The office is clean, modern, and very well organized. The hygienist team, Ally and Alina, were gentle, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which I really appreciated. Dr. C is a straight shooter and tells me like it is with no nonsense. I can dig that too. I felt completely comfortable with everyone in the office the entire visit. They helped me figure out a billing issue with Delta as well, which greatly appreciated. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality care and a friendly team!

Fantastic experience: Wonderful and very honest dentist. Have been going to him for about 16 years and when he says I need a procedure I schedule it because the ‘why’ Is always very detailed when he explains. Another plus is that when I am scheduled for a visit I am always called either right on time or MAYBE up to five minutes later but no more. Dentists like Dr. Clements are very few and hard to find.

Fantastic experience: This is a very professionally run practice yet friendly to patients. I am always greeted with a smile. I appreciate that I do not have to wait long once I arrive. My time is respected by all to ensure that I will receive the very best and comprehensive care I count on. I never feel that there is a rush to be done with my appointment. Quite to the contrary, if I have a question or concern, Dr. Clements will take the time to answer or investigate my concern in order to be sure there is nothing “hidden” going on. I wasn't rushed through which was great. The only thing I missed was recieving a welcoming package . See you in April. I returned in April and received the same 5 star care. Fantastic experience: Another visit to Dr. Clements. I have been with this office for quite a number of years now. Today is no exception. I was there today for a consultation besides my regular check up. As always Dr. Clements is a true professional who gives his expert advice and opinion. He truly makes you feel cared for. The office staff are friendly and cheerful. Thank you for making me feel welcome every time. --------------------- I have been through quite a few dentists. I was actually quite happy with the last one I had but somehow I feel I am missing that little bit more of expertise and care. So far Dr.Clements has been very good in treating my dental needs. He has shown care and concern but most of all I think he takes pride in his work which automatically translate into my trust that he will do a good job. If you are looking for a Dentist, Dr.Clements is the one.

Negative experience: Bottom line: I left feeling like I may have been misinformed about the condition of my teeth. I was told I had multiple cavities and needed crowns, but after getting a second opinion from my longtime dentist, I was told I had no cavities. That major difference in diagnosis was very concerning and made me lose trust in the practice. Full story below: I chose this dentist based on the positive reviews, but my experience was very disappointing. One thing that immediately concerned me was learning that patients were being offered an incentive for leaving reviews, which made me question how genuine those ratings really are. During my visit, the overall atmosphere felt insincere. What was most upsetting was being told I had three cavities and needed crowns, despite having seen my regular dentist only three months earlier. That diagnosis did not sit right with me, especially because it seemed to be presented before a thorough exam, and when I asked questions, I felt dismissed rather than respected. Because I was uncomfortable, I followed up with my longtime dentist for a second opinion, driving all the way to Riverside because I trust him. I was then told I had no cavities, and that the only possible issue was an older root canal that may need to be redone. That huge difference in diagnosis left me with serious concerns about the accuracy and honesty of my visit here. I am sharing this because I think patients deserve to feel informed, respected, and confident that recommended treatment is truly necessary. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.

Fantastic experience: My first visit here I came to get my wisdom tooth taken out. The staff and DR. Clement’s were amazing! I found them on yelp and instantly wanted to come due to all the great reviews! I definitely was not let down! The staff that helped me remembered me for my check up! Everyone is super polite. Fantastic experience: New patient here! They started off with a tour and made me so comfortable. I’ve been eating poorly and expected it to be horrible but they were so sweet and helpful, explaining everything as they went. My only feedback is to bring a jacket, the A/C is cranking!

Fantastic experience: Update 12/17: Came in today for my second cleaning and I’m still very happy and satisfied with everything. From Stephanie checking me in to Alina setting me up in the exam room to Allyson with her gentle and thorough cleaning and last but not least, Dr. Clements and his wonderful chair side manner. All the staff here are amazing and make sure to check up on you throughout the process. Highly recommend! I am very happy to have found my dentist! I was a bit worried since I had moved from Arizona and had an already established relationship with a dentist out there. So, to be able to find Dr. Clements and his office was a relief. Everything from check-in with Stephanie to my tour and X-rays with Maria to my cleaning with Allyson to my check up with Dr. Clements was the best. A small but very kind office. I would highly recommend them to anyone I know and am very satisfied with my care.

Fantastic experience: 1st visit Staff was great in talking me throughout each step. The doctor was great in talking me through each step because I'm absolutely terrified of dentists. Calmly did my cleaning and was patient with me trying not get too nervous. Already scheduled my cleaning. 5/6/25 came for a cleaning - staff was helpful. Doctor Clement super sweet. 8/27/25 the hygienist went above and beyond with my whiny self or sensitive teeth. 12/16/25 Ruby was so helpful with the gingicaine because im soooo sensitive, Alina polished my teeth, Dr Clements being my dentist helping me prioritize my dental health.

In the past, every visit to a dental office ended with me needing something beyond a simple cleaning — a deep cleaning, fillings, or being told I needed a mouth guard. But this office was honest and straightforward. For the first time ever, I walked out needing nothing more than what I came in for: just a cleaning. I 100% recommend this dental office. Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to Clement’s dental for several years now so this review is a long time coming. Dr. Clement’s, his staff, Alina and my hygienist are an incredible team. I used to hate coming to the dentist but now I feel like I’m getting wholistic care. When I got Invisalign they brought me in more often to ensure I was properly cleaned and free of bacteria. Post Invisalign, after I became pregnant, they also ensured I was keeping up with my hygiene, and monitored me closely as my hormones affected my gum health. Dental health is such an important determinant of overall health and I am so happy to have found a dentist team that really cares and takes the time to ensure I am well! If you’re looking for a great team, look no further!
