professional place. UPDATE. Well, I have been going to Smile Select since I went for my consultation. They’re my dentist now so. I went through so much. I had to get a sinus lift on each side. And I needed a bone graph on all 4 sides. So, I went through a few dental surgeries. I went through a lot like I said. But all worth it. I just got my upper implants. 4 implants and 1 fake tooth (fake tooth lol) look good tho. Just got my bottom restoration done. And at the end of the month, I will have my bottom crowns. 5 implants, and 2 fake teeth. Don’t get crowns till the end of the month. I love the top results, but I might need a gum graph it looks like. I have gum recession basically where I have my implants. Gonna talk to the Dentist since she is the one who did my restoration. Gr8 Dentist btw. Dr. Amanda is so nice, friendly, and caring. She is always making sure the patient is comfortable and there is no pain when she is doing what she’s doing in your mouth. She is gentle and always asks if u feel any discomfort. I got into know everybody down there. Some employees have come and gone, like many jobs. But I like Smile Select. They have many offices where you can choose the closest to your location. Very friendly professional staff. At least my experience has been really good. Dr K. is friendly and makes u feel comfortable. He is nice, to be honest. I recommend Smile Select Dental. I have been to both offices in West Covina, & Chino. And both offices are really clean and nice. I'm just happy That I finally got my top implants. They look so nice. I can smile now, without being embarrassed. I always partially smiled. Can’t wait for bottom crowns. West Covina Dental is my home office and everybody down there is super nice. I found a GR8 dental office for implants & I found an awesome dentist.
