Fantastic experience: This was my first time visiting this dental office, and I had a truly positive experience from start to finish. I especially appreciated their streamlined communication. They offer a mix of texting and email, which works wonderfully for me. Given the nature of my work, it’s often difficult to hop on the phone, so having flexible communication options made everything much easier. The intake process was simple and efficient, and it was easy to complete all the necessary forms before my appointment. The staff was kind, professional, and timely. The dentist took extra time with me and was incredibly informative. Even in my mid-30s—having lived in a few different places and seen quite a few dentists—I learned a great deal. We discussed plaque, the anatomy of my mouth, and various factors that impact my day-to-day life, including sleep. I deeply appreciated the emphasis on sleep and breathing, as oral health plays such an important role in overall wellness. I walked away with new insights and practical information that I’m already considering implementing. Beyond their expertise, they were personable and even funny—we shared some light banter during a deep cleaning, which certainly made the experience more comfortable. I also appreciated how financially thoughtful they were. They were mindful of insurance considerations and worked to structure my cleaning in a way that helped minimize the need for additional appointments or unexpected costs. That level of awareness and transparency speaks volumes. The office is conveniently located in downtown Seattle, and I most certainly plan to return. I’m grateful for their time, care, and thoroughness.

Fantastic experience: Rarely do I share my impressions of a doctor, their colleagues, and their facilities, but in this case I will make an exception. From the moment I walked into the practice, I was made to feel welcome and appreciated. The waiting area is clean and tastefully furnished and the atmosphere is congenial. My visit involved an initial assessment, x-rays and cleaning. Justin was proficient in gathering details regarding my overall health, and efficiently took the necessary x-rays. Dr. Amanda Guerrero performed the inspection of my teeth as well as the cleaning itself. Kudos to her for routinely checking if I were comfortable during the process, which can often be distressing for some. At no point did I feel pain or discomfort. I was very satisfied with the results of the exam and the cleaning. The assessment that followed was comprehensive. It was clear that we needed to give special attention to some of my teeth. Together we formed an action plan that was both practical and holistic. Nicole at the front desk was very helpful in disclosing the details following my visit. She went over the costs for each of the procedures that were recommended by Dr. Guerrero, as well as what my insurance company would likely authorize, and most importantly, if any out-of-pocket expenses would be due when services were rendered. I appreciated the summary, and the ease of scheduling my next visit. I left feeling good about having chosen this practice for all of my dental needs.

Fantastic experience: This is the best dentist I’ve ever had, and it’s not close. The entire staff is genuinely friendly, knowledgeable, and has superb communication. They’re also highly efficient—if my appointment is at 2 pm, you better believe they’re calling my name in the waiting room no later than 2:01. The hygienists and dentists are all excellent—they do quality, transparent work and manage to be professional and warm at the same time. Can’t say enough good things.

Negative experience: I had an extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional experience at Seattle Dental Co in Lower Queen Anne. I’m 35 years old, and instead of a respectful exam, the dentist repeatedly grabbed my jaw hinge and commented—multiple times—on how “overdeveloped” it was. The remarks were unsolicited, unnecessary, and made me feel embarrassed and self-conscious. I’ve seen many dentists over the years, and not one has ever spoken to me this way or treated my anatomy like a defect. She then told me I should have had a palatal expansion and referred me to an oral surgeon for a $300 consultation, essentially implying that I should consider jaw surgery and braces at my age. This was presented with zero sensitivity and felt wildly inappropriate and unrealistic. I came in for routine dental care—not to be insulted, shamed, or pressured into extreme surgical interventions. Bedside manner matters, and this experience completely missed the mark. I left feeling worse than when I arrived, which should never happen at a dentist’s office. I will not be returning and would not recommend this practice if you value respectful, patient-centered care.

Fantastic experience: Even though my husband has been coming to this practice for a long time, i was hesitant to establish care because i have really bad dental anxiety. I came in for my initial exam in June. I took off, and came back again in November. I can't express enough how Dr. Song was accommodating. She was not only gentle and patient, but i felt seen and heard. I have nothing but good things to say. Justin is so amazing. Thankyou!

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough good things about the team at Seattle Dental Co. Nicole and Lilly at the front desk are really welcoming, the hygienists have all been amazing, and I can’t sing the praises of Dr. Guerrero and Dr. Song, who have gone out of their way to make a small filling on my front teeth disappear (Dr. Song even had me stand up so that she could work at eye level)! I highly recommend trusting the entire team!

There's nothing sugarcoating about Dr. Song--she will tell you what you need, what ways to better yourself (as far as dental hygiene), and just overall a well rounded doctor. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable about everything. Any and all questions were answered. Honestly a top tier practice with top notch employees. Not only does Seattle Dental Co. always take the best care of your teeth, they also always make you feel at home. They have amazing staff all around, the office is super clean with all the latest technology, but most importantly, with the best dentists you could find. Fantastic experience: I have lived in Seattle for just a month, so didn't have an established dentist. I woke up on Monday, had a glass of water and my crown came out. It was a front tooth, so nothing could happen until it was fixed. I called Seattle Dental, and they were able to see me that afternoon. Everyone in the office was amazing, and Dr. Amanda Guerrero did a fine job of reattaching my crown. They made a stressful day end well, and I found my new dentist in Seattle.

Fantastic experience: So good they'll even do your teeth cleaning on the day you wrote down, but wasn't scheduled. (not advised) Backing up, I rolled down to Guerrero & Song, the Dental Investigators who have been my rocks for years elevating the art of dentistry from Queen Anne to the sound. After I confused Nicole, the patient care coordinator with my arrival (probably just normal when people see me), she was like "lucky you friendo, we've had a no-show and you're getting moved to first class status with Dr. Guerrero" I leap up into the air and there is a slight freeze frame so you can take in my excitement, but then it was down to business. With Allison on the assist, it all went down according to plan and I left pearly AF. Thanks for accommodating me SDC!

Fantastic experience: I am absolutely thrilled to have found this dental office. I had the worst experience with a new (for me) dentist last year and it made me a bit anxious to see any dentist ever again. I went for my first appointment today and was welcomed by everyone who I encountered. The hygienist/assistant told me everything she was doing and was very friendly, gentle with my teeth, and sweet, and the dentist (Dr. Guerrero) blew my expectations out of the water. She was SO kind and personable and explained everything she was doing. I felt so much warmth and empathy from her, as if I’ve been seeing her for years. This is the first time in a long time that I’ve felt truly safe at the dentist <3

Fantastic experience: After a terrible experience with Ballard Modern Dentistry, I was so pleased to find a woman owned and operated dentist office. I have had a wonderful experience from the start. The front office is communicative, patient, and attentive to details. I had my first visit with Dr. Song today. Her dental assistant, Olivia, was caring and helpful, and Dr. Song was on top of it! She put every other dentist I've had to shame with how thorough and knowledgeable she is. Her style is direct, friendly, and non-judgmental. She was sure to communicate what she was doing, what conclusions her was drawing, and why she landed there, so I could feel confident in her approach to my dental treatment. They were also able to fit in my cleaning on the same day as my intake exam! I highly recommend this team for your dental needs.

Fantastic experience: Recently switched from a dentist around my home to this office near work. Everything has been so seamless! They got all my past dental records, patient intake was easy and also very thorough. You really feel like you’re working with real people and not a giant dental conglomerate. First appointment was wonderful, fast check in, clean facility, friendly staff. Dr G was very thorough and made me feel very comfortable, she was very knowledgeable and listened to all my concerns. As long as this practice is accepting new patients I can’t recommend them enough! 10/10, never thought I’d write a review about a dental office but here we are!

Fantastic experience: I am not a fan of the dentist generally but they do a really good job at seattle dental co. I have very sensitive teeth but the lovely hygienist is so gentle and makes the experience really easy. They do a lot of preventative care and were able to get me a new mouth guard efficiently (though the process of measuring my mouth was not pleasant…not their fault, it’s just not fun). I’ve only met one of the dentists (it’s two young women) but she has been professional and efficient and I trust her. I really like what she said— there’s nothing better than a tooth that hasn’t been drilled on— so she’s happy to be conservative with her interventions and so am I. I hope to be a client of theirs for many years to come. My one criticism is the layout of the practice- the rooms are all open and cubicle style- so you can easily hear the conversation going on in the next patients room. I would (and do) recommend this dental practice to all my friends :)

Fantastic experience: All the staff was warm & welcoming. Appointment time was great, no waiting. Dr. Guerrero answered all my questions and was extremely knowledgeable. I even got a TMJ exam. I was impressed with their modern equipment and the office was really clean. Great job on my cleaning, they were gentle but thorough. I definitely would recommend this dental office.

Fantastic experience: This dental team works together seamlessly and efficiently and I appreciated their clear passion for their profession. I felt cared for and not processed as each team member took part in my exam and cleaning. Dr. Song explained very clearly to me about my gum recession, which I had been informed about by previous dentists, but this was the first time that one discussed the treatment with me for when the time comes to take action. I left feeling healthy and optimistic about future visits and when I arrived at work later, I immediately told one of my coworkers (also looking for a new dentist) that this was a fantastic choice.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Seattle Dental Co for a couple years now and I love them. The space is nice, the staff is always polite and helpful. Incredible dental care. Everyone is so friendly. I also need a pretty complex dental surgical procedure and the dentists gave me advice on how they would proceed if it was them needing it. There is also a Starbucks near (which I know isn't crazy for Seattle), but it's great to have a coffee shop near. I love having coffee before or after.

Fantastic experience: Seattle Dental Co. is one of my favorite places to go! (That rhymed lol). The overall experience is like a spa, which is ironic given dental offices typically make people nervous. I've been going for two years and consistently received excellent customer service. I'm instantly greeted by name, the appointment begins precisely on time, I get my blanket, my headphones, and then am left in capable hands. I highly recommend this place and I'm not the type to take the time to write recommendations!

The clinic is very clean and I appreciate the attention to health and safety. Staff is masked; I've been nervous about dental care after the pandemic and they have done everything to reduce my fears. The staff is also very empathetic and is great with those of us who have dental trauma. I'm in the process of getting implants and they walked me through every step and referred me to get excellent care. During procedures, they tell me exactly what will happen, so I know what to expect. For some of us, dental care isn't the easiest, but Seattle Dental Co goes above and beyond to ensure comfort, safety and quality care.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had one visit here so far and it was a great experience! Everyone I encountered was extremely welcoming and made me feel very comfortable. The dentist was very sweet and patiently answered all my questions and explained everything throughly. The x-ray tech was super helpful and efficient at his job, and the front desk staff was very understanding of my insurance concerns and went out of their way to accommodate with my scheduling requests/restrictions. The clinic itself is also very clean and has a calming, comfortable ambiance. Of all the dental clinics in Seattle, I’m glad I found this option. :)

From my first step into the offices, I was greeted with such friendly and down to earth women, Lilly and Nicole. I was scheduled on two consecutive days for a deep cleaning…this was my first time as a patient here. After a few minutes, Terra introduced herself and led me in to the treatment area. She was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and comforting to me, a somewhat nervous patient. All went well, treatment proceeded smoothly, and a short while later I waved so-long as I left that day. The next appointment was handled by Halee and again, the treatment went so smoothly. She checked numerous times along the way to ensure I was comfortable and feeling no pain whatsoever. She sent me on my way with a bagful of goodies to help me on the road to great dental hygiene. On my way out I stopped by the reception area and took care of business with the great assistance, again by Lilly and Nicole The entire experience at Seattle Dental Co has helped me set to sleep my lifelong fear of dental visits. A really really terrific team at work here in Queen Anne and I am so grateful to them all. Thanks so very much for making this a friendly, caring and professional experience. See you again.

Fantastic experience: The dentist is my worst nightmare so I don't say this lightly when I say that this is the only place where I have felt 100% comfortable and supported. I received exceptional care from Dr. Guerrero and the other staff. She was incredibly thorough and addressed all of my concerns. She went through my X-Rays with me in a lot of detail and I feel as though I have a really good understanding of the current state of my dental health. While creating my treating plan, I felt as though she was very good at making accommodations based on my daily habits. She also asked lots of questions about my general fear of dental procedures and tailored her treatment approach based on my responses. I appreciate her ability to take a conservative approach, especially given my past experience with unnecessary procedures and of course the associated costs. The costs were laid out clearly at the end of the appointment. Overall, this was the best experience I could've asked for and I'm incredibly grateful to have found this place.

Fantastic experience: I don't think I've ever had such a thorough checkup. I was very impressed with the level of care and education I received at my first appointment at Seattle Dental Co. The dentist took the time to walk me through each tooth on which I've had work done. As a result, I have a much more nuanced understanding of how to take care of my teeth, and what to watch for. My hygienist, Terra, was highly skilled, gentle, and reassuring. I'm so glad I found this dental practice!

Fantastic experience: The team at Seattle Dental Co. are amazing! From the hygienists to the dentist, and office staff..everyone is professional, kind, and offers great service. I most recently had to go in for emergency dental situation over the weekend and Dr. Guerrero took excellent care of my tooth/gum that had an abscess. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Haven’t been to a dentist in over a decade, honestly cannot even tell you the year. I see them as far too cookie cutter, impersonal, and nothing more than a perennial opportunity to be told you’re not doing enough and need to do better on, what you think, is sufficient hygiene. My partner finally got me to break down and exercise a little more control over my personal health and scheduled me a visit to an office of her choosing. I can tell you it’s made all the difference. Since my first visit, I feel like I go into an office space where I’m appreciated for being there. Everyone of my hygienists, assistants, and doctors have been so warm and personal. Remembering small details about me and are intimately able to talk and educate me. I’m no expert on what protocol should be for a practice but I’m consistently impressed with the ease, level of technology, and ability to communicate, but yet still feel like a relaxed experience. On only my second visit the office personnel knew my name and made me feel like I was a regular (Shout out to Nicole and Lily). Every detail was recorded and the direction of care was immediately diagnosed, it’s very clear they take dental care very seriously but from a holistic and human perspective. I’m very satisfied to being patronizing this practice for the last few months and I fully expect that they will be my go to and who I refer for my years in Seattle.

Fantastic experience: As someone with dentist anxiety who had been away for a few years, I now trust only Drs. Guerrero and Song with my dental care. After my first appointment they put together a plan for remedial care where I could go at my own pace, and since then have been helping me stay clean and free from major procedures. All of the technicians I've worked with have also been exemplary.

But having a first-rate dentist is essential. I feel lucky to have connected with this practice and grateful for their expert care. I don't typically review, but do so in appreciation.

Fantastic experience: A couple months ago, I needed an emergency extraction procedure for my wisdom teeth. My girlfriend recommended Seattle Dental and I gave them a call. Super courteous and informative. I would’ve needed to get a referral for a dental surgeon, and they were at capacity. However, they reached out to different clinics and surgeons to see if they could get me in. Never seen a practice really reach out to other practices for the sake of the patient. Pretty cool. Was very happy with the energy of the Dentist and Assistant during my recent screening. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Staff are so friendly, professional and put you right at ease. They are also extremely responsive! Both dentists work with you, listen to you and take the time to provide the very best care. I have a horrible phobia and they worked with me to find a solution that works. The clinical care is superior. They follow up after appointments to ensure all is well. I am thrilled with them and would highly recommend this dental clinic to anyone!

Fantastic experience: Best dentist experience I’ve had ever! Wonderful staff and amazing Dr. I am a new patient and the process to my first appointment was a breeze. The staff and Drs at Seattle Dental take the time to debrief you on every step. I felt very comfortable asking questions. I felt as part of the process in decision making for future procedures, compared to previous experiences where dentists just tell you what you need without informing you. Overall a great experience! I look forward to my future visits. Oh… and their office is gorgeous with tons of natural light a located in Queen Anne with accessible free parking.

Fantastic experience: I was so impressed with the system Seattle Dental Co put in place to prioritize patient safety in response to COVID19. I received the same exceptional care, friendly staff, and thoughtful consultation with Dr. Song as I was used to. Although less important, their gorgeous office feels more like a trip to the spa.

Fantastic experience: The most caring and genuine team I have ever seen. They treated me like family and I felt right at home. Dr. Song spent an hour with me going over EVERYTHING and I have never had that. She was thorough with her exam and came up with different solutions to my issues. Overall, I would recommend this office to everyone. They are ALL amazing!
